1.6 Safety during
operation
• When using appliances, only

washing machines.
• Never use chemical solvents
on the product. This material
may present an explosion risk.
• You should never operate a
defective or damaged
product. Remove the plug
from the socket (or switch off
the fuse), close the water tap
and call the authorized
service.
• Do not place sources of
ignition (burning candle,
cigarettes, etc.) or heat
sources (irons, stoves, ovens,
etc.) on top of or near the
product. Do not place
flammable/explosive material
near the product.
• You must not climb on the
product.
• Remove the plug from the
product and close the tap if you
will not be using the product
for a long period of time.
• Solvent/maintenance material
may splash out of the detergent
compartment if it is opened

• Do not wash elements
contaminated with gasoline,
kerosene, benzene, reducers,
alcohol or other flammable or
explosive materials and
industrial chemicals.
• You should not use dry
cleaning detergent or wash,
dry, rinse, spin or dry laundry
soiled with dry cleaning
detergent.
• Never place your hands in the
rotating drum. Wait until the
drum stops rotating
• Never place your hands or
metal objects under the
washing machine.
• If you wash laundry at high
temperatures, the drained
water may burn your skin if it
comes into contact
with your skin, for example when
the drain hose is connected to
the tap. Do not touch the waste
water.

1.7 Safe drying

naphtha, turpentine, paraffin

washed separately in warm
water by adding extra rinse aid

washing machine with a dryer.

• Do not overload the machine

additional rinse cycle before

• You should not dry leather

4 Installation
First read the chapter “Safety
instructions”!
• Before installation, visually check whether
the product has any defects. Do not
install the device if it is damaged.
Damaged products can pose risks to your
safety.
Your washing machine
automatically detects the amount
of laundry placed in the machine
when a program is selected. During
the installation of the product,
before the first use, the machine
must be calibrated to ensure that
the amount of laundry is detected
as accurately as possible.
To do this, select the Drum
Cleaning* program and cancel the
Spin function. Start the program
without laundry. Wait for the end of
the program. This takes approx. 15
minutes.
* The name of the program may
vary depending on the model. For
the appropriate program selection,
please refer to the chapter with the
descriptions of the programs.
4.1 Suitable installation location
• Place the product on a hard and flat floor.
Do not place it on a high carpet or other
similar surfaces. Placing the unit on an
inappropriate floor may cause noise and
vibration.
• Do not place the product on top of the
power cable.
• Do not install the product in places
where the temperature may drop below
0°C. Freezing can damage the product.
• Leave a minimum space of 1 cm between
the product and the furniture.
• If you want to install the product on a
surface with stairs, never place it close
to the edge.
• Do not place the product on a platform.
• There should be no doors with a latch,
sliding mechanism or hinges that could
prevent the loading door from fully
opening at the installation location of this
product.
• Do not place heat sources, such as
hotplates, irons, ovens, etc. on the
device and do not use them on the
product.
• Contact the nearest authorized service for
installation of your device.
• Make sure that the installation and
electrical connections of the product are
carried out by an authorized service
agent. The manufacturer cannot be held
responsible for damage caused by
procedures performed by unauthorized
persons.
• The preparation of the site and electrical,
water supply and drainage installations
at the installation site is the
responsibility of the customer.
• Make sure that the water inlet and drain
hoses as well as the power cable are not
folded, pinched or compressed when you
put the product in place after installation
or cleaning.
4.2 Fitting the lower panel covers
• To increase the sound comfort of the
product, attach cover A after removing
the packing foam.

the gripping zones and pull out the

3. Fit the plastic covers that come in the
bag with the manual into the holes on
the rear panel.
Tilt the machine slightly backwards. Let
the tabs of cover A rest against the
bottom panel. Complete the assembly by
turning the cover.

cover B and the cap if available.

Remove the transport safety bolts
before using the product.
Otherwise, the product may be

Keep the transport safety bolts in

Install the transport safety bolts in
the reverse order of the
disassembly procedure. Never
move the product without the
transportation safety bolts
securely in place.
Let the tabs of cover B rest against the
bottom panel. Complete the assembly by
turning the cover.

4.4 Connecting the water supply
WARNING!
The water pressure required to
operate the product varies from
1-10 bar (0.1-1 MPa). To ensure
smooth operation of the machine,
10 - 80 liters of water must be
supplied in one minute from a fully
open tap. If the water pressure is
higher, you need to install a
pressure reducing valve.
Insert the cap by pressing it with your
finger.
4.3 Remove the transport protection
bolts
1. Loosen all transport safety bolts with an
appropriate wrench until they move
freely.

Single water supply models should
not be connected to the hot water
tap. In this case, the laundry will be
damaged or the product will switch
to protection mode and will not
work. Do not use old or used water
inlet hoses on the new product.
This can cause water leaks in your
machine and stains on your
laundry.
4.5 Connecting the drain hose to the
drain
1. Attach the end of the drain hose directly
to the drain hose, sink or bathtub.
Your home can be flooded if the
drain hose comes loose during the
draining of the water. There is a
risk of fire due to excessively high
washing temperatures. To avoid
such situations and to ensure that
the product supplies and drains
water smoothly, you must fix the
drain hose securely.
1. Connect the special water supply hose
supplied with the product to the water
inlet of the product.
WARNING!
Make sure that the cold water
connection is done correctly during
the installation of the product. If
not, your laundry may be warm at
the end of the wash cycle and thus
may not be wearable.
2. Tighten all nuts of the hoses by hand.
Never use a wrench when tightening
the nuts.

4.6 Adjusting the legs
WARNING!
In order for your machine to run
more quietly and without
vibrations, it must be level and
balanced on its feet. Make sure the
machine is level by adjusting the
feet. Otherwise, the product may
move and cause problems due to
crushing, noise and vibration.

Your product is so heavy that it
cannot be carried by one person.
Your product should be carried by
two people and particular care
should be taken on stairs as it is a
heavy product. If the product has a
defect, it may cause injury.
The packaging material is
dangerous for children. Keep the
packaging material in a safe place
out of the reach of children.
5 Preliminary preparation
First read the chapter “Safety
instructions”
• Insert curtains without compressing
them. Remove fastening hooks from the
curtains. Curtain accessories can pull and
tear the curtain.
• Close zips, sew loose buttons and
mend tears.
• Only wash 'machine washable' or 'hand
washable' products with a suitable
programme. Dry this type of clothing by
hanging or laying it flat. You should not
dry them in the machine.
• Do not wash colors and whites together.
New, dark colored cotton fabrics give off
a lot of colour. Wash them separately.
• Only use paint / color changing agents
and descaling agents that are suitable for
use in machines. Always follow the
instructions on the packaging
• Stubborn stains should be treated
carefully before washing. If you are not
sure, you should seek advice from a dry
cleaner.
• Wash trousers and delicate laundry
inside out.
• Laundry soiled with materials such as flour, lime
dust, milk powder, etc. must be shaken well
before placing in the washing machine.
5.1 Sorting laundry
• Sort the laundry according to the type of fabric, colour,
degree of soiling and permissible water temperature.
• Always follow the instructions on the clothing
labels.
5.2 Preparing the laundry for washing
• Laundry with metal parts such as
underwired bras, belt buckles or metal
buttons will damage the product.
Remove the metal parts or wash the
clothes in a laundry bag or pillowcase.
• Remove all items from pockets such as
coins, pens and paper clips, turn
pockets inside out and brush out.
Similar objects may damage the
product or cause noise.
• Place small items of clothing such as baby
socks and nylon stockings in a laundry bag or
pillowcase.

• Before washing Angora wool laundry,
place it in the freezer compartment of
the refrigerator for several hours. This

There may be some water left in the
product due to quality control
processes during production. This
is not harmful to the machine.
5.3 Tips for saving energy and water
The following information will help you
use the product in an ecological and
energy-saving way.
• Operate the product at the highest load
capacity that your selected program
allows, but do not overcharge. See
“Programme and consumption table”.
• Always follow the instructions on the
detergent packaging.
• Wash lightly soiled laundry at low
temperatures.
• Use faster programs for small amounts of
lightly soiled laundry.
• Do not use prewash and high temperatures
for laundry that is not heavily soiled or
stained.
• If you intend to dry your laundry in the
dryer, select the highest recommended
spin speed during the washing process.
• Do not use more detergent than the
amount recommended on the pack.
5.5 Loading the laundry
1. Open the loading door.
2. Place the laundry loosely in the
machine.
3. Push the loading door closed until you
hear a click. Make sure nothing is in the
door. The loading door is locked when a
program is running. The door latch will
open a few minutes after the wash
cycle. You can then open the loading
door. If the door does not open, apply
the solutions given for the “Loading
door cannot be opened” error in the
Troubleshooting section.
5.6 Correct load capacity
The maximum load capacity depends on the type of
laundry, the degree of soiling and the desired washing
programme.
The product automatically adjusts the
amount of water according to the weight
of the laundry placed in the product.
5.4 Starting
Before starting up the product, you must
make the preparations described in section
“Environmental guidelines” and
“installation”. To prepare the product for
washing laundry, perform the first
operation in the Drum Cleaning program. If
this program is not available in your
product, you must follow the method
described in section “Cleaning the loading
door and the drum”.
