AVVERTENZE
• Q uesto apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente per animali di compagnia (quali cani, gatti o altri
di specie e taglia simili) e per contenere acqua da bere e cibo: il cibo è contenuto in apposita ciotola
e l’acqua scorre a mo’ di fontana ed è continuamente filtrata per trattenere parti solide che
eventualmente possono aggiungersi. Ogni altro uso è da considerarsi improprio e pericoloso. Il
costruttore non potrà essere ritenuto responsabile di eventuali danni derivanti da uso improprio,
erroneo e irresponsabile e/o da riparazioni effettuate da personale non qualificato.
• N ella fontana versare solo acqua potabile e demineralizzata: l’uso di acqua calcarea e di altre
sostanze possono risultare pericolose per la salute dell’animale e compromettere il funzionamento
dell’apparecchio. Il cibo non deve essiccare, non deve alterare in breve tempo.
• N on utilizzare l’apparecchio in ambienti esterni (all’aperto).
• U sare l’apparecchio completo degli accessori in dotazione, non usare accessori diversi: può essere
pericoloso per animale e possono danneggiare l’apparecchio. Verificare prima di ogni uso il buono
stato della fontana e dei suoi elementi (pompa, vaschetta, adattatore, ecc): in caso di dubbio
rivolgersi ad un centro assistenza autorizzato e accertarsi che i ricambi forniti siano originali.
• Q uesto apparecchio deve essere utilizzato solo con l’adattatore fornito in dotazione mod. SKY-
35V12200.
• L ’ambiente e la superficie dove l’apparecchio è utilizzato, deve essere asciutto e se dell’acqua
dovesse bagnare l’adattatore, per primo disattivare la presa di corrente spegnendo l’interruttore del
quadro elettrico, e solo dopo togliere l’adattatore dalla presa di corrente. Asciugarlo con cura sia
adattatore che la presa di corrente e solo dopo riattivare la corrente alla presa.
• I n caso di caduta o cattivo funzionamento, scollegare immediatamente l’adattatore. Verificare che
nessuna parte sia danneggiata, e dopo questi accertamenti accenderlo: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a
personale professionalmente qualificato.
• L ’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore a 8 anni e da persone con
ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza o della necessaria conoscenza,
purchè sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che le stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso

sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla comprensione dei pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono
giocare con l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere effettuata
dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.
• L ’apparecchio con tutti gli accessori devono essere mantenuti fuori dalla portata di bambini.
A ttenzione: quando si utilizzano apparecchi elettrici, occorre sempre rispettare le precauzioni di
sicurezza di base per evitare i rischi di incendio, di scosse elettriche e di lesioni fisiche. Ancor più
attenzione e precauzione necessita nell’uso di apparecchi elettrici che incorporano una vaschetta
con acqua: nel caso di tracimazioni di acqua togliere immediatamente la spina dalla presa di
corrente dell’adattatore. Nel caso specifico, necessita verificare che eventuale acqua possa bagnare
la presa di corrente a cui adattatore è collegato, per evitare scosse elettriche. Per prima cosa
disattivare la presa di corrente spegnendo l’interruttore del quadro elettrico, e solo dopo togliere
l’adattatore dalla presa di corrente. Asciugarlo con cura sia adattatore che la presa di corrente e solo
dopo riattivare la corrente alla presa. Re-inserire la spina nella presa di corrente dell’adattatore, e
poi utilizzare l’apparecchio. In caso di dubbio, rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
• N on rimuovere nessun elemento (coperchio, base, ecc..) quando l’apparecchio è in funzione.
• N on spostare l’apparecchio quando è in funzione e quando la vaschetta è piena.
• N on riempire l’acqua oltre il livello massimo indicato sulla vaschetta (MAX- 3.0L) o sotto il
livello minimo (MIN 1.2L) al fine di evitare che la fontana funzioni a secco (a vuoto, cioè senza
acqua o che l’acqua possa fuoriuscire all’esterno.
• N on riempire la ciotola oltre il livello massimo indicato 800ml (3 tazze).
• L 'utilizzatore deve verificare costantemente l’apparecchio quando è collegato all'alimentazione;
utilizzatore è responsabile della salute e della sicurezza del proprio animale. Gli animali non
devono giocare con l’apparecchio .
• S collegare sempre l’apparecchio dall’alimentazione se lasciato incustodito e prima di montarlo,
smontarlo o pulirlo.
• L a pompa deve funzionare solo quando è inserita correttamente nella propria sede ed immersa in
acqua; non utilizzarla per nessun altro scopo o impiego o con altri liquidi; la pompa deve
funzionare solo con gli accessori forniti in dotazione.
• L a temperatura dell’acqua della vaschetta non deve superare i 25°C.
•Non utilizzare l’apparecchio con temperatura ambiente inferiore a 4°C.
• S e l’apparecchio non è in funzione togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente dell’adattore e svuotare
la vaschetta.
• N on lasciare l’apparecchio esposto agli agenti atmosferici (sole, pioggia, ecc.).
• N on tirare il cavo di alimentazione o l’apparecchio stesso per disinserire la spina dalla presa di
corrente dell’adattatore.
• A l fine di evitare ogni rischio di scossa elettrica, non immergere mai l’adattatore AC/DC
nell’acqua od in nessun altro liquido.
• S e il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve sostituito.
• Q uesto apparecchio non è destinato a essere fatto funzionare per mezzo di un temporizzatore esterno
o con un sistema di comando a distanza separato, per evitare il rischio di incendio nel caso
l’apparecchio sia coperto o sia posizionato in modo non corretto.



INSTALLAZIONE
•Dopo aver tolto l’imballaggio, assicurarsi dell’integrità dell’apparecchio; in caso di dubbio non
utilizzarlo e rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato. Gli elementi di imballaggio
(sacchetti in plastica, polistirolo espanso, chiodi, ecc.) non devono essere lasciati alla portata di
mano di bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo; smaltirli secondo le norme vigenti.
•Prima di collegare l’apparecchio controllare che i valori di tensione riportati sulla targa dati
dell’adattatore corrispondano a quelli della rete elettrica. In caso di incompatibilità tra la presa e la
spina dell’ adattatore, far sostituire la presa con altra di tipo adatto da personale professionalmente
qualificato. In generale è sconsigliato l’uso di adattatori e/o prolunghe; se il loro uso si rendesse
indispensabile, devono essere conformi alle vigenti norme di sicurezza e la loro portata di corrente
(ampères) non deve essere inferiore a quella massima dell’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che la presa
della prolunga o la ciabatta a cui è collegato l’adattatore non possa venire a contatto con l’acqua:
nel caso dovesse bagnarsi, per primo disattivare la presa di corrente dalla prolunga agendo con
l’interruttore del quadro elettrico, e solo dopo togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente. Asciugarlo
con cura sia adattatore che la presa di corrente e solo dopo riattivare la corrente alla presa.
•Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non
sia danneggiato: in caso di dubbio rivolgersi a personale professionalmente qualificato.
•La presa di corrente deve essere facilmente accessibile in modo da poter disinserire con facilità
l’adattatore in caso di emergenza ed è bene che l’apparecchio sia posizionato ad una certa distanza
(50 cm almeno) dalla presa di corrente ed a una certa altezza dal pavimento al fine di evitare che
eventuali tracimazioni di acqua possono bagnare la presa e l’adattatore.
•L’apparecchio non deve essere posizionato immediatamente al di sotto di una presa di corrente.
•La superficie d’appoggio deve essere stabile, ampia (sono da escludere mensole), non in pendenza
(in quanto l’apparecchio potrebbe ribaltarsi).
•Posizionare l’apparecchio lontano da fonti di calore (stufe, termoventilatori), da moquette, parquet,
tende, tappezzerie, apparecchi elettrici (come computer, strumenti di precisione, ecc..), o mobili
delicati che potrebbero venire danneggiati dal contatto con l’acqua. La superficie d’appoggio deve
essere resistente all’acqua.
•Assicurarsi che il cavo sia posizionato correttamente e che non sia avvolto intorno all’apparecchio
o attorcigliato su se stesso e non si impigli, onde evitare una caduta dell’apparecchio. Verificare
che non vi si possa inciampare, per evitare cadute accidentali o danni al Vs. animale o alle persone.
Verificare inoltre che il cordone non sia al di sotto di tappeti.
•Assicurarsi che la fontana funzioni correttamente: nel caso contrario spegnere l’apparecchio e farlo
controllare da personale professionalmente qualificato.
•Al primo utilizzo è necessario pulirle e lavare la vaschetta, coperchio e il filtro: vedi paragrafo
“Pulizia e Manutenzione”.
•In caso di guasto o cattivo funzionamento spegnere l’apparecchio e farlo controllare da personale
professionalmente qualificato; le riparazioni effettuate da personale non qualificato possono essere
pericolose e fanno decadere la garanzia.
Attenzione: riempire la vaschetta solo quando l’apparecchio è spento e l’adattatore non è inserito
nella presa di corrente: riempire sempre la vaschetta solo con acqua pulita, potabile a temperatura
ambiente; l’uso di altre sostanze e/o liquidi possono risultare pericolose per la salute dell’animale.



FUNZIONAMENTO
Attenzione: prima di assemblare l’apparecchio, assicurarsi che sia scollegato dalla presa di corrente.
Attenzione: l’apparecchio può essere utilizzato solo se completamente e correttamente assemblato,
cioè completa di vaschetta, coperchio, filtro e ciotola. Nel caso di dubbio far controllare o eseguire
l’operazione da personale professionalmente qualificato.
L’apparecchio è composto dai seguenti elementi:
-Adattatore AC/DC: alimenta elettricamente l’apparecchio.
-Vaschetta: contiene l’acqua, la pompa elettrica, il filtro, luce e sostiene il coperchio. Ha sul
fronte una “finestra” per vedere il livello dell’acqua e indicati livelli min e max.
-Pompa elettrica, per la circolazione continua dell’acqua il cui flusso è
regolabile con l’apposita leva: pos.+ flusso massimo; pos.- flusso
minimo, medio nelle posizioni intermedie.
-Luce: è inserita nella base, evidenzia il livello dell’acqua nella vaschetta.
-Filtro: è inserito nella base, vicino alla pompa e trattiene le parti solide ed eventuali impurità,
riduce cattivi sapori e odori.
-Coperchio: forma la bacinella della fontana
-Ciotola: in cui inserire il cibo.
Prima di ogni utilizzo verificare che l’apparecchio sia in buono stato, che il cordone elettrico non sia
danneggiato: se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo
servizio assistenza tecnica o comunque da una persona con qualifica similare, in modo da prevenire
ogni rischio.
1. Assicurarsi che l’apparecchio non sia collegato alla rete.
2. Rimuovere il coperchio (2) ed assicurarsi che il filtro sia posizionato
correttamente nella propria sede, vedi figura a lato; (note: al primo
utilizzo è necessario lavarlo: vedi paragrafo “Pulizia e Manutenzione”).
3. Inserire il coperchio sulla vaschetta in modo che il cavo sia posizionato
dalla parte opposto alla finestra della vaschetta, come figura a lato.
4. Inserire nella vaschetta acqua e non oltre fino al livello massimo
indicato (scritta MAX stampata sulla vaschetta, max 3.0L).
5. Posizionare la ciotola (3) sul coperchio, massimo 800ml (3 tazze).
6. Inserire l’adattattore e nella presa di corrente, la spia luminosa accesa
segnala che l’apparecchio è in funzione. Verificare il flusso della pompa
ed eventualmente regolarlo tramite la leva, periodicamente verificare
che il livello sia sempre compreso tra massimo e minimo.
7. Durante il funzionamento, l’apparecchio deve essere sorvegliato per intervenire qualora
subentrino azioni che compromettono la sicurezza delle persone e/o animali.
8. Ultimato l’utilizzo, togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente, svuotare e sciacquare la vaschetta.



PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE
Attenzione: prima di pulire l’apparecchio spegnerlo, disinserire la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Vaschetta ed il coperchio necessitano di pulizia accurata e al termine di
ogni utilizzo. Per togliere il coperchio dalla vaschetta, tirare verso l’alto
il coperchio e con una mano tenere fermo la vaschetta, come figura a
lato.
•Filtro: al primo utilizzo, lasciarlo immerso in acqua per 2 minuti, risciacquarlo poi con acqua
abbondante sotto il getto d’acqua.
•Se la fontana viene utilizzata tutti i giorni è consigliabile lavare il filtro ogni settimana (prima togliere
il filtro dalla vaschetta e risciacquarlo poi con acqua abbondante sotto il getto d’acqua) la durata del
filtro è circa 2/3 mesi. Sostituire il ricambio con il filtro originale modello PKITFC1.
•Ciotola e vaschetta (prima togliere il filtro): possono essere puliti una spugnetta morbida con acqua
tiepida e un normale detersivo per stoviglie, risciacquare poi con acqua abbondante, e asciugare con
cura. Non utilizzare pagliette metalliche o prodotti abrasivi. L’acqua deve essere sempre svuotata
dopo ogni uso, lavarle la vaschetta, per evitare la formazione di sporco e la formazione di calcare.
•Coperchio può essere pulito unicamente con una spugnetta morbida o un panno morbido
leggeremente inbevuto d’acqua e/o normale detersivo. Non può essere lavato in lavastoviglie e
neppure sotto il getto d’acqua.
•Il mancato rispetto di operazioni di manutenzioni e di pulizia potrebbe dare origine alla formazione di
microorganismi nell’acqua. Le seguenti operazioni di pulizia, pertanto, vanno applicate abitualmente
al fine di garantire un corretto ed efficiente funzionamento del vostro apparecchio e per la salute del
vostro animale. Non possiamo non sottolineare l’importanza di una corretta e costante pulizia
dell’apparecchio al fine di evitare la formazione al suo interno di batteri e alghe.
•Se si decide di non utilizzare più l’apparecchio, si raccomanda di renderlo inoperante tagliando il
cavo di alimentazione dell’adattatore (prima assicurarsi d’aver tolto la spina dalla presa di corrente), e
di rendere innocue quelle parti che sono pericolose qualora utilizzate per gioco dai bambini.
Avvertenze per il corretto smaltimento del prodotto ai sensi della Direttiva Europea direttiva
2011/65/UE.
Alla fine della sua vita utile il prodotto non deve esser smaltito insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Può essere consegnato presso gli appositi centri di raccolta differenziata predisposti dalle
amministrazioni comunali, oppure presso i rivenditori che forniscono questo servizio.
Smaltire separatamente un elettrodomestico consente di evitare possibili conseguenze negative per
l’ambiente e per la salute derivanti da un suo smaltimento inadeguato e permette di recuperare i
materiali di cui è composto al fine di ottenere un importante risparmio di energia e di risorse. Per
rimarcare l’obbligo di smaltire separatamente gli elettrodomestici, sul prodotto è riportato il marchio
del contenitore di spazzatura mobile barrato. Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto da parte dell’utente
comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni amministrative previste dalla normativa vigente.



P lease read these instructions carefully before using the appliance, and instruct other
persons using it, too, when necessary. Keep booklet Hndy for further use.
If when reading this instructions manual certain parts should remain difficult to
understand, or if there is any confusion, contact the company indicated on the last page
before using the product.
T his symbol on the rating on the adaptor show: the appliance is class II equiment, for
which the power cord plug is without of the pole to the ground.

A ttention: instructions and general notices for safety use.
WARNINGS
•This appliance should be used exclusively for pets (such as dogs, cats or other species of pets of a
similar size and type) to hold drinking water and food: the food is stored in a specific bowl and the
water flows like a fountain and is continuously filtered in order to trap solid parts that may have
entered the system.
T his appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
-staff kitchen in shops, offices and other working environments;
-farm houses
-by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments
-bed and breakfast type environments
• O nly clean and drinkable water must be used in the fountain; the use of water with limescale or
other substances can be harmful to the animal’s health and will affect the running of the device.
The food must not dry out or become altered in a short time span.
• D o not use the appliance outdoors.
• O nly use the accessories provided: any other accessories used can pose a danger to the pet and can
damage the appliance.
• A ny other use is improper and dangerous. The manufacturer will not be liable for damage
resulting from improper, incorrect or irresponsible use and/or for repairs made by unqualified
persons.
• I f this should happen, do not put your hand in the liquid, but first remove the plug from the socket.
Carefully dry the appliance and make sure that all the electrical parts are dry: if you are unsure,
contact qualified service personnel.
• T he area and the surface where the appliance is used must be dry. Should water wet the adaptor,
first turn turn off the plug point at your distribution board and only then remove the adaptor from
the mains. Dry both the adaptor and the plug thoroughly and only thereafter turn the power back
on.
• I n this case, check whether the water has wet the plug point that the adaptor is connected to in
order to prevent electric shocks. First turn turn off the plug point at your distribution board and

only then remove the adaptor from the mains. Dry both the adaptor and the plug thoroughly and
only thereafter turn the power back on.
• D o not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
• T his appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
• T he supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance the appliance should be
scrapped.
• D o not fill the bowl above the maximum level indicated 800ml (3 cups).
• T he user must constantly check the appliance when it is plugged in; the user is responsible for the
health and safety of his/her pet. Pets must not play with the appliance.
• A ttention: when using electrical appliances, always follow basic safety precautions to avoid the
risks of fire, electric shock and personal injury. You must take even more precautions when using
electrical appliances that incorporate a water reservoir: in the case of water overflows, immediately
remove the plug from the power outlet to adapter, verify that the electrical components of the
appliance are not wet, and if they are, dry thoroughly and carefully. Re-insert the plug into the
socket of the adapter, and then use the device. In case of doubt, contact a qualified technician.
• D o not remove the diffuser and the cover when the unit is running.
• T he appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance mod.

• I f the unit is not running, remove the plug from the adapter's socket and empty the tank.
• I n order to avoid any risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the plug and the adapter's connector,
the electrical cable and the appliance in water or in any other liquid. .
• D o not move the appliance when it is on and when the tank is full.
• D o not place your hands, face or body directly above the steam output orifice when the appliance
is on.
• U nplug the appliance when not in use.
• D o not expose the heater to the weather (sun, rain, etc.).
• T he supply cord cannot be replaced. If the cord is damaged the appliance should be scrapped.
• I n order to prevent any risk of electric shock, do not immerse the AC/DC adaptor into water or any
other liquid.
• D o not pull on the power cord or the appliance to unplug the appliance from the electric socket.
• I f the electric cord is damaged, it has to be replaced by the supplier or an authorized service center
or a professionally qualified, to avoid any risks.



•After removing the packing materials, check the integrity of the appliance; if you are unsure, do not
use it and ask for qualified professional help. The packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene
foam, nails, etc.) must be kept out the reach of children because they are potential sources of
danger; but dispose of them in accordance with current law.
•Before connecting the appliance, check that the voltage shown on the data plate matches that of
your electricity. In the event of incompatibility between the electric outlet and the plug of the
appliance, have the outlet replaced with another more suitable type by professionally qualified
personnel, who will make sure that the section of the wires of the outlet is appropriate for the
absorbed power of the appliance. In general, the use of adapters or extension cords is not
recommended; if their use is indispensable, they must conform to existing safety standards and
their current capacity (amperes) must not be less that the maximum of the appliance.
•Make sure that the plug point of the extension or multiplug adapter that the adaptor is connected to
cannot come into contact with water: should it get wet, first remove the power to the extension at
the distribution board, and only thereafter remove the plug from the plug point. Dry both the
adapter and the plug thoroughly and only then restore power to the plug point.
•Stand the appliance on a horizontal, flat surface or table; do not stand on a inclined plane (the
appliance could upset.
•Make sure that the cable is correctly positioned, that it is not touching hot elements or sharp edges,
is not wound around the utensil, is not twisted up on itself or in the way to prevent the utensil from
being pulled over. Check that you cannot trip over to prevent accidental falls or harm to persons.
•The appliance must not be positioned immediately under a socket.
•The power socket must be easy to reach so the plug can be removed quickly in case of emergency.
•Place the appliance away from sources of heat (stoves, fan heaters, etc.), carpets, parquet floors, ,
electric appliances (such as computers, precision instruments, etc. ..), curtains, upholstery or
delicate furniture that could be damaged by contact with water or steam. The support surface must
be water-resistant and there must be at least 50 cm of free space around the appliance because
water vapour can be deposited on objects that could be damaged. Make sure that the steam is not
directed against a wall, which could be damaged.
•Make sure the cable is positioned correctly and that it is not wrapped around the appliance or
twisted around itself and not entangled, in order to avoid the falling over of the device. Make sure
that no one can trip, to avoid accidental falling or injury. However, verify that the cord is not
placed under the carpets.
•The support surface must be stable, wide (not on a shelf) and not sloping (because the appliance
could tip over).
•The plug must be easily accessible so that it can be easily removed in case of emergency. It is
recommended that the appliance be placed at a certain distance (at least 50cm) from the power
source and at a certain height off the floor. This is to prevent any water spillages from wetting the
plug point and the adaptor.
•Make sure that the appliance is working correctly: if not, turn off the appliance and have it checked
by professionally-qualified personnel.
•In the case of a breakdown or fault, switch off the appliance and have it checked by a
professionally qualified technician; repairs made by unqualified persons can be dangerous and
render void the warranty.
•When first using the appliance, clean and wash the tray, lid and filter: see paragraph on “Cleaning
and Maintenance”.
•Do not use the appliance with a timer or a programmer or with a system that can switch on the
appliance automatically, to avoid risk of fire, since a fire risk exists if the heater is covered or
positioned incorrectly.

Attention: fill the dispenser only when the power is off and the adapter is plugged into the power
outlet: always fill the tank only with clean water, drinking water at room temperature; the use of other
substances and / or liquid may be hazardous to the health of the animal.
OPERATION
Warning: before assembling the device, make sure it is disconnected from the power outlet.
Warning: the device may only be used if completely and correctly assembled, which means complete
with tray, lid, filter and bowl. In case of doubt, have it checked or installed by qualified personnel.
The unit consists of the following parts:
-AC / DC adaptor: powers the device electrically.
-Tray: holds the water, electric pump, filter, light and supports the lid. Has
a "window" on the front to see the water level and indicated min and max
levels.
-Electric pump for recirculating water. The pump flow can be adjusted using the lever: pos. +
Maximum flow; pos.- minimum flow; medium in the middle positions.
-Light: inserted in base, shows water level in the tray.
-Filter: inserted in base close to the pump which traps any solids and impurities, reduces bad
tastes and smells.
-Lid: forms the drip tray of the fountain
-Bowl: for food.
Before each use, check that the device is in good condition and, that the wiring is not damaged. If the
power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical service or a similarly
qualified person, in order to eliminate all risk.
1. Make sure that the device is not connected to the mains.
2. Remove the lid and make sure the filter is correctly positioned in its
place, see the figure; (note: on first use, you must wash it: see section
"Cleaning and Maintenance").
3. Place the lid of the tray so that the cord is positioned on the side opposite
to the tray window, as shown in the figure.
4. Put some water in the tray without exceeding the maximum level
indicated (MAX printed on the tray, max 3.0L).
5. Place the bowl on the lid (maximum 800ml/3 cups).
6. Plug the adapter into the power outlet. The light should come on to
indicate that the unit is in operation. Check the pump flow and adjust it
where necessary using the lever. Periodically check that the level is
always between the maximum and minimum.
7. The device must always be supervised during operation in order to prevent any actions that could
compromise the safety of people and / or animals.
8. Once you have finished using the device, remove the plug from the socket, and empty and rinse
the tray.



CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Attention: before cleaning the appliance, switch off and remove the plug from the electric
outlet.
Bowl and cover need thorough cleaning and after each use. To remove the
cover from the tank, pull up on the cover with one hand and hold the
bowl, as the figure.
•Filter: on first use, leave it immersed in water for 2 minutes. Then, rinse it under plenty running water
•If the fountain is used every day, it is recommended to wash the filter once a week (first remove the
filter from the tray and rinse it under plenty running water). The filter will last 2/3 months. Replace it
with an original filter, model PKITFC1.
•Bowl and tray (first remove the filter): they can be cleaned with a soft sponge and warm water and
ordinary dish washing detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use scourers or abrasive products.
The water must be discarded after each use, wash the tray to prevent the formation of dirt or
limescale.
•The lid can only be cleaned with a soft cloth that has been slightly dampened either with just water
and/or ordinary detergent. It cannot be washed in a dishwasher or under running water.
•Non-adherence to the maintenance and cleaning instructions can lead to the growth of
microorganisms in the water. The following cleaning instructions, therefore, must be performed
regularly in order to ensure that the appliance runs correctly and efficiently and that your pet’s health
is safeguarded. Constant and correct cleaning of the appliance is of utmost importance in order to
prevent bacteria and algae from forming inside the appliance
•If you decide not to use the appliance any more, we recommend making it inoperative by cutting the
power cord (after making sure you have disconnected the plug from the socket) and make dangerous
parts harmless if children are allowed to play with them.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN

• C ontrôler que l’humidificateur ne soit pas en contact avec l'autre eau ou les autres liquides. Si cela avait
lieu ne pas immerger la main dans le liquide mais avant tout enlever la fiche de la prise de courant.
Essuyer avec soin l’appareil et vérifier que toutes les parties électriques sont sèches: en cas de doute
s’adresser au personnel professionnellement qualifié.
• N e touchez pas l'appareil avec les mains ou les pieds mouillés.

INSTALLATION

capacité maxi. de l'appareil. S’assurer que la prise de la rallonge ou de la bande de puissance à laquelle
l'adaptateur est relié ne peut pas entrer en contact avec de l'eau : si elle était mouillée, débrancher d'abord
le cordon d'alimentation de la rallonge en agissant avec l'interrupteur du tableau électrique et alors

•L’appareil ne doit jamais être positionné directement sous une prise électrique.
•Positionner l’ appareil loin de sources de chaleur (radiateurs, radiateurs soufflants), de moquettes, ,
appareils électriques (tels qu’ordinateurs, instruments de précision, etc..)parquets, rideaux, tapisseries, ou
sur des meubles délicats qui pourraient être endommagés par le contact avec l’eau ou la vapeur. La
superficie d’appui doit être résistant à l’eau, l’espace libre autour de l’appareil doit être au moins de 50
cm, parce que la vapeur peut se déposer sur des objets qui peuvent s’endommager. Vérifier que le vapeur
ne soit pas dirigé contre la paroi, cela pourrait provoquer des dégâts.
•S’assurez que le cordon est correctement positionné et qu'il n’est pas enroulé autour de l'appareil ou
enroulé sur lui-même et qu’il ne s’accroche pas afin d'éviter une chute de l’appareil. Assurez-vous que
personne ne trébuche, pour éviter de tomber accidentellement ou de causer des dommages aux personnes.
De plus, vérifiez que le cordon ne se trouve pas sous les tapis.
•La prise de courant doit être facilement accessible afin de pouvoir débrancher facilement l'adaptateur en
cas de situation d'urgence et il est bon que l'appareil soit placé à une certaine distance (au moins 50 cm)
de la prise murale et à une certaine hauteur du plancher afin d'empêcher que des débordements d’eau
mouillent la prise et l'adaptateur
•La surface d’appui devrait être stable, spacieuse (il faut exclure les étagères), non pas en inclinaison
(parce que l’appareil pourrait se renverser).
•S’assurer que l’appareil fonctionne correctement: dans le cas contraire éteindre l’appareil et le faire
contrôler par le personnel professionnellement qualifié.
•Assurez-vous que la Orifice sortie vapeur est propre et débarrassée de tout corps étranger.
•N'utilisez pas l'appareil avec une minuterie ou un programmateur ou avec un système qui peut mettre
l'appareil en marche automatiquement, et ce pour éviter les risques d'incendie.
•Toutes les réparations doivent être faites par un service qualifié compétent. Dans tous les cas vous devez
retourner votre appareil à ce service.
•Lors de la première utilisation, il est indispensable de nettoyer et de laver la cuve, le couvercle et le filtre
: voir le paragraphe “Nettoyage et Entretien”.

FONCTIONNEMENT
Attention : avant d’assembler l’appareil, s’assurer qu’il soit bien débranché de la prise de courant.
Attention : L’appareil peut être utilisé que s’il est complètement et correctement assemblé, c’est à dire avec
sa cuvette, son couvercle son filtre et sa cuve. En cas de doute, faites-le vérifier ou faites faire cette
opération par du personnel qualifié.
L'appareil se compose des éléments suivants:
- Adaptateur AC/DC : alimente l’appareil électriquement.
- Cuvette : contient l'eau, la pompe électrique, le filtre, la lumière et soutient le couvercle. A l’avant il y
a une "fenêtre" pour voir le niveau de l'eau et les niveaux min et max sont indiqués.
- Pompe électrique, pour la circulation continue de l'eau dont le débit est
réglable avec le levier spécial : pos + Débit maximal ; pos.- débit minimal,
moyen dans les positions intermédiaires.
- Lumière : elle est insérée dans la base, elle met en évidence le niveau de l’eau dans la cuvette.
- Filtre : il est inséré dans la base, à côté de la pompe, il retient les parties solides et les impuretés
éventuelles, il réduit les mauvais goûts et les mauvaises odeurs.
- Couvercle : forme le bassin de la fontaine
- Cuve : où il faut mettre les aliments.
Avant chaque utilisation, vérifier que l'appareil est en bon état, que le cordon électrique n’est pas
endommagé : si le cordon d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant ou par son
service d’assistance technique ou par une personne qualifiée, afin d'éviter tout danger.

Mettre le couvercle sur la cuvette afin que le câble soit placé sur la partie
opposée à la fenêtre de la cuvette, comme c’est indiqué sur la figure sur le côté.

Mettre de l’eau dans la cuvette et pas plus que le niveau maximal indiqué (MAX
est écrit sur la cuvette, max 3.0L).
5. Placer la cuve sur le couvercle, maximum 800ml (3 tasses).
6. Insérer l’adaptateur dans la prise de courant et
le témoin lumineux indique que
l’appareil est sous tension. Vérifier le flux de la pompe et éventuellement le
régler grâce au levier, vérifier régulièrement que le niveau soit toujours compris
entre maximum et minimum.
7. Pendant l’utilisation, l’appareil doit être sous surveillance pour intervenir dès que des actions
compromettraient la sécurité des personnes et/ou des animaux.
8. Après utilisation, retirer la fiche de la prise de courant, vider et rincer la cuvette.



NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Attention: Avant toute opération de nettoyage, éteignez l’appareil et débranchez la fiche de la prise de
courant.
La cuve et le couvercle nécessitent un nettoyage approfondi et cela après
chaque utilisation. Pour retirer le couvercle du réservoir, tirer le couvercle
vers le haut et d'une main tenir le bol, comme c’est indiqué sur la figure sur
le côté
•Filtre : à la première utilisation, laisser tremper dans l'eau pendant 2 minutes puis rincer abondamment à
l'eau sous le jet d'eau.
•Si la fontaine est utilisée tous les jours, il est conseillé de laver le filtre chaque semaine (d'abord retirer le
filtre de la cuve et puis rincer abondamment à l'eau sous le jet d'eau) la durée de vie du filtre est d'environ
2/3 mois. Remplacer la pièce par le modèle de filtre d'origine PKITFC1.
•Le bol et la cuve (d'abord enlever le filtre) : peuvent être nettoyés avec une éponge douce et avec de l'eau
tiède ainsi qu’avec un détergent pour lave-vaisselle puis rincer abondamment à l'eau et sécher
soigneusement. Ne pas utiliser de laine d'acier ou de produits abrasifs. L'eau doit toujours être vidée après

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

• D as Gerät immer mit allem Zubehör der Ausstattung verwenden. Kein Zubehör benutzen, das nicht mit
dem Gerät geliefert wird: das kann gefährlich für den Benutzer sein und das Gerät beschädigen.
• K ontrollieren, dass der Luftbefeuchter nicht mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in Berührung
kommt. Sollte dieser Fall eintreten, die Hand nicht in die Flüssigkeit tauchen, sondern als erstes den
Netzstecker ziehen. Das Gerät sorgfältig trocknen und sich vergewissern, dass alle Teile trocken sind:
wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an eine Fachkraft.
• I m Falle eines Sturzes oder einer Fehlfunktion sofort ziehen Sie das Stromkabel. Stellen Sie sicher,
nichts beschädigt ist, und nach dem Einschalten auf diesen Ergebnissen: Im Zweifelsfall konsultieren Sie
einen qualifizierten Techniker.
• B erühren Sie nicht mit nassen Händen oder Füßen.
• A chtung! Beim Einsatz von Elektrogeräten sind immer die grundlegenden Sicherheitsvorkehrungen zu
beachten, um Brandgefahr, Stromschlag und Verletzungen zu vermeiden. Noch mehr Vorsicht sollte man
beim Einsatz von Elektrogeräten walten lassen, die einen Wasserbehälter enthalten: Sollte Wasser aus
dem Behälter austreten, direkt den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und , überprüfen, ob die
elektrischen Teile des Gerätes nass sind, sollte dies der Fall sein, müssen sie vollständig und sorgfältig
getrocknet werden. Den Stecker wieder einstecken und das Gerät benutzen. Falls Sie weiterhin Zweifel

• I n diesem Fall ist zu prüfen, ob das eventuelle Wasser die Steckdose, an der der Adapter angeschlossen
ist, nass machen kann, um Stromschläge zu vermeiden. Als erstes durch Ausschalten des Schalters der

INSTALLATION
•Nachdem Sie das Gerät ausgepackt haben, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät in gutem Zustand ist: Im
Zweifelfall, benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht, sondern wenden Sie sich an einen Fachmann. Halten Sie
Kinder und hilfsbedürftige Personen von allen Verpackungsmaterialien (Plastiktüte, Styropor usw.) fern.
•Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem Gerät vermerkten Spannung übereinstimmt
bevor Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken. Die Steckdose muss geerdet sein. Im Fall einer
Unvereinbarkeit zwischen dem Stecker und der Steckdose, lassen Sie die Anschlussleitung von einem
Fachmann auswechseln, der sich vergewissern wird, dass die Netzspannung mit der der Anschlussleitung
übereinstimmt. Im Allgemeinen ist es abgeraten Verlängerungsschnur oder Adapter zu benutzen. Falls es
jedoch unbedingt notwendig wäre, diese zu benutzen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass diese den geltenden
Sicherheitsvorschriften entsprechen, und ihre Leistung (Ampère) darf keinesfalls kleiner als die
maximale Leistung des Gerätes sein.
•Sicherstellen, dass die Steckdose der Verlängerung oder Mehrfachsteckdose, an der der Adapter
angeschlossen ist, nicht mit Wasser in Kontakt kommen kann. Falls er nass werden sollte, zuerst die
Steckdose der Verlängerung mit dem Schalter an der Schalttafel deaktivieren und erst dann den Stecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen. Sorgfältig sowohl den Adapter als auch die Steckdose abtrocknen und erst
dann den Strom der Steckdose wieder einschalten
•Bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen, vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Gerät in gutem Zustand ist, und dass die
Anschlussleitung nicht beschädigt ist. Im Zweifelsfall, wenden Sie sich bitte an einen Fachmann.
•Die Steckdose muss leicht erreichbar sein, so dass der Adapter in Notfällen problemlos ausgeschaltet
werden kann. Das Gerät sollte sich in einem bestimmten Abstand (mindestens 50 cm) von der Steckdose
befinden und auf einer gewissen Höhe vom Boden, damit eventuell überlaufendes Wasser nicht die
Steckdose oder den Adapter erreicht.
•Lassen Sie das Netzkabel nie über Ränder und Tischkanten hängen, oder heiße Oberflächen berühren.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes
oder zur Verletzung des Gebrauchers führen könnte.
•Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht gerade unterhalb einer Steckdose auf.
•Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein: Damit kann der Stecker im Bedarfsfall problemlos aus der
Steckdose gezogen werden.
•Den Luftbefeuchter entfernt von Wärmequellen (Öfen, Heizlüfter), elektrische Geräte (wie Computer ,
Präzisionsinstrumente, etc..) Teppichböden, Parkett, Vorhängen, Tapeten und nie auf empfindlichen
Möbeln aufstellen, die durch Wasser oder Dampf beschädigt werden können. Die Stellfläche muss
wasserfest sein; um das Gerät muss ein Freiraum von mindestens 50 cm gelassen werden, da sich der
Dampf auf den umliegenden Gegenständen absetzen und diese beschädigen kann. Den Dampf nicht
direkt auf die Wand richten, die dadurch beschädigt werden kann.
•Bei der ersten Verwendung muss die Wanne, der Deckel und der Filter gesäubert und gewaschen werden.

•Sicherstellen, ob das Elektrokabel richtig positioniert ist und nicht um das Gerät gewickelt ist und, dass
es nicht in sich selbst verwickelt und verstrickt ist, um ein Herunterfallen des Gerätes zu verhindern.
Sicherstellen, dass niemand über das Gerät stolpern kann, um Unfälle und Schäden an Personen zu
verhindern. Überprüfen, dass das Kabel nicht unter Teppichen liegt.
•Die Stellfläche muss stabil und groß genug sein (keine Konsolen) und darf keine Neigung aufweisen
(Umkippgefahr des Gerätes).
•Stellen Sie sicher, Dampfaustrittsöffnung und frei von Fremdkörpern ist.
•Bei einer Störung oder Fehlfunktion das Gerät sofort abschalten und von einer qualifizierten Fachkraft
überprüfen lassen. Reparaturen, die nicht von qualifizierten Fachkräften durchgeführt werden, können
gefährlich sein und der Hersteller lehnt in solchen Fällen jede Garantieübernahme ab.
•Dieses Gerät ist nicht dazu bestimmt, mit einer externen Schaltuhr oder mit einer gesonderten
Fernbedienung betrieben zu werden. Brandgefahr! Decken Sie das Gerät nicht ab und stellen Sie das Gerät
korrekt auf um Brandgefahr zu meiden.
Achtung: Füllen Sie den Spender nur dann, wenn das Gerät ausgeschaltet ist und das Netzteil in die
Steckdose eingesteckt: immer den Tank nur mit sauberem Wasser füllen, Trinkwasser bei Raumtemperatur;
die Verwendung anderer Substanzen und / oder Flüssigkeit kann eine Gefahr für die Gesundheit des Tieres
sein.
FUNKTIONSWEISE
Achtung: Vor dem Zusammenbauen des Geräts ist sicherzustellen, dass der Stecker aus der Steckdose
gezogen wurde.
Achtung: Das Gerät darf nur dann verwendet werden, wenn es vollständig und korrekt zusammengebaut
wurde, d.h. über die Wanne, den Deckel, den Filter und den Napf verfügt. Im Zweifelsfall von Fachpersonal
überprüfen oder zusammenbauen lassen.
Der AC-/DC-Adapter besteht aus den folgenden Elementen:
-AC-/DC-Adapter: Versorgt das Gerät mit Strom.
-Wanne: Enthält das Wasser, die elektrische Pumpe, den Filter, die Lampe und stützt den Deckel ab.
Hat an der Vorderseite ein "Fenster" zur Überprüfung des Wasserstands mit Anzeige des min.- und
max. Füllstands.
-Elektrische Pumpe zum kontinuierlichen Umwälzen des Wassers mit
regelbarem Fluss über den entsprechenden Hebel: Pos. + Höchstfluss, Pos. -
Mindestfluss, mittlerer Fluss in den Mittelpositionen.
-Lampe: Befindet sich im Untergestell und zeigt den Wasserfüllstand in der Wanne an.
-Filter: Befindet sich im Untergestell in der Nähe der Pumpe und hält die festen Teile und eventuellen
Schmutz zurück, vermindert schlechten Geschmack und Geruch.
-Deckel: Formt die Schüssel des Brunnens.
-Napf: In diesen wird das Fressen gefüllt.
Vor jeder Verwendung prüfen, ob das Gerät in einem guten Zustand ist und ob das Stromkabel
Beschädigungen aufweist. Wenn das Stromkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller oder seinem
technischen Kundendienst bzw. von einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person ausgetauscht werden, um Gefahren
zu vermeiden.
1. Sich vergewissern, dass das Gerät nicht am Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
2. Den Deckel entfernen und prüfen, ob sich der Filter in der korrekten Position in
seinem Sitz befindet. Siehe seitliche Abbildung (Hinweis: Vor der ersten
Benutzung muss er gewaschen werden. Siehe Abschnitt "Säuberung und
Wartung").
3. Den Deckel so auf die Wanne setzen, dass sich das Kabel auf der
entgegengesetzten Seite des Wannenfensters befindet, so wie es in der
nebenstehenden Abbildung gezeigt wird,
