VORBEREITUNG
•Druckventil öffnen und wieder verschließen, um den Druck abzulassen.
•Gabel vollständig gegen den Uhrzeigersinn nach unten in die Adapteraufnahme drehen.
•Bremsleitung auf erforderliche Länge kürzen und Schnittstellen entgraten.

VERWENDUNG
Wählen Sie die richtigen Klemmbacken und
legen Sie die Leitung dazwischen.
Legen Sie die Leitung (1) mit den Klemmbacken
in die Gabel (2) des Bördelgerätes und
befestigen Sie diese mit der Klemmschraube
(3).
Befestigen Sie die Klemmbacken durch Drehen
der Befestigungsschraube (3) von Hand im
Uhrzeigersinn.
Öffnen Sie das Druckventil (4) bis der
Druckkolben vollständig zurück gefahren ist und
verschließen Sie das Druckventil wieder.
Halten Sie den Griff (6) und drehen Sie den
Hydraulikzylinder (5) im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum
Anschlag.

VERWENDUNG
Platzieren Sie das Druckstück OP0 (8) auf den
Druckstücksitz (9) am Ende des Kolbens.
Beginnen Sie mit den Pressvorgang durch
betätigen des Hebels (7), bis die Kante des
Druckstücks auf den Klemmbacken aufliegt.
Position (10) nach Beendigung des
Arbeitsgangs.
Öffnen Sie das Druckventil (4) und entnehmen
Sie das Druckstück OP0.
Verschließen Sie das Druckventil (4) wieder.
Befestigen Sie die Klemmbacken durch Drehen
des Knebels (11) der Klemmschrauben im
Uhrzeigersinn.

VERWENDUNG
Drehen Sie den Hydraulikzylinder 3
Umdrehungen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn.
Positionieren Sie das benötigte Druckstück auf
den Druckstücksitz und drehen Sie den
Hydraulikzylinder im Uhrzeigersinn bis zum
Anschlag.
Beginnen Sie mit den Pressvorgang durch
betätigen des Hebels, bis die Kante des
Druckstücks auf den Klemmbacken aufliegt.
Position (10) nach Beendigung des
Arbeitsgangs.
Öffnen Sie das Druckventil (4) 1/2 Umdrehung
und verschließen Sie es wieder.
Halten Sie den Griff und drehen
Sie das Werkzeug gegen den
Uhrzeigersinn.
Lösen Sie die Klemmschraube am Knebel und entnehmen Sie Klemmbacken und Leitung.

KONTROLLE
Nach dem Bördeln sollte die jeweilige Bördelung der unteren Skizze entsprechen.

•Use the tool for the intended purpose only.

gloves, safety goggles and safety shoes are recommended.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. Packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with
the environment. Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information. Dispose
of this product at the end of its working life environmentally.
PREPARATION
•Open and close the relief valve to release the pressure.
•Rotate the yoke fully counterclockwise down into the adapter mount.
•Shorten the brake line to the required length and deburr it.

USE
Choose the correct die set and insert the tube
between the dies.
Insert and tighten the dies and tubing (1) into
the yoke (2).
Securely fasten die by turning fixing screw (3)
clockwise with your hands.
Open the relief valve (4) to fully recess piston,
then close tightly.
Grasp the handle (6) and rotate the hydraulic
cylinder (5) clockwise until it stops.

USE
Place the OP0 adapter (8) onto the adapter seat
(9) on the end of the piston.
Begin squeezing the lever (7) and continue until
the edge of the adapter meets the die.
Finish position (10)
Open the relief valve (4) to fully recess piston,
then close tightly and remove the OP0 adapter.
Securely fasten die by turning tightening bar
(11) clockwise.

USE
Rotate the tool counter-clockwise 3-round to
place the adapter that you want to operate and
rotate clockwise until it stops.
Begin squeezing the lever (7) and continue until
the edge of the adapter meets the die.
Finish position (10)
Open the relief valve (4) 1/2-round, then close
tightly.
Grasp the handle and rotate the
tool counter-clockwise to remove
the adapter from the die.
Then loosen the tightening bar and remove the tube.

PRÉPARATION
•Ouvrez et refermez la vanne de décharge pour relâcher la pression.
•Tournez complètement la fourche dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre vers le bas
dans le logement de l’adaptateur.
•Raccourcir la conduite de frein à la longueur requise et l'ébavurer.

UTILISER
Sélectionnez les mâchoires de serrage
appropriées et placez l’extrémité du tuyau entre
elles.
Insérez le tuyau (1) avec les mâchoires de
serrage dans la fourche (2) de la presse à
collets et fixez-le à l’aide de la vis de serrage
(3).
Fixez les mâchoires en serrant la vis de fixation
à la main dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre (3).
Ouvrez la valve de pression jusqu’à ce que le
piston de pression se soit complètement
rétracté et refermez la valve de pression (4).
Retenez la poignée (6) et tournez le vérin
hydraulique (5) dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre jusqu’à la butée.

UTILISER
Placez l’adaptateur OP0 (8) sur son logement à
l’extrémité du piston (9).
Commencez le processus de serrage en
appuyant sur le levier jusqu’à ce que le bord de
l’adaptateur repose sur les mâchoires de
serrage.
Position après la fin du processus de travail (10)
Ouvrez la valve de pression et retirez
l’adaptateur OP0.
Refermez la valve de pression (4).
Fixez les mâchoires en tournant la vis de
serrage dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre. (11)

UTILISER
Tournez le vérin hydraulique sur 3 tours dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Placez
l’adaptateur approprié sur son logement et
tournez le vérin hydraulique dans le sens des
aiguilles d’une montre jusqu’à la butée.
Commencez le processus de serrage en
appuyant sur le levier jusqu’à ce que le bord de
l’adaptateur repose sur les mâchoires de
serrage.
Position après la fin du processus de travail (10)
Ouvrez la valve de pression et retirez
l’adaptateur OP0.
Refermez la valve de pression (4).
Maintenez la poignée et tournez
l’outil dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d’une montre.
Desserrez la vis de serrage par le garrot et retirez les mâchoires de serrage et le tuyau.

UTILIZACIÓN
Seleccione las mordazas correctas y coloque la
tubería entre ellas.
Coloque la tubería (1) con las mordazas de
sujeción en la horquilla del abocinador (2) y
fíjelo con el tornillo de fijación (3).
Fije las mordazas girando el tornillo de fijación
(3) a mano en el sentido de las agujas del reloj.
Abra la válvula de presión (4) hasta que el
pistón de presión se haya retraído por completo
y vuelva a cerrar la válvula de presión.
Sujete el mango (6) y gire el cilindro hidráulico
(5) en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta
que se detenga.

UTILIZACIÓN
Coloque el adaptador OP0 (8) en el asiento del
adaptador (9) en el extremo del pistón.
Inicie la operación de prensado presionando la
palanca (7) hasta que el borde del adaptador se
apoye en las mordazas.
Posición tras la finalización de la operación(10).
Abra la válvula de presión (4) y retire el
adaptador OP0.
Vuelva a cerrar la válvula de presión (4).
Fije las mordazas de sujeción girando la
palanca del tornillo de sujeción (11) en el
sentido de las agujas del reloj.

UTILIZACIÓN
Gire el cilindro hidráulico 3 vueltas en sentido
contrario a las agujas del reloj. Coloque el
adaptador necesario en el asiento del
adaptador y gire el cilindro hidráulico en el
sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta el tope.
Inicie la operación de prensado presionando la
palanca hasta que el borde del adaptador se
apoye en las mordazas.
Posición tras la finalización de la operación(10).
Abra la válvula de presión (4) 1/2 vuelta y
vuelva a cerrarla.
Sujete el mango y gire la
herramienta en sentido contrario a
las agujas del reloj.
Afloje el tornillo de sujeción de la palanca y retire las mordazas de sujeción y la tubería.
