1. Introduction

2. Safety Instructions
Read and understand this manual and all safety signs before using this appliance.

with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children

made by children without supervision.
• If the supply cord of this device is damaged, it shall be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or a similar qualied person in order to avoid
a hazard.
• Do not disassemble the appliance. There are no user-serviceable parts.

• This appliance is for household use only.
• Never clean the tank with abrasive or corrosive materials.
• Unplug the appliance from the mains before lling up the tank. Fill the tank up
to the limit level only.
• Make sure that the available voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the
specications of this manual.
• Disconnect the appliance from the mains to clean it or when it is not in use.
Handle the power cord by the plug only. Avoid touching the power cord with
wet hands.
• Only use the appliance when the tank is lled with water.
• Never leave the appliance unattended when plugged in.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources such as radiators. Operate only on
a dry and level surface.
• Do not immerse the appliance.
• This appliance is suited to clean a wide range of materials. However, we
recommend not to clean following items:
• delicate materials such as glass frames, (semi-) precious stones, jewellery,
hawksbill, pearl, emerald, ivory, coral, agate…;
• objects, which can easily be discoloured, waterlogged or damaged;
• brittle materials such as electronic devices, solder;
• non water-resistant watches, mobile phones;
• other materials such as wood, leather, fabric, contact lenses,
polycarbonate lenses, coated plastic lenses, ceramic, camera lters…
3. General Guidelines
• All modications of the device are forbidden for safety reasons. Damage caused
by user modications to the device is not covered by the warranty.
• Only use the device for its intended purpose. Using the device in an
unauthorised way will void the warranty.
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered
by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for any ensuing
defects or problems.

5. Operation
Principle
Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation eect, caused by the vibration of
high-frequency ultrasonic waves in the liquid.
As microscopic bubbles are formed, these implode and cause cavitation. This
cavitation creates an intense scrubbing action on the surface of the item being
cleaned. The bubbles are small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning
them thoroughly and consistently.
Ultrasonic cleaning is extremely eective in removing dirt and grime, which would
normally require tedious manual cleaning. Use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean a wide
variety of instruments and mechanical parts, returning them to almost brand new
condition without damage to delicate parts.
General operation
1. Open the lid and ll the tank with water. Running the cleaner without water will
damage the appliance. Do not exceed the MAX mark.
2. Put the item to be cleaned in the water and make sure it is completely
immersed.
3. Close the lid and connect the cleaner to the mains. Press the on-o switch to
switch on the cleaner. The cleaner will start the cleaning process. The cleaner
will automatically switch o after 5minutes of cleaning. Press the on-o switch
to switch o the cleaning process prematurely.
4. Disconnect the cleaner from the mains. Open the lid and take out the cleaned
item. Finally, empty the tank and wipe dry.

Cleaning Methods
General Cleaning
Use clear water for general cleaning. The object should be completely immersed.
However, the water should not exceed the maximum ll level.
Thorough Cleaning
In order to obtain better results, you may add a few drops of universal detergent.
We recommend using commercial dishwashing detergent – preferably without any
lipid-replenishing substances (balm).
Partial Cleaning
For partial cleaning of larger objects, use the cleaner with its lid open. Make sure not
to touch the liquid during operation!
Ultra-Cleaning
When items require extensive cleaning, use the thorough cleaning procedure rst,
refresh the water and repeat until the items are cleaned to satisfaction.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
General
Before starting any cleaning or maintenance activities:
1. Unplug the appliance’s power cord from the outlet.
2. Let the appliance cool down.
Cleaning
Do not turn on the ultrasonic cleaner without water in the tank. Running it for more
than 15seconds with an empty tank will damage the cleaner or severely reduce its
life.
Do not run the ultrasonic cleaner continuously or for a long period of time. It
is recommended to let it cool down for 20minutes after every 45minutes of
continuous use.
Do not keep water in the cleaning tank after use. Empty the tank from the cleaning
solution and wipe the tank dry.
Storage
Do not expose the ultrasonic cleaner to direct sunlight for a long period of time.
Keep it in a dry, cool and ventilated place.

1. Inleiding

levenscyclus wordt weggeworpen, dit toestel schade kan toebrengen aan het
milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele batterijen) niet bij het gewone huishoudelijke
afval; het moet bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf terechtkomen voor recyclage. U moet

2. Veiligheidsvoorschriften

met gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, op voorwaarde dat dit onder toezicht
gebeurt van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun veiligheid of hun
aanwijzingen heeft gegeven, hoe zij het toestel moeten gebruiken en zich
bewust zijn van de risico’s die het gebruik van het toestel met zich meebrengt.
Kinderen mogen niet met het toestel spelen. De reiniging en het onderhoud
van het toestel mogen niet worden uitgevoerd door kinderen, tenzij ze onder

• Indien de voedingskabel beschadigd is, dan moet deze door de fabrikant, diens
servicedienst, of een gelijkwaardig bekwaam persoon vervangen worden.
• Demonteer het toestel niet. De gebruiker mag geen onderdelen vervangen.
• Dit toestel is enkel geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik.
• Gebruik nooit schuurmiddelen of bijtende producten om het reservoir te
reinigen.
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact alvorens het reservoir te vullen. Vul het
reservoir tot aan de markering.
• De beschikbare netspanning mag niet hoger zijn dan de spanning vermeld in
de specicaties achteraan de handleiding.
• Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het toestel reinigt of als u het niet
gebruikt. Houd de voedingskabel altijd vast bij de stekker en niet bij de kabel.
Raak de voedingskabel nooit aan met natte handen.
• Schakel het toestel enkel in wanneer het reservoir met water is gevuld.
• Laat het toestel nooit onbeheerd achter wanneer deze ingeschakeld is.
• Houd het toestel uit de buurt van warmtebronnen zoals radiatorkachels. Plaats
het toestel op een een en horizontaal oppervlak.
• Dompel het toestel nooit onder in een vloeistof.
• Dit toestel reinigt tal van voorwerpen. Volgende voorwerpen zijn echter niet
geschikt:
• delicate materialen zoals glazen kaders, (half)edelstenen, juwelen,
karetschildpad, parels, smaragd, ivoor, koraal, agaat…;
• voorwerpen die verkleurd, doordrenkt of beschadigd kunnen worden
• broze metalen zoals elektronische toestellen, soldeer;
• niet-waterbestendige horloges, mobiele telefoons;
• houten voorwerpen, lederwaren, stoen, elektrische apparaten,
polycarbonaat-glas (thermoplast-kunststof), keramiek, cameralters
3. Algemene richtlijnen
• Om veiligheidsredenen mag u geen wijzigingen aanbrengen. Schade door
wijzigingen die de gebruiker heeft aangebracht aan het toestel valt niet onder
de garantie.
• Gebruik het toestel enkel waarvoor het gemaakt is. De garantie vervalt
automatisch bij ongeoorloofd gebruik.
• De garantie geldt niet voor schade door het negeren van bepaalde richtlijnen
in deze handleiding en uw dealer zal de verantwoordelijkheid afwijzen voor
defecten of problemen die hier rechtstreeks verband mee houden.
• Noch Velleman nv noch zijn verdelers kunnen aansprakelijk gesteld worden

5. Gebruik
Werkingsprincipe
De ultrasone reiniging is gebaseerd op het cavitatie-eect, dat ontstaat door de
trillingen van ultrasone golven van hoge frequentie in vloeistoen.
De microscopisch kleine blaasjes die daardoor ontstaan, imploderen en veroorzaken
de cavitatie, die op haar beurt leidt tot een intensief afscheidingseect op de
oppervlakte van het te reinigen voorwerp. Deze blaasjes zijn klein genoeg, om in
microscopisch kleine spleetjes binnen te dringen en deze grondig en gelijkmatig
te reinigen.
Ultrasone reiniging is een uiterst eectieve methode ter verwijdering van vuil en
verontreinigingen, die anders met veel moeite met de hand gereinigd moeten
worden. Gebruik een ultrasone reiniger om verschillende instrumenten en
mechanische onderdelen te reinigen zonder de onderdelen te beschadigen.
Algemeen
1. Open het deksel en vul het reservoir met water. Gebruik het toestel nooit
zonder water, dit kan het toestel beschadigen. Overschrijd de MAX-markering
niet.
2. Plaats het voorwerp in het water en zorg ervoor dat het volledig
ondergedompeld is.
3. Sluit het deksel en steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Druk op de aan/uit-knop
om het toestel in te schakelen. Het reinigingsproces begint automatisch. Het
toestel schakelt na 5 minuten automatisch uit. Druk op de aan/uit-schakelaar
om het reinigingsproces vroegtijdig te stoppen.
4. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact. Open het deksel en verwijder het voorwerp.
Giet tenslotte het water uit het reservoir en droog het af.
Reinigingsmethoden
Algemene reiniging
Gebruik schoon water om het toestel te reinigen. Zorg ervoor dat het voorwerp
volledig ondergedompeld is. Overschrijd het maximumniveau niet.
Grondige reiniging

Voor betere resultaten, voeg enkele druppels universeel reinigingsmiddel toe.
Wij raden een gewoon huishoudelijk afwasmiddel aan – bij voorkeur zonder
toegevoegde balsems.
Gedeeltelijke reiniging
Voor de gedeeltelijke reiniging van grotere voorwerpen, gebruik het toestel met
open deksel. Vermijd elk contact met de vloeistof tijdens het reinigingsproces!
Ultrareiniging
Voor een zeer grondige reiniging, begin met het grondige reinigingsproces, ververs
het water en herhaal totdat de voorwerpen gereinigd zijn.
6. Reiniging en onderhoud
Algemeen
Voor het reinigen of onderhoud:
1. Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact.
2. Laat het toestel afkoelen.
Reiniging
Schakel de ultrasone reiniger niet zonder water in. Als het toestel langer dan 15
seconden wordt gebruikt met een leeg reservoir, kan dit het toestel beschadigen of
de levensduur aanzienlijk verkorten.
Gebruik het toestel niet langdurig of continu. Laat het toestel 20 minuten
afkoelen na een langdurig gebruik van 45 minuten.
Ledig het reservoir na gebruik. Verwijder het oplosmiddel uit het reservoir en
veeg deze droog.
Opslag
Stel de ultrasone reiniger niet langdurig bloot aan direct zonlicht. Bewaar het
toestel in een droge, koele en goed geventileerde ruimte.

• Un cordon d’alimentation endommagé doit être remplacé par le fabricant, un
technicien ou une autre personne qualiée pour éviter tout danger.
• Ne jamais démonter l’appareil. Il n’y a aucune pièce réparable par l’utilisateur.
• Cet appareil est destiné uniquement à un usage intérieur.
• Ne jamais nettoyer le réservoir avec des nettoyants corrosifs ou abrasifs.
• Débrancher l’appareil avant de remplir le réservoir. Remplir le réservoir jusqu’au
repère MAX.
• S’assurer que la tension réseau ne dépasse pas la tension indiquée dans les
spécications.
• Débrancher l’appareil avant de le nettoyer ou lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé. Tirer sur
la che pour débrancher l’appareil; non pas sur le câble. Ne jamais toucher le
cordon d’alimentation avec les mains mouillées.
• Ne brancher l’appareil que lorsque le réservoir est rempli.
• Ne jamais laisser l’appareil allumé sans surveillance.
• Tenir l’appareil à l’écart des sources de chaleur comme les radiateurs. Installer
sur une surface plane et horizontale.
• Ne jamais immerger l’appareil dans un liquide.
• Cet appareil a été conçu pour le nettoyage d’une multitude d’objets. Nous
déconseillons toutefois d’utiliser ce nettoyeur avec :
• des matériaux délicats comme des cadres de verre, des pierres semi-
précieuses, des bijoux, l’écaille de tortue, la perle, l’émeraude, l’ivoire, le
corail, l’agate… ;
• des objets pouvant être facilement décolorés, imprégnés ou
endommagés ;
• des métaux fragiles comme des appareils électroniques, la soudure ;
• des montres non étanches ; des téléphones mobiles ;
• d’autres matériaux en bois ou en cuir, tissus, des lentilles de contact,
des lentilles en polycarbonate, des lunettes à verres synthétiques, la
céramique, des ltres de caméra…
3. Directives générales
• Toute modication est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité. Les dommages
occasionnés par des modications par le client ne tombent pas sous la garantie.
• N’utiliser l’appareil qu’à sa fonction prévue. Un usage impropre annule d’oce

5. Emploi
Principe
Le nettoyage par ultrasons est basé sur l’eet de cavitation généré par les vibrations
d’ondes ultrasoniques dans le liquide.
Les bulles microscopiques s’étant formées implosent, provoquant des turbulences
comparables à de minuscules brosses agissant au niveau des pièces à nettoyer. Les
bulles sont susamment petites pour pénétrer dans les ssures microscopiques et
nettoyer celles-ci minutieusement et uniformément.
Le nettoyage par ultrasons est une méthode extrêmement ecace pour
l’élimination des salissures et impuretés qui devraient autrement être éliminées
laborieusement à la main. Utiliser un nettoyeur à ultrasons pour nettoyer de
nombreux instruments et de pièces mécaniques, sans endommager les pièces
délicates.
Général
1. Ouvrir le couvercle et remplir le réservoir avec de l’eau. Un fonctionnement à
vide peut endommager l’appareil. Ne pas dépasser le repère MAX.
2. Placer l’objet dans l’eau et s’assurer que l’objet est complètement immergé.
3. Fermer le couvercle et brancher l’appareil sur une prise secteur. Appuyer sur
le bouton on/o pour allumer l’appareil. Le processus de nettoyage se lance
automatiquement. L’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après 5 minutes.
Appuyer sur le bouton on/o pour stopper prématurément le processus de
nettoyage.

4. Débrancher l’appareil. Ouvrir le couvercle et retirer l’objet. Vidanger le réservoir
et essuyer l’appareil.
Méthodes de nettoyage
Nettoyage général
Utiliser de l’eau claire pour le nettoyage général. L’objet doit être complètement
immergé. Toutefois, l’eau de doit pas dépasser le niveau de remplissage maximal.
Nettoyage approfondi
Pour obtenir des meilleurs résultats, utiliser quelques gouttes d’un nettoyant
universel. Nous recommandons l’utilisation d’un liquide vaisselle courant -
préférablement sans additifs émollients (baume).
Nettoyage partiel
Pour le nettoyage partiel d’objets volumineux, utiliser l’appareil avec le couvercle
ouvert. Ne pas entrer en contact avec le liquide pendant le fonctionnement de
l’appareil !
Ultra-nettoyage
Pour un nettoyage en profondeur, lancer d’abord le processus de nettoyage
approfondi, changer l’eau et répéter jusqu’à ce que les objets soient propres.
6. Nettoyage et entretien
En général
Avant tout nettoyage ou entretien :
1. Débrancher l’appareil.
2. Laisser refroidir l’appareil.
Nettoyage
Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil à vide. Ne pas faire fonctionner l’appareil à
vide pendant plus de 15 secondes. Cela peut endommager l’appareil ou réduire
considérablement sa durée de vie.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil en continu ou pour une période prolongée. Laisser
refroidir l’appareil pendant 20 minutes après 45 minutes d’utilisation continue.
Vider le réservoir après chaque usage. Vider la solution de nettoyage et essuyer
le réservoir.
Stockage
Ne pas exposer l’appareil aux rayons directs du soleil pour une longue période.
Stocker l’appareil dans un endroit sec, frais et bien ventilé.

2. Instrucciones de seguridad

los niños no jueguen con este dispositivo. Nunca deje que los niños limpien o

• No desmonte el aparato. El usuario no habrá de efectuar el mantenimiento de
ninguna pieza.
• Este producto sólo es apto para el uso doméstico.
• Nunca limpie el depósito con líquidos corrosivos o abrasivos.
• Desenchufe el aparato antes de llenar el depósito con agua. Llene el depósito
sólo hasta el nivel límite.
• Asegúrese de que la tensión de red no sobrepase la tensión indicada en las
especicaciones.
• Desenchufe siempre el aparato si no va a usarlo durante un largo período
de tiempo o antes de limpiarlo. Tire siempre del enchufe para desconectar el
cable de red, nunca del propio cable. No toque el cable de alimentación con las
manos mojadas.
• Utilice sólo el aparato si el depósito está lleno de agua.
• Nunca deje un aparato activado sin vigilancia.
• Mantenga el aparato lejos del alcance de fuentes de calor como p.ej.

5. Funcionamiento
principio
El principio de la limpieza por ultrasonidos se basa en la elaboración de cavidades,
causada por vibraciones de ondas ultrasónicas de alta frecuencia en el líquido.
Se generarán millones de burbujas de aire microscópicas que estallarán y causarán
la cavitación. Este efecto permitirá así una limpieza a fondo y cuidadosa, incluso en
casos de contornos muy nos. Todo rastro de suciedad será desprendido y quedará
disuelto.
La limpieza por ultrasonido es la solución para eliminar la suciedad alojada en
las piezas, incluso en lugares con difícil acceso. Es la solución ideal para limpiar
instrumentes y piezas mecánicas. Dejará estos objetos sin dañarlos como si fueran
nuevos.
Funcionamiento general
1. Abra la tapa e introduzca agua en el depósito. Para no dañar el aparato, no lo
utilice sin agua. Asegúrese de que el nivel del agua no sobrepase la marca MAX.
2. Ponga el objeto que quiere limpiar en el agua y asegúrese de que esté
completamente sumergido.
3. Cierre la tapa y enchufe el aparato. Pulse el botón de encendido/apagado
para encender el aparato. La limpieza empezará. El aparato se desactivará
automáticamente después de 5 minutos. Pulse el botón de encendido/apagado
para detener el proceso de limpieza antes de este período.
4. Desenchufe el aparato. Abra la tapa y quite el objeto. Vacía el depósito y
séquelo.

Métodos de limpieza
Limpieza normal
Utilice agua limpia. Asegúrese de que el objeto esté completamente sumergido.
Asegúrese de que el nivel del agua no sobrepase la marca MAX.
Limpieza a fondo
Añada unas gotas de detergente al agua. Recomendamos un detergente para
platos, preferentemente sin sustancias hidratantes (bálsamo)
Limpieza de objetos grandes
Si quiere limpiar objetos más grandes, deje abierta la tapa. ¡No toque el líquido
durante el funcionamiento!
Limpieza de objetos muy sucios
Para limpiar objetos muy sucios, añada unas gotas de detergente suave al agua
inicie la limpieza. Cambie el agua y repita este procedimiento hasta que los objetos
estén limpios.
6. Limpieza y mantenimiento
General
Antes de iniciar cualquier actividad de limpieza o mantenimiento:
1. Desenchufe el aparato.
2. Deje que el aparato se enfríe.
Limpieza
No deje funcionar el aparato sin agua. Dañará o disminuirá la vida útil del aparato
cuando lo utiliza durante más de 15 segundos sin agua.
No utilice el aparato de forma continua o durante un largo período de tiempo.
Deje que el aparato se enfríe durante 20 minutos después de cada 45 minutos de
uso continuo.
Vacíe siempre el depósito después del uso. Luego, séquelo.
Almacenamiento
No exponga el aparato a la luz solar. Almacene el aparato en un lugar seco, fresco
y aireado.
