AeroKit quick start guide for first time users:
Once you have assembled the AeroKit, please follow the instructions below to connect,
configure and perform initial baseline test requires to stabilize your system.
Requirement:
Internet connectivity to your AeroKit Smart Controller. The Smart Controller has built in Wifi as
well as a Ethernet connector for a wired connection.
Connect your mobile device to the AeroKit:
1. Connect the power supply to the AeroKit Smart Controller and Temperature Controller.
2. Get the smart phone app
Download and install the Bifarm Grow mobile app:
Search for "Bifarm Grow" on Google Play or the Apple App Store, or use the following
links with your mobile phone browser:
ios.bifarm.com
android.bifarm.com
3. Create user account
Launch the Bifarm Grow app. Use the “Sign up” button will step you through the process
of creating your user account.
4. Discover your AeroKit
The mobile app will discover and connect to your AeroKit Smart Controller. Use the +
button to launch the discovery process.
5. Register the Unit
On the mobile app select the discovered AeroKit. Follow the onscreen steps to register,
name, and configure the network for the unit.
Configure and pressurize your AeroKit:
1. Configure and test the pressure systems
Add 2 Gal of water directly into the root chamber.

For the initial test tap water is ok and no nutrients are needed. (For an actual grow we
suggest distilled or filtered water).
2. Verify the reservoir level sensor and pressurize the system.
On the mobile app, place the AeroKit in maintenance mode using the button called
“Maintenance Mode” from the kit status screen.
Under the section, Procedures select the option “Prime System (Auto Valve model).”
The top portion of the screen will display the current reservoir sensor reading from your
AeroKit.
Note: 2 Gal of water should read approximately 23%
If your readings appear to be outside of a margin of 5% error you can add additional
water that should stabilize the reading.
3 Gal ≈ 35%
4 Gal ≈ 47 %
Max fill is 8.5Gal = 100%
. Pressurize the system
Press the “OK” button on the lower half of the screen to the right of number 1.
The system will automatically run the pumps to flush and prepare for system
pressurization. This will take one minute.
Press the “OK” button on the lower half of the screen to the right of number 3.
The system will automatically load up the accumulator tank and pressurize to ≈ 100 psi.
This will take about 2 to 3 minutes.
Once pressurization completes, exit the screen using the “Back” button and exit from
maintenance mode using the check ✓ icon.
Launch the 24 hour initial baseline test
We highly suggest that you perform a 24 hour initial baseline test. This test will run a specific
grow plan designed to fully engage all of your AeroKit’s system.
On the mobile app, select the “Load A Grow Plan” button from the AeroKit status screen.
Select the Grow Plan called, 24 hour baseline test

Select the “Load Plan” button.
This will launch the testing grow plan. You will now be able to monitor your system as it
performs it testing routine.
Some things that this test does that you can monitor.
● Atomizers. The system will run a high frequency and quick duration atomizer spray
program for testing. Four seconds pre nozzle every two minutes or 4s/2m. You can
monitor the misting directly in the root chamber.
● Day and Night light control. They system will establish a day night cycle of 18 on for day
and 6 off for night. The AC Switch will operate according to this schedule and you can
test its operations by connecting a light through it.
● Temperature adjustments. The system will perform two separate test temperature
adjustments, one for day and one for night. The target temperature for the day will be 70
and night 80.
Note: Please use the root chamber cover to provide enclosed stable temperature
environment for test.
