Das Uhrwerk Ihrer BERING CERANETIC Uhr funktioniert ganz ohne herkömmli-
chen Batteriebetrieb. Durch Bewegung der Uhr wird ein im Uhrwerk verbauter
Rotor in Gang gesetzt, welcher über einen Spulenblock Spannung erzeugt.
Die so gewonnen Energie wird in einer Speichereinheit (Akku) gespeichert.
Inbetriebnahme Ihrer Uhr
1. Schwingen Sie die Uhr von links nach rechts.
2. Laden sie den Akku der Uhr ausreichend auf.
3. Stellen Sie Datum & Uhrzeit ein.
Nehmen Sie Ihre BERING Uhr in die Hand oder legen Sie die Uhr an das
Handgelenk an und bewegen Sie die Uhr rhythmisch von links nach rechts.
Nach 200-250 maligem hin und her schwingen verfügt Ihre Uhr über eine
Gangreserve von etwa einem Tag. Durch weiteres Schwingen von links nach
rechts können sie den Akku der Uhr weiter auaden. Bei voller Auadung des
Akkus verfügt Ihre Uhr über eine Gangreserve von bis zu 6 Monaten. Wenn Sie
Ihre Uhr an das Handgelenk anlegen und Ihren Arm bewegen, erreichen sie
eine ezientere Auadung.
Allgemeine Hinweise
• Bewegt sich der Sekundenzeiger der Uhr in einem 2-Sekunden-Intervall,
verfügt der Akku der Uhr nur noch über unzureichende Energie. Die Uhrzeit
bleibt trotz des 2-Sekunden-Intervalls exakt, bis zur vollständigen Leerung
des Akkus. Durch Bewegung erhält der Akku neue Energie.
• Eine vollständige Auadung des Akkus bei der erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme
der Uhr ist nicht notwendig.
• Bleiben alle Zeiger der Uhr stehen, ist der Akku entleert und bedarf einer
neuen Auadung.

The movement of your BERING CERANETIC watch operates completely with-
out conventional battery operation. By the movement of the watch, a rotor
integrated in the clockwork is set into motion, which creates voltage via a coil
block. The energy generated in this manner charges a storage unit (battery).
Starting the operation of your watch
1. Swing the watch from left to right.
2. Suciently charge the battery of the watch.
3. Set date & and time of day.
Please pick up your BERING watch or strap the watch to your wrist and rhyth-
mically move the watch from left to right. Your watch has sucient reserves
for approximately one day when it was repeatedly swung back and forth ap-
prox. 200-250 times. Continued swinging from left to right leads to the watch
battery being further charged. When fully charged, your battery has enough
reserves for the watch to operate for up to 6 months. A more ecient charging
is achieved by strapping the watch to your wrist and moving your arm.
General information
• When the seconds hand of the watch moves in 2-second intervals the
battery is insuciently charged. In spite of the 2-second intervals the time is
still displayed correctly until the battery is completely dead. The battery can
be recharged by movement.
• It is not required to fully charge the battery when starting the operation of
the watch for the rst time.
• When all hands stop moving the battery is dead and must be recharged.

1. Ziehen Sie die Krone der Uhr bis zur 2. Position heraus.
2. Drehen Sie die Krone im Uhrzeigersinn um das Datum einzustellen.
3. Drehen Sie die Krone gegen den Uhrzeigersinn um den Wochentag
einzustellen.
4. Ziehen Sie die Krone auf die 3. Position heraus.
5. Drehen Sie die Krone im Uhrzeigersinn um die Uhrzeit einzustellen.
6. Drücken Sie die Krone in Ihre Ausgangsposition 1. zurück.
SETTING DATE & TIME OF DAY
1. Pull out the button of the watch to the 2nd position.
2. Rotate the button clockwise to set the daten.
3. Rotate the button counter-clockwise to set the day of the week.
4. Pull out the button to the 3rd position.
5. Rotate the button clockwise to set the time of day.
6. Push the button back into the 1st position.
