3How to Use
3.1 Intended use
The applance was desgned to be used n houses,
and s not ft for ndustral use.
3.2 Assemblng the applance
Insert the hose in the coupling on the appliance
and press as far as it will go.
3.4 Usng the cleanng tools
•Two poston carpet/floor brush
Pos.1: to clean hard floors, bristles out.
Pos.2: to clean carpets and rugs, bristles in.
•Crevce tool
Ideal for removng dust from fabrc, furnture
books, curtans, frames and clothng.
3.5 Instructons
Before usng the applance, extract the power
cable completely and plug nto the mans. To
rewnd the cable, unplug and press the cable wnd
button.
3.6 Operaton
To turn the vacuum cleaner on, lghtly press the
ON/OFF button.

4Cleanng and mantenance
Swtch off and unplug the applance ,before
cleanng t.
AWARNING:
Never use gasolne,
solvent, abrasve cleanng agents,
metal objects or hard brushes to
clean the applance.
4.1 Dust bag full ndcator
The dust bag full ndcator warns when the dust
bag needs changng or the vacuum hose s blocked.
4.2 Replacng the dust bag
To change the paper dust bag, pull the bag
compartment openng lever and lft the cover.
Remove the dust bag holder and throw away
the old bag. Insert the new bag n place of the
old one and put the dust bag holder back n the
compartment.
Close the cover wth slght pressure. You should
change the dust bag frequently when vacuumng
up very fne drt such as flour, talcum powder, etc.
To avod the applance gvng off unpleasant
smells, you should replace the dust bag at least
twce a year.

whch prevents the dust bag
compartment cover beng closed
when there s no dust bag n place.
4.3 Motor protecton flter
To extend the workng lfe of the applance and
protect the motor, t s vtal to keep the motor
protecton flter clean.
To access the flter, open the dust bag
compartment, exract the dust bag and remove
the flter holder.
If the flter s not excessvely drty, smply remove
the dust.
If the flter s very drty, wash by hand n cold or
warm water.

Make sure the flter s dry before puttng t back n
the applance.
When replacng the flter, make sure t s
postoned correctly.
AWARNING:
Never wash the flter
n the washng machne or dry wth
a hardryer.
4.4 Ar outlet flter
Remove the rear grll, take out the sponge flter
and when vsbly drty, clean t. You should clean
the flter at least every 5 dust bag changes.
AWARNING:
Never use the
applance wthout the flter.
4.5 Parkng poston
The applance s
provded wth a parkng
base at the bottom to
enable t to be put away
safely and tdly n the
parkng poston. If you
have to nterrupt
cleanng for a bref
perod, the applance has
a convenent hose “parkng” system.
Insert the bracket on the
brush jont nto the
housng on the bottom
of the applance. Insert

rear of the applance.
A
WARNING: Malfuncton of the
applance (low power, unusual
nose or complete breakdown)
could be caused by obstructed
nozzles or hoses or faulty electrcal
components.
Check the nozzles, dust bag and
motor protecton flter.
If ths does not resolve the problem,
take the applance to an authorsed
servce centre.
4.6 Storage
•If you do not ntend to use the applance for a
long tme, store t carefully.
•Pull the applance's plug out.
•Keep the applance out of the reach of chldren.
