The BM-700U-E comes with a dry function, the BM-700S-E does not

Wipe the product surface with a soft cloth dampened with room temperature water and
if needed a pea size amount of soap labeled, "for use on all surfaces." Then remove all
residue of soap with a clean sponge or soft cloth dampened with room temperature water.
