User Manual for C1100M8-12GX (PCB:C11M8-Z01B)
Before Operation:
Before issuing MF1 keys, please choose Free-use Key or Assigned-use Key operating mode
and Manual or Automatic locking mode first, that depends on 2 switches’ position as below:
Assign-use Key Mode: S1 = S (under this mode, the guest key can be used for only 1 specified locker)
Free-use Key Mode: S1 = D (under this mode, the guest key can be used for any unoccupied locker)
Manual Locking Mode: S2 = M
Automatic Locking Mode: S2 = A;
Set New Keys:
A. Set Owner Key (1 Owner key for 1 lock)
After loading the batteries into battery holder, touch the first MF1 key on the receptor, the key
set as owner key.
Change Owner Key:
Press the “Reset” button and hold for 1 second, blue light will on, after 3 beeps sound, touch
a MF1 key on the receptor, the key set as new owner key (all the existing keys will be
deleted).
Note: Only one owner key is allowed for a lock, the owner key is used to issue or delete
master key, BUT not used to unlock.
B. Set Master Key(1 Master Key for 1 lock)
Touch owner key on the receptor, after a "beep" sound, blue light slowly blink, touch a MF1
key, after a "beep" sound, blue light will off, and the key set as master key.
Note: Only one master key is allowed for a lock, the master key is used to unlock and
program service key and guest key (based on Assigned-use Key mode)

C. Set Service Keys
Touch master key on the receptor, after, blue light fast blink, touch the master key again, a
"beep" sounded again, blue light fast blink again, touch a MF1 key, after a "beep" sound, the
key is service key (before the light is off, some more service keys can be issued until
maximum 12 pcs).
Note:
1. When issue/delete service key, the guest key will be deleted.
2. Service key is allowed to unlock only.
D. Set Assigned-Use “Guest” Key (switch S1 = S)
Touch master key to sensor, a "beep" sounded, blue light fast blink, touch a MF1 key, after a
"beep" sound, blue light will off, the key has been set as assigned-use guest key.
Note: Only 1 guest key is allowed for each lock.
E. Set Free-Use “Guest” Key (switch S1 = D)
Touch a Free MF1 key to Sensor, after two "beep" sounded, the cabinet lock will closed, this
MF1 Key has been set as Free-use Guest key.
Note: 1. Only 1 guest key is allowed for each lock at the same time.
2. One guest key can occupy 1 locker only.
3. Guest key will be deleted if cabinet lock been opened by Master Key or Service Key.
4. Guest Key should be Renew by BT Init_B v1.0 software if cabinet locks have been
opened by Master Key or Service Key.
5. All MF1 keys need to initialize by Init_B v1.0 software at first time before use.
Delete Key(s)
A. Delete Master Key(s)
Touch owner key on the receptor, after a "beep" sound, blue light slowly blink, touch another
new MF1 key, a "beep" sounded, blue light is off, the previous master key will be deleted,
and new master key will be available.
Note: Only 1 master key is allowed for one lock, the master key is used to Issue or delete
service key and guest key; and can be used to lock/unlock. When a new master key is
issued, all the existing master key, service key and guest key will be deleted.
B. Delete Some Service Key
Touch master key on the receptor, a "beep" sounded, blue light fast blink, touch the master
key again, a "beep" sounded again, blue light fast blink again, touch the service key which
you want to delete, after 2 “beep”, the service key will be deleted(before the blue light off,
some more service keys can be deleted at the same way).
C. Delete All Service Keys
Touch master key on the receptor, a "beep" sounded, blue light fast blink, touch the master
key again, a "beep" sounded again, blue light fast blink again, touch master key the third
time, after 3 "beeps", all service keys will be deleted.
D. Delete Guest Keys
Guest key will be deleted if cabinet lock been opened by Master Key or Service Key.

NOTE:
Regarding Locking Mode:
Manual Locking Mode: Touch a workable Key, a "beep" sounded then open; touch Key again
two “beep” sounded then close.
Automatic Locking Mode: Touch a workable Key, a "beep" sounded then open; and
automatic close in 4 seconds.
Note: 1. Manual Locking Mode will be automatically activated if Free-Use Key mode has
been activated.
Emergency Power Back-up
In case the batteries runs out completely, please insert the 6V power backup-battery-case to
the emergency socket or connect 9V battery to the electric-pole, then use workable key to
unlock the lock.
Alarm Function
Low Battery Alarm: When the battery voltage drop to DC 4.2V±0.2V, the blue light blinks and
8 “beeps” are sounded after the locker opened by keys each time, the batteries need to
replace.
Incorrect Key Alarm: Touch any incorrect key, 3 "beeps" are sounded; touch any incorrect
key 3 times, blue light will on, and the alarm last for 60 seconds.
Anti-pick Alarm: In locking state, if latch be pressed, blue light will on, and alarm last for 60
seconds.
Improperly-locking Alarm: When the lock is locked improperly like the lock latch stopped by
clothing or not close the door completely, after 3 seconds, blue light will on, the alarm last for
60 seconds to remind the user to check the locker and lock the door properly.
Occupied Indication: In Free-Use Key mode, when cabinet lock has been occupied by any
Free-use guest Key, the blue light will blink 1 time every 2 seconds to indicate the users that
this cabinet lock has been occupied.
