Recommended Torque Values
Tighten bolts to torque specifications to prevent the bolts from slipping.
Do not extend any components including the
stem or seat post beyond the minimum insertion
markings, which are etched into the seat post
and stem. Before using the bike, check that the
saddle post quick release bolt is closed and
firmly tightened. Secure all hardware properly or
it may become loose and result in serious injuries.
Step 7:
Install the pedal marked “L” on the le side of
the bike and pedal marked “R” on the right
side (side with chain and gears).
Tighten the pedals securely by turning the
pedals towards the front of the bike with a
wrench as seen in the assembly video at
support.blixbike.com. Install carefully to not
damage the thread.
Step 8:
Adjust the seat post to desired height and
firmly tighten the seat post clamp.
Step 9:
Inflate the tires to the recommended
pressure 40-65 PSI, indicated on the tire
sidewall.

guide of all aspects of the assembly. Refer to the assembly
video at support.blixbike.com for detailed instructions. We
recommend you consult a qualified bike mechanic to assist
in the assembly, service and maintenance of your bike.
Step 1:
Remove the bike from the box and set it on a smooth, flat suace.
Remove all packaging material from the bike and carefully cut the
zip-ties attaching the handlebars and wheel to the frame. Make sure
the below items are included in the package. Contact Blix if any items
are missing.
Step 2:
Rotate the handlebar stem upwards and tighten
the knob firmly.
Step 3:
Insert the upper part of the handlebar
stem into the lower handlebar bar stem on
the bike. Adjust desired height and tighten
clamp as firmly as possible to avoid vibration
in the handlebar while riding.

Step 4:
Unfold the frame and firmly secure
the latch at the center of the frame
as shown in the Vika+ assembly video
at support.blixbike.com.
Step 5:
Install the front light to the front
fender with the included Allen
wrench and the screw on the
light.
Step 6:
Connect the light cables to the
included front light. Cable marked with
white color connects to minus (-).
