Position one end of the swathe to the front
of the sling securing the velcro
Place the injured arm into the sling
Place the straps over the shoulders
Secure both ends of the Velcro straps to the
front of the sling

6Wrap the swathe all the way around the
waist, back and secure the velcro to the
sling at the front
Cross the straps over at the back and bring
the straps round the waist to the front of the
sling
