Achsspielprüfer
ALLGEMEIN
Das Werkzeug dient dem Auffinden von Fahrwerksspiel an z.B. ausgeschlagenen Traggelenken,
Radlagern, Querlenkergummis, usw.. Eine Fehlerdiagnose kann bei belasteter Achse (wie im
normalen Fahrbetrieb) auf einer 4-Säulen-Hebebühne oder auf dem Werkstattboden vorgenommen
werden. Die Prüfung erfolgt durch Sicht-, Hör- und Tastkontrolle. Das Werkzeug verfügt über einen
12,5 (1/2) Antrieb zur Verwendung mit Gleitgriff und hat eine Länge von 355 mm. Die Ummantelung
hat die Maße Ø 60 x Länge 265 mm.
ANWENDUNG
12,5 (1/2) Gleitgriff mit dem Achsspielprüfer
verbinden, eventuell ist zusätzlich eine 12,5 (1/2)
Verlängerung notwendig.
Fahrzeug, durch Anziehen der Handbremse,
gegen Wegrollen sichern.
Bei Prüfungen an der Vorderachse ist es
notwendig die Fußbremse zu betätigen.
Fahrzeug anheben und Achsspielprüfer, wie in
der Abbildung zu sehen, unter das Rad
positionieren.
Die Abb. 1 zeigt die Simulation von längs
auftretenden Kräften, dies ermöglicht eine
Überprüfung von z.B. Längslenker-
Gummibuchsen, usw.
Abbildung 2 zeigt die Simulation von quer
auftretenden Kräften, dies ermöglicht eine
Überprüfung von Traggelenken, Federbeinlager,
usw.

Axle Clearance Tester
GENERAL
This tool serves to detect chassis clearances in worn out carrier joints, wheel bearings, transverse
control arm rubbers, etc. Fault diagnoses, with the axles loaded as under normal driving conditions,
can be performed on a four-column lifting platform or on the workshop floor. Tests are carried out by
means of visual, auditory and tactile inspections. The tool comes equipped with a 12.5 (1/2) drive
mechanism for use with a sliding T-handle and is 355 mm long. The dimensions of the envelope are
Ø 60 x length 265 mm.
USE
Connect the 12.5 (1/2) sliding T-handle to the
axle clearance tester, an additional 12.5 (1/2)
extension might possibly be needed.
Secure the vehicle against rolling away by
putting on the hand brake.
On testing the front axles, the foot break must be
applied.
Lift the vehicle and position the axle clearance
tester under the wheel, as shown in the
illustration.
Figure 1 shows a simulation of forces occurring
longitudinally, this allows for examining the
longitudinal control arm rubber bushings, etc.
Figure 2 shows a simulation of forces occurring
transversely, this allows for examining the carrier
joints, strut bearings, etc.

Comprobación de alineación
GENERAL
Esta herramienta sirve para detectar compensaciones del chasis en juntas desgastadas, cojinetes,
cauchos transversales, etc. Un diagnóstico erróneo, con la alineación bajo unas condiciones de
conducción normales, puede realizarse en un elevador de taller de cuatro columnas. Las pruebas se
llevan a cabo por medio de controles táctiles, visuales y auditivos. La herramienta viene equipada
con un mecanismo de 12.5 (1/2”) para usar con un maneral en forma de T y 355 mm de largo. Las
dimensiones de la envoltura Ø 60 mm x 265 mm de largo.
USO
Conecte la corredera 12.5 (1/2) con mango en
forma de T del test, podría ser necesaria una
extensión 12.5 (1/2).
Asegure el vehículo para que no se mueva
poniendo el freno de mano.
Al probar la alineación, hay que accionar el freno
de pie.
Eleve el vehículo y coloque el test bajo la rueda,
como se muestra en la imagen.
Figura 1 muestra una simulación de las fuerzas
que actúan longitudinalmente.
Figura 2 muestra una simulación de las fuerzas
que actúan transversalmente, esto permite
examinar las juntas, cojinetes, etc.
