Introduction:
TheBT-BKR23MBluetoothharnessisdesignedexclusively toinstallselect
MotorolaBluetoothCarKitstoBeckerCDR-23/24Radios
option.These Radios aretypically found inPorsche 986 and997 (BE6611, BE6612,
BE6627)andChryslerCrossfire.TheBT-BKR23Mmustbeusedinconjunctionwith
Motorolaharnessincludedinkit(willnotworkasstandalone)

Installation:
Removeradiofromthedashboardtogainaccesstotheconnectors.Apairof
removaltools(SeeFig. 1)isrequiredtoremoveallBeckerradios.

Enabling Phone Input
Oneofthemostimportantsteps inthisprocessisto enable the phone input
fromwithin radiomenu.
Toactivate the ExternalDevicemode
1. PressVolumeControlbuttontoturnradio"ON"
2. PressandHoldMenue(Porsche)orOPT(Crossfire)buttonformorethan
3seconds(User1isdisplayed).
3. PressMenuebuttonrepeatedly,untilAUDIOPHorPH MUTEisdisplayed.
4. TurnRightRotaryControlandselect AUDIOPH
5. Wait5secondsforsettingstosave.
8. Proceedtopairing smartphoneto Bluetooth Kit.
9. Ifsuccessfulgoaheadandplaceatestcall.Radiodisplaywillchangeto
10. Re-installRadioandfollowinstallationinstructionfortheMotorolakit
includingmicrophoneplacement,moduleetc.
