1.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Vorsicht!
Bei der Installation des Zubehörs besteht die
Gefahr erheblicher Sachschäden. Deshalb darf
das Zubehör nur durch Fachunternehmen
montiert und durch Sachkundige der
Erstellerfirmen erstmalig in Betrieb genommen
werden! Verwendetes Zubehör muss den
Technischen Regeln entsprechen und vom
Hersteller in Verbindung mit diesem Zubehör
zugelassen sein.
Vorsicht!
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet
werden.
Gefahr!
Lebensgefahr durch Umbauten am Kessel!
Eigenmächtige Umbauten und Veränderungen
am Kessel sind nicht gestattet, da sie Menschen
gefährden und zu Schäden an dem Kessel führen
können. Bei Nichtbeachtung erlischt die
Zulassung des Kessels!
1.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Zuluftfilter ZLF 160 dient zur Filterung der Zuluft
beim Betrieb von Gas-Brennwertkesseln der Serie SGB
400 - 610 während der Bauphase, in der verstärkt
Baustaub im Kesselraum auftritt.

Zubehör installiert.

4 Installation
4.1 Montage
Stromschlaggefahr!
Vor Durchführung der Montagearbeiten ist der Kessel
spannungslos zu schalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu
sichern!
1. Rohrstück auf das vorhandene Zuluftrohr aufsetzen.
2. 90°-Bogen am Rohrstück montieren.
3. Luftfilter mit Adapter und Stützkonsole am 90°-Bogen montieren.
4. Höhe des Luftfilters mit der Stellschraube an der Stützkonsole
einstellen.
5. Ggf. die Stützkonsole mit Schrauben und Dübeln (bauseits) am Boden
befestigen.
Wichtig:
Zur leichteren Montage der einzelnen Rohrstücke kann Gleitpaste
verwendet werden.
Wichtig:
Der Luftfilter kann wahlweise auch am seitlichen Zuluftanschluss
montiert werden.

5.1 Reinigung des ZLF
Bei längerem Baustellenbetrieb sollte der Zuluftfilter ausgebaut und
vorsichtig mit Druckluft gereinigt werden.

1 Safety
1.1 General safety instructions
Caution
There is a risk of significant material damage
when installing the accessories. Accessories
must therefore only be installed by trained
contractors and commissioned by a competent
person appointed by the system installer.
Accessories used must correspond to the
technical regulations and be approved by the
manufacturer in combination with these
accessories.
Caution
Only genuine spare parts may be used.
Danger
Risk of death due to modifications to the boiler!
Unauthorised conversions and modifications to
the boiler are not permitted, as these can put
people at risk and cause damage to the boiler.
Failure to comply with these instructions renders
the approval for the boiler void.
1.2 Recommendations
The ZLF 160 supply air filter is used to filter the supply
air when operating gas condensing boilers of the
Eurocondense 400 kW - 610 kW series during the
construction phase, in which building dust occurs
increasingly in the boiler room.

4 Installation
4.1 Assembly
Danger of electric shock
Prior to commencing any installation work, isolate the boiler from
the power supply and safeguard against unintentional
reconnection.
1. Place the pipe section on the existing supply air pipe.
2. Place the 90° elbow on the pipe section.
3. Connect the air filter with adapter and support console to the 90 °
elbow.
4. Adjust the height of the air filter with the adjusting screw on the
support console.
5. If necessary, secure the support console to the floor with screws and
dowels (on site).
Important
Lubricant paste can be used for easier assembly of the individual
pipe sections.

The air filter can also be installed optionally on the side supply air
connection

For extended construction site operation supply filter should be removed
and carefully cleaned with compressed air.

1.1 Consignes générales de sécurité
Attention
Il existe un risque sérieux de dommages
matériels lors de l'installation des accessoires.
Les accessoires doivent donc être installés
exclusivement par des entreprises formées à cet
effet, et mis en service par une personne
compétente nommée par l'installateur du
système. Les accessoires utilisés doivent
correspondre aux réglementations techniques et
la combinaison avec ces accessoires doit être
approuvée par le fabricant.
Attention
Utiliser uniquement des pièces de rechange
d’origine.
Danger
Risque mortel en cas de modification de la
chaudière !
Les conversions et modifications non autorisées
sur la chaudière sont interdites, car elles peuvent
mettre en danger la vie de personnes et
endommager la chaudière. Tout manquement à
ces instructions annule l'homologation de la
chaudière.
1.2 Utilisation conforme
Le filtre d'air d'alimentation ZLF 160 sert à filtrer l'air
d'alimentation pendant le fonctionnement des
chaudières de condensation à gaz de la série SGB/
Moorea 400 - 610 pendant la phase de construction
durant laquelle de la poussière pénètre en grande
quantité dans la chaudière.

4 Installation
4.1 Montage
Danger d'électrocution
Avant de débuter tout travail d'installation, isoler la chaudière de
l'alimentation électrique et la protéger contre un rebranchement
accidentel.
1. Mise en place de l'élément tubulaire sur le tube à air d'alimentation
disponible.
2. Mise en place du coude 90° sur l'élément tubulaire.
3. Raccordement du filtre à air avec adaptateur sur le coude 90°.
4. Réglage de la hauteur du filtre à air avec la vis de réglage sur la
console d'appui.
5. Le cas échéant, fixation au sol de la console d'appui avec des vis et
des chevilles (côté client).
Important
Pour faciliter le montage des différents éléments de tuyaux, une
pâte de glissement peut être utilisée.
Important
Le filtre à air peut être monté au choix également sur le raccord à
air d'alimentation latéral.

5 Entretien
5.1 Nettoyage du ZLF
Dans le cas d'un chantier prolongé, le filtre à air d'alimentation devrait être
démonté et nettoyé avec précaution à l'air comprimé.
