1. Allgemeines
1.1 Für unsere Umwelt
Geben Sie die anfallenden Verpackungsteile zur Wiederverwertung an die
entsprechenden Sammelstellen.
Verbrauchte Batterien und defekte Akkus gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
Sorgen Sie für eine umweltgerechte Entsorgung.
Bei der Entsorgung des Gerätes oder einzelner Komponenten sind die für das jeweilige
Land gültigen Entsorgungsvorschriften unbedingt zu beachten.
1.2 Verwendung
Der Kraftaufnehmer ist, in Verbindung mit der Kraftmesseinrichtung 0 986 612 878,
eine universelle Einrichtung zum Messen von Druckkräften beim Einpressen von Lagern,
Buchsen, Wellendichtringen (z.B. bei Common Rail-Hochdruckpumpen CP3.x),
Wärmeschutzhülsen (z.B. bei Stufen-Düsenhaltern) und ähnlichen Bauteilen.
Durch die 4 Bolzen in der oberen Platte der
Kraftmesseinrichtung 0 986 612 878 können
ungleichförmige Bauteile für den Einpressvorgang
sicher aufgelegt werden.
Für die Montagevorrichtung für Stufen-Düsenhalter
sind auf der unteren Platte der Kraftmesseinrichtung
0 986 612 878 zwei M 6-Bohrungen vorhanden.
Wichtig!
Die Kraftmesseinrichtung 0 986 612 878 ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten!

4. Betrieb mit Akku
Die Spannungsversorgung erfolgt über einen 9 V Block-Akku.
Keine Fremdspannung anlegen!
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme beide Akkus mit dem mitgelieferten Ladegerät aufladen.
Der Ladevorgang dauert bei vollständig leerem Akku etwa 2...3 Stunden.
Während des Ladevorgangs leuchtet die LED am Ladegerät.
Ist der Akku geladen, schaltet das Ladegerät auf Erhaltungsladung um und die LED am
Ladegerät blinkt. Ein Überladen des Akkus ist nicht möglich.
Die Kapazität eines aufgeladenen Akkus reicht für etwa 3 Betriebsstunden.
Sinkt die Akkuspannung unter einen Minimalwert, wird in der Anzeige des Hand-
indikators " +1.::. " angezeigt. In diesem Fall den Akku sofort austauschen und aufladen.
Verbrauchte Batterien und defekte Akkus gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
Sorgen Sie für eine umweltgerechte Entsorgung.
5. Betrieb mit Netzteil
Optional kann die Spannungsversorgung auch über ein Netzteil erfolgen, welches
an der Netzteil-Anschlussbuchse am Handindikator angeschlossen wird.
Bei Verwendung eines Netzteils unbedingt die Netzteil-Kennwerte im Abschnitt 9.3
beachten.
6. Kalibrierung
Im Rahmen Ihres Qualitätsmanagements (siehe QS-Handbuch) sind die festgelegten
Intervalle für die Kalibrierung unbedingt zu beachten.
Empfehlung: Alle 24 Monate

7. Reinigung
Die Folientastatur des Handindikators nur mit sauberen Händen bedienen.
In regelmäßigen Abständen die Führungen an der Kraftmesseinrichtung mit Druckluft
reinigen, um einen leichten, reibungsarmen Lauf zu gewährleisten.
Die Kraftmessdose von Zeit zu Zeit von der Bodenplatte der Kraftmesseinrichtung lösen
und den Sensor auf der Kraftmessdose mit Druckluft oder einem weichen Tuch reinigen.

10. Montage und Anschluss
Das Akkufach auf der Rückseite des Handindikators öffnen.
Den aufgeladenen Akku an den Handindikator anschließen und
einsetzen, Akkufach schließen.
Die Kraftmessdose mit den 4 Zylinderschrauben an die
Bodenplatte der Kraftmesseinrichtung 0 986 612 878
anschrauben.
Die Leitung der Kraftmessdose an den Handindikator
anschließen.
Für den stationären Einsatz den Befestigungswinkel am
Arbeitsplatz in Augenhöhe befestigen und Handindikator
einhängen.
11. Hinweise zum Handindikator
Wichtig!
Unbedingt die im Abschnitt 12.2 beschriebene Tastenfolge beachten!
Der Handindikator ist ein Universalgerät, an das unterschiedliche Signalgeber
angeschlossen werden können.
Für diese Funktionen werden Tasten/Tastenkombinationen auf der Tastatur benötigt,
die in dieser Anleitung nicht beschrieben werden.
Wird versehentlich eine nicht beschriebene Taste/Tastenkombination gedrückt
und der Handindikator befindet sich in einem unbekannten Modus, so muss der Hand-
indikator mit dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter oben am Gerät ausgeschaltet werden.
Nach erneutem Einschalten befindet sich der Handindikator wieder im Standard-Modus.
Versuchen sie keinesfalls, aus einem unbekannten Modus durch Betätigen einer oder
mehrerer Tasten in den Standard-Modus zurück zu gelangen.
Hierdurch können die Kalibrierung und andere Grundeinstellungen des Handindikators
verändert bzw. gelöscht werden.
Die Grundeinstellung bzw. Kalibrierung kann nur kostenpflichtig durchgeführt werden.

12. Einpressvorgang
12.1 Vorbereitung
Der Einpressvorgang wird exemplarisch beschrieben und gilt in entsprechender Weise
auch für andere Einpressarbeiten.
Das Bauteil (z.B. Flansch) zusammen mit dem einzu-
pressenden Teil (z.B. Buchse, Wellendichtring) und dem
Einpresswerkzeug auf die Kraftmesseinrichtung
0 986 612 878 auflegen.
Wichtig!
Vor dem Einschalten des Handindikators sicherstellen, dass der
Kraftaufnehmer an den Handindikator angeschlossen ist.
Den Handindikator mit dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter (1) oben am
Gerät einschalten.
Es werden zuerst alle Zeichen des Displays und dann die
Programmversion angezeigt.
Den anschließend angezeigten Zahlenwert nicht beachten.
12.2 Ablauf
Die Tara-Taste [ T] so oft betätigen, bis die Leuchtdiode [ Tara ] leuchtet
und das Display [ 000.0 ] anzeigt.
(000.0 = 000.0 kN)
Die Spitzenwert-Taste [ S] 1-mal betätigen.
Die Leuchtdiode [ MAX ] leuchtet.
Das Display muss [ 000.0 ] angezeigen.
Zeigt das Display einen anderen Wert als [ 000.0 ] an, die Mode-Taste
[ MODE ] 1-mal betätigen.
Hierdurch wird der Speicher der Spitzenwertfunktion gelöscht und es
erscheint [ 000.0 ] im Display.

Einpressvorgang gemäß Angaben und Beschreibungen in den entsprechenden
Instandsetzungsanleitungen bzw. Datenblättern vornehmen.
Unbedingt die erzeugnisbezogenen Informationen auf ESI[tronic] beachten!
Nach dem Einpressvorgang 2-mal die Spitzenwert-Taste [ S] betätigen.
Die Leuchtdiode [ MAX ] erlischt und die Leuchtdiode [ Tara ] leuchtet
wieder.
Für einen weiteren Einpressvorgang die entsprechenden Teile
(Gehäuse, Buchse, Einpresswerkzeug) auf die Kraftmesseinrichtung
0 986 612 878 auflegen.
Weiterer Ablauf: Zurück zum Anfang von Abschnitt 12.2.
Wichtig!
Nach Beendigung der Arbeiten den Handindikator immer mit
dem Ein-/Aus-Schalter (1) oben am Gerät ausschalten!
Die Ein-/Aus-Taste [ Ein/Aus ] auf der Folientastatur schaltet
nur in den Ruhestrom-Modus!

1. General
1.1 For Our Environment

Used and faulty batteries should not be disposed off with domestic waste.
Ensure they are disposed off in an environmentally compatible manner.
When disposing off the device or individual components the respective disposal
regulations for a particular country must be observed.
1.2 Application
The force pickup, in combination with force-measurement device 0 986 612 878,
is a universal device for measuring pressure forces when pressing in bearings, bushings,
shaft seals (e.g. for Common Rail high-pressure pumps CP3.x), heat protection sleeves
(e.g. for step-type nozzle-holder assemblies) and similar components.
The 4 bolts in the upper plate of the force
measurement device 0 986 612 878 can be used
to securely mount non-identical components for the
pressing-in procedure.
For the installation jig for the step-type nozzle-holder
assemblies have two M 6 bores on the lower plate of the
force-measurement device 0 986 612 878.
Important!
The force-measurement device 0 986 612 878 is not part of the delivery specification!

4. Operation with storage battery
The voltage supply is established using a 9 V block storage battery.
Do not apply an external voltage source!
Prior to the first start up, both storage batteries should be charged using the charger which
is included as part of the delivery specification.
Charging will take roughly 2...3 hours for a completely empty storage battery.
During the charging process the charger's LED will go on.
Once the storage battery is charged, the charger will switch to maintenance charge and
the LED on the charger starts to flash on and off. It is not possible to overcharge the
storage battery.
The capacity of a charged storage battery will suffice for 3 hours of operation.
If the storage battery level drops below a specific minimum value, the following is
displayed in the manual indicator “ +1.::. ”. In this case, replace the storage battery
immediately and charge it.
Used and faulty batteries should not be disposed off with domestic waste.
Ensure they are disposed off in an environmentally compatible manner.
5. Operation with power pack
As an option the voltage supply can also be provided by means of a power pack, which is
connected to the power pack plug socket on the manual indicator.
Where a power pack is used then the power pack characteristic values must be observed;
they are available in Section 9.3.
6. Calibration
As part of your quality management (see QA Manual) the defined
for calibration must be observed.
Recommendation: Every 24 months

7. Cleaning
The manual indicator's membrane keyboard should only be operated with clean hands.
At regular intervals the guides on the force-measurement device should be cleaned using
compressed air, in order to ensure low-friction operation.
The force transmitter should occasionally be removed from the base plate of the force-
measurement device and the sensor on the force transmitter should be cleaned using
compressed air or a damp cloth.

10. Assembly and connection
Open the storage battery compartment on the rear of the manual
indicator.
Connect the charged storage battery to the manual indicator and
insert; close storage battery compartment.
Screw on force transmitter using the 4 cheese head screws to the
base plate of the force-measurement device 0 986 612 878.
Connect the force transmitter cable to the manual indicator.
For stationary deployment, mount the fastening angle at the
workplace at eye level and the insert the manual indicator.
11. Note on manual indicator
Important!
The key sequence as in Section 12.2 must be observed!
The manual indicator is multipurpose device, to which the most varied of signal generators
can be connected.
For these functions keys/key combinations are required on the keyboard, that are not
described in these instructions.
If, inadvertently, a key / key combination is used that is not described and the manual
indicator is in an unknown mode, then the manual indicator must be switched off using
the On/Off switch on top of the device.
After switching it on again the manual indicator returns to the standard mode.
On no account, should you attempt to change from an unknown mode by pressing one or
several keys to return to the standard mode.
By doing this, the calibration and other default settings of the manual indicator
could be modified or deleted.
Default setting or calibration can only be performed for a fee.

12. Pressing-in procedure
12.1 Preparation
The pressing-in procedure is described here by way of an example and applies similarly
for other pressing-in tasks.
Mount the component (e.g. flange) together with the part to
be pressed in (e.g. bushing, shaft sealing ring) and the
press-in tool on the force-measurement device
0 986 612 878.
Important!
Before switching on the manual indicator ensure that the force
pickup is connected to the manual indicator.
Switch on the manual indicator using the On/Off switch (1) on
top of the device.
Firstly, all the characters on the display are shown and then the
program version.
Ignore the displayed numerical value.
12.2 Sequence
Press the tare key [ T] as often as it takes until the light emitting diode
[ Tara ] goes on and the display shows [ 000.0 ].
(000.0 = 000.0 kN)
Press the peak value key [ S] once.
The light emitting diode [ MAX ] goes on.
The display must show [ 000.0 ].
If the display shows a value other than [ 000.0 ], press the mode key
[ MODE ] once.
This causes the peak value function memory to be deleted and [ 000.0 ] is
shown in the display.

Perform the pressing-in procedure as specified and described in the
corresponding repair instructions or data sheets.
The product-related information on the ESI[tronic] must be observed!
Following the pressing-in procedure, press the peak value key [ S] twice.
The light emitting diode [ MAX ] goes out and the [ Tara ] LED goes on
again.
To perform another pressing-in procedure mount the corresponding
components (housing, bushing, press-in tool) onto the force-measurement
device 0 986 612 878.
Additional sequence: Return to start of Section 12.2.
Important!
Upon completing work with the manual indicator always use the
On/Off switch (1) on top of the device to switch off!
The On/Off key [ Ein/Aus ] on the membrane keyboard
only switches in the no-load current mode!

1.2 Utilisation
Associé au dynamomètre 0 986 612 878, le capteur de force est un dispositif universel
pour mesurer les forces de pression lors de l'emmanchement de paliers, douilles, joints à
lèvres (par ex. pour les pompes haute pression Common Rail CP3.x), douilles calorifuges
(par ex. des porte-injecteurs étagés) et autres pièces similaires.
Les 4 boulons de la plaque supérieure du
dynamomètre 0 986 612 878 permettent de
positionner correctement des pièces de
formes irrégulières pour l'emmanchement.
La plaque inférieure du dynamomètre 0 986 612 878
comprend deux trous M 6 pour le dispositif de
montage du porte-injecteur étagé.
Important !
Le dynamomètre 0 986 612 878 n'est pas compris dans la livraison !

4. Fonctionnement sur accus
L'appareil est alimenté en tension par un accu 9 V.
Ne pas appliquer de tension externe !
Avant la première mise en service, charger les deux accus avec le chargeur fourni.
Quand les accus sont entièrement vides, la procédure de charge dure env. 2...3 heures.
Durant la charge, la LED du chargeur est allumée.
Lorsque l'accu est chargé, le chargeur passe en charge de maintien et la LED clignote.
Il n'est pas possible de surcharger les accus.
L'autonomie d'un accu chargé est d'env. 3 heures de fonctionnement.
Si la tension de l'accu descend en dessous d'une valeur minimale « +1.::. » s'affiche sur
l'indicateur manuel. Dans ce cas, remplacer immédiatement l'accu et le charger.
Ne jetez pas les batteries usagées et les accus défectueux dans les ordures
ménagères. Garantissez leur élimination dans le respect de l'environnement.
5. Fonctionnement sur secteur
L'alimentation du capteur de force peut également être réalisée par un bloc d'alimentation
raccordé sur la prise de la commande manuelle.
En cas d'utilisation d'un bloc d'alimentation, respecter obligatoirement les
caractéristiques techniques indiquées dans la section 9.3.
6. Calibrage
Dans le cadre de votre contrôle de qualité (voir manuel QS), la fréquence de calibrage
prescrite doit être obligatoirement respectée.
Recommandation : Tous les 24 mois

7. Nettoyage
Se laver les mains avant d'utiliser le clavier sensitif.
Nettoyer régulièrement les conduites du dynamomètre avec de l'air comprimé afin de
garantir un fonctionnement sans friction.
Détacher de temps à autre le capteur dynamométrique de la plaque de fond du
dynamomètre puis nettoyer la sonde du capteur avec de l'air comprimé ou un chiffon
doux.

10. Montage et branchement
Ouvrir le logement pour accus à l'arrière de la commande manuelle.
Raccorder l'accu chargé sur la commande manuelle et le mettre
en place. Refermer le logement.
Visser le capteur dynamométrique avec les 4 vis à tête
cylindrique sur la plaque de fond du dynamomètre 0 986 612 878.
Brancher le câble du capteur dynamométrique sur la
commande manuelle.
En cas d'utilisation stationnaire, fixer l'équerre de fixation
à l'emplacement de travail, à hauteur des yeux et accrocher
la commande manuelle.
11. Remarques sur la commande manuelle
Important !
Respecter obligatoirement l'ordre d'actionnement des touches décrit dans la section 12.2 !
La commande manuelle est un appareil universel pouvant être raccordé à différents capteurs.
Pour ces fonctions, des touches/combinaisons de touches spécifiques doivent être utilisées.
Celles-ci ne sont pas décrites dans cette notice.
Si une touche/combinaison de touches non décrite dans cette notice est pressée par
inadvertance
et que la commande manuelle se trouve dans un mode inconnu, elle doit être arrêtée
avec l'interrupteur marche/arrêt situé en haut de l'appareil.
Au redémarrage, la commande se trouve de nouveau en mode standard.
Ne tentez en aucun cas de repasser d'un mode inconnu au mode standard en actionnant
une ou plusieurs touches.
Ceci pourrait entraîner la modification ou l'effacement du calibrage et des autres réglages
de base de la commande manuelle.
Toute intervention pour rétablir le calibrage/les paramètres de base est payante.

12. Procédure d'emmanchement
12.1 Préparation
Cette section décrit la procédure générale d'emmanchement. Elle est valable pour
tous les types d'emmanchement.
Placer la pièce de base (par ex. le flasque) avec la pièce
à emmancher (par ex. douille, joint à lèvres) et l'outil à
emboîter sur le dynamomètre 0 986 612 878.
Important !
Avant de mettre en service la commande manuelle, s'assurer
que le capteur de force est branché sur celle-ci.
Appuyer sur l'interrupteur arrêt/marche (1) en haut de la
commande pour la mettre en marche.
A l'écran apparaissent en premier lieu tous les caractères
affichables puis la version du programme.
Ignorer la valeur numérique qui s'affiche ensuite.
12.2 Marche à suivre
Appuyer sur la touche tare [ T] jusqu'à ce que la LED [ Tara ] s'allume
et que écran affiche [ 000.0 ].
(000.0 = 000.0 kN)
Appuyer une fois sur la touche valeur maximale [ S].
La LED [ MAX ] s'allume.
L'écran doit afficher la valeur [ 000.0 ].
Si une valeur différente de [ 000.0 ] s'affiche, appuyer une fois sur
la touche de mode [ MODE ].
Ceci efface la mémoire de la fonction valeur maximale.
La valeur [ 000.0 ] apparaît alors sur l'écran.

Effectuer l'emmanchement conformément aux prescriptions et descriptions des
notices de réparations ou fiches techniques correspondantes.
Respecter obligatoirement les informations relatives aux résultats indiquées dans
ESI[tronic] !
Après l'emmanchement, appuyer 2 fois sur la touche de valeur
maximale [ S].
La LED [ MAX ] s'éteint et la LED [ Tara ] s'allume de nouveau.
Pour un nouvel emmanchement, placer les pièces
(boîtier, douille, outil à emboîter) sur le dynamomètre
0 986 612 878.
Opérations suivantes : Retour au début de la section 12.2.
Important !
Une fois les opérations terminées, toujours arrêter la
commande manuelle avec l'interrupteur marche/arrêt (1)
en haut de l'appareil !
La touche [ Ein/Aus ] du clavier sensitif bascule
l'appareil en mode d'économie d'énergie, mais ne l'arrête pas !

Entregue las piezas de embalaje resultantes para la reutilización en los puntos
de recogida correspondientes. Las baterías gastadas y los acumuladores
defectuosos no deben desecharse en la basura doméstica.
Procure una eliminación de desechos de acuerdo con el medio ambiente.
Durante la eliminación de desechos del aparato o de diferentes componentes es
imprescindible tener en cuenta las prescripciones de eliminación de desechos vigentes
en el respectivo país.
1.2 Utilización
El transductor de fuerza es, en combinación con el dispositivo de medición de fuerza
0 986 612 878, un dispositivo universal para medir fuerzas de presión al introducir a
presión cojinetes, casquillos, retenes para árboles (p. ej. en bombas de alta presión de
conducto común CP3.x), manguitos protectores del calor
(p. ej. en caso de portainyectores escalonados) y componentes similares.
A través de los 4 pernos en la placa superior del dispositivo
de medición de fuerza 0 986 612 878 pueden colocarse de
forma segura componentes irregulares para el proceso de
introducción a presión.
Para el dispositivo de montaje para portainyectores
escalonados están disponibles en la placa más baja del
dispositivo de medición de fuerza 0 986 612 878 dos
taladros M6.
