Product Assembly - Pre Assembly Tips
PRE ASSEMBLY TIP #1 – UnPacking “The Monster” (E1200 & E1000).
Once you have taken all the parts and main frame out of the shipping box, place the main
frame forward on packaging foam. ONLY REST ON METAL FRAME NOT PLASTIC.
Very stable and safe to start the Assembly STEPS.
This will ensure a happier and longer life or at least
during the rest of the assembly process!
Not stable and can easily fall
over. DO NOT attempt till
after lower frame is attached.
PRE ASSEMBLY TIP #2 – Wrapping the moving arms ends.
The bottom of both moving arms WILL swing back and forth during
the assembly STEPS, potentially causing damage to machine or the
assembly tech. Take some of the packaging with rubber bands or its
shipping tape and wrap the ends before assembly STEPS.
PRE ASSEMBLY TIP #3 – “ Fill-the-Gap ”
During multiple assembly STEPS hardware can be easily dropped
into the main frame. For extra insurance to keep the assembly
process quick and less stressful, place extra packaging bags under
assembly areas to catch hardware if accidentally dropped.
