CDC Mini Light Trap #2848BQ Assembly Instructions
1) Insert ripstop end of the bag into the lid
with the large cut out opening.
3) Loosely screw the lid onto the cup and
draw the ripstop material out until the
hem of the bag catches on the threads of
the cup.
2) Then fold the edge of the bag
back over the lid.
4) Once in place, tighten the lid to secure
the bag to the collection cup.

5) Loosen wing nuts and move bracket to
the edge, but not off of the trap body.
Retighten wing nuts just enough to hold
the bracket in place.
7) Install bulb. Adjust bracket height by
pushing the trap body in until it rests just
short of the bulb, secure in place. Avoid
overtightening the wing nuts as this can
crack the trap head.
6) Place the black plastic rain cover over the
screw on top of the bracket (see red arrow,
left) and install wing knob to secure. Install
so the top bracket is perpendicular to the
lamp holders.
8) Connect the lamp wire (circled in yellow
above). To finish, install the collection
bag by tightening the elastic drawstring
and repositioning the cord lock.
