3How to Use
3.1 Intended use
The applance was desgned to be used n houses,
and s not ft for ndustral use.
3.2 Assemblng the applance
Insert the hose in the coupling on the appliance
and press as far as it will go.
3.4 Usng the cleanng tools
•Two poston carpet/floor brush
Pos.1:
to clean hard floors, bristles out.
Pos.2:
to clean carpets and rugs, bristles in.
•Crevce tool
Ideal for removng dust from fabrc, furnture
books, curtans, frames and clothng.
3.5 Instructons
Before usng the applance, extract the power
cable completely and plug nto the mans. To
rewnd the cable, unplug and press the cable wnd
button.
3.6 Operaton
To turn the vacuum cleaner on, lghtly press the
ON/OFF button.

4Cleanng and mantenance
Swtch off and unplug the applance ,before
cleanng t.
AWARNING:
Never use gasolne,
solvent, abrasve cleanng agents,
metal objects or hard brushes to
clean the applance.
4.1 Dust bag full ndcator
The dust bag full ndcator warns when the dust
bag needs changng or the vacuum hose s blocked.
4.2 Replacng the dust bag
To change the paper dust bag, pull the bag
compartment openng lever and lft the cover.
Remove the dust bag holder and throw away
the old bag. Insert the new bag n place of the
old one and put the dust bag holder back n the
compartment.
Close the cover wth slght pressure. You should
change the dust bag frequently when vacuumng
up very fne drt such as flour, talcum powder, etc.
To avod the applance gvng off unpleasant
smells, you should replace the dust bag at least
twce a year.

compartment cover beng closed
when there s no dust bag n place.
4.3 Motor protecton flter
To extend the workng lfe of the applance and
protect the motor, t s vtal to keep the motor
protecton flter clean.
To access the flter, open the dust bag
compartment, exract the dust bag and remove
the flter holder.
If the flter s not excessvely drty, smply remove
the dust.
If the flter s very drty, wash by hand n cold or
warm water.

Make sure the flter s dry before puttng t back n
the applance.
When replacng the flter, make sure t s
postoned correctly.
AWARNING:
Never wash the flter
n the washng machne or dry wth
a hardryer.
4.4 Ar outlet flter
Remove the rear grll, take out the sponge flter
and when vsbly drty, clean t. You should clean
the flter at least every 5 dust bag changes.
AWARNING:
Never use the
applance wthout the flter.
4.5 Parkng poston
The applance s
provded wth a parkng
base at the bottom to
enable t to be put away
safely and tdly n the
parkng poston. If you
have to nterrupt
cleanng for a bref
perod, the applance has
a convenent hose “parkng” system.
Insert the bracket on the
brush jont nto the
housng on the bottom
of the applance. Insert

rear of the applance.

WARNING:
Malfuncton of the
applance (low power, unusual
nose or complete breakdown)
could be caused by obstructed
nozzles or hoses or faulty electrcal
components.
Check the nozzles, dust bag and
motor protecton flter.
If ths does not resolve the problem,
take the applance to an authorsed
servce centre.
4.6 Storage
•If you do not ntend to use the applance for a
long tme, store t carefully.
•Pull the applance's plug out.
•Keep the applance out of the reach of chldren.
