1 Sicherheit
1.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Vorsicht!
Bei der Installation des Zubehörs besteht die
Gefahr erheblicher Sachschäden. Deshalb darf
das Zubehör nur durch Fachunternehmen
montiert und durch Sachkundige der
Erstellerfirmen erstmalig in Betrieb genommen
werden! Verwendetes Zubehör muss den
Technischen Regeln entsprechen und vom
Hersteller in Verbindung mit diesem Zubehör
zugelassen sein.
Vorsicht!
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet
werden.
Gefahr!
Lebensgefahr durch Umbauten am Heizkessel!
Eigenmächtige Umbauten und Veränderungen
am Heizkessel sind nicht gestattet, da sie
Menschen gefährden und zu Schäden an dem
Heizkessel führen können. Bei Nichtbeachtung
erlischt die Zulassung des Heizkessels!
1.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Der Zuluftfilter ZLF SGB E dient zur Filterung der Zuluft
beim Betrieb von Gas-Brennwertkesseln der Serie SGB
125 - 170 während der Bauphase, in der verstärkt
Baustaub im Kesselraum auftritt.
Der Zuluftfilter ZLF 125 dient zur Filterung der Zuluft
beim Betrieb von Gas-Brennwertkesseln der Serie SGB
215 - 300 während der Bauphase, in der verstärkt
Baustaub im Kesselraum auftritt.

4 Installation
4.1 Montage des ZLF SGB E (SGB 125 - 170)
Stromschlaggefahr!
Vor Durchführung der Montagearbeiten ist der Kessel
spannungslos zu schalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu
sichern!
1. Schrauben lösen und Abdeckblech vom hinteren Verkleidungsdeckel
entfernen
2. Ansaugrohr auf das vorhandene Zuluftrohr aufsetzen
Wichtig:
Zur leichteren Montage des Ansaugrohr auf dem Zuluftrohr kann
Gleitpaste verwendet werden.
3. Zuluftfilter auf das zuvor montierte Ansaugrohr aufsetzen

Stromschlaggefahr!
Vor Durchführung der Montagearbeiten ist der Kessel

Zum Ausgleich des erhöhten Widerstandes am Luftfilter muss beim SGB
der Parameter Sollleistung Teillast am Kesselschaltfeld geändert werden.

Bei längerem Baustellenbetrieb sollte der Zuluftfilter ausgebaut und
vorsichtig mit Druckluft gereinigt werden.

1 Safety
1.1 General safety instructions
Caution
There is a risk of significant material damage
when installing the accessories. Accessories
must therefore only be installed by trained
contractors and commissioned by a competent
person appointed by the system installer.
Accessories used must correspond to the
technical regulations and be approved by the
manufacturer in combination with these
accessories.
Caution
Only genuine spare parts may be used.
Danger
Danger to life through modifications to the boiler.
Unauthorized modifications and changes to the
boiler are not permitted, since endanger humans
and can lead to damage to the boiler. Non-
conformance invalidates the permit for the Boiler!
1.2 Recommendations
The ZLF SGB E supply air filter is used to filter the
supply air when operating gas condensing boilers of the
Eurocondense 125 kW - 170 kW series during the
construction phase, in which building dust occurs
increasingly in the boiler room.
The ZLF 125 supply air filter is used to filter the supply
air when operating gas condensing boilers of the
Eurocondense 215 kW - 300 kW series during the
construction phase, in which building dust occurs
increasingly in the boiler room.

4 Installation
4.1 Mounting the ZLF SGB E (Eurocondense 125 kW - 170 kW)
Danger of electric shock
Prior to commencing any installation work, isolate the boiler from
the power supply and safeguard against unintentional
reconnection.
1. Loosen the screws and remove the cover plate from the rear panel
cover.
2. Place the suction pipe on the existing supply air pipe.
Important
Sliding paste can be used to facilitate assembly of the intake pipe
on the supply air pipe.
3. Place the supply air filter on the previously installed intake pipe.

1 Безопасность
1.1 Общие правила техники безопасности
Внимание
При установке аксессуаров существует риск
значительного материального ущерба.
Поэтому установка аксессуаров должна
выполняться только квалифицированными
подрядчиками, а ввод в эксплуатацию –
компетентным лицом, назначенным
специалистом по установке системы.
Используемые аксессуары должны
соответствовать техническим требованиям и
иметь разрешение производителя на
применение с этим котлом.
Внимание
Должны использоваться только заводские
запасные части.
Опасность
Опасность для жизни вследствие внесения
изменений в конструкцию котла.
Неквалифицированное вмешательство в
конструкцию котла запрещено, так как связано
с рисками для здоровья и жизни пользователя
и может привести к повреждению котла.
Несоблюдение этого требования приведет к
запрету на эксплуатацию котла!
1.2 Рекомендации
Фильтр воздухозаборника ZLF SGB E используется
для фильтрации приточного воздуха при
эксплуатации газовых конденсационных котлов
серии Power HT 1.130 - 1.180 на этапе
строительства, когда в котельной часто оседает
строительная пыль.
Фильтр воздухозаборника ZLF 125 используется для
фильтрации приточного воздуха при эксплуатации
газовых конденсационных котлов серии Power HT
1.230 - 1.320 на этапе строительства, когда в
котельной часто оседает строительная пыль.
