2. Gerätebeschreibung
2.1 Lieferumfang
2.2 Zum Betrieb erforderliche Komponenten
2.3 Verwendungszweck
Das ACCULAN-Dermatom wird in der Dermatologie/Traumatologie
zum Entnehmen von Hauttransplantaten eingesetzt.
2.4 Funktionsweise
Im ACCULAN-Dermatom wird die Motordrehzahl direkt und verlust-
arm über einen Exzenterantrieb in eine hin- und hergehende Bewe-
gung der Dermatom-Klinge umgesetzt.
3. Vorbereiten
Wenn die folgenden Vorschriften nicht beachtet werden, übernimmt
Aesculap keinerlei Verantwortung.
¾Vor der Verwendung das ACCULAN-Dermatom und dessen Zubehör
auf sichtbare Schäden prüfen.
¾Nur einwandfreie ACCULAN-Dermatome und Zubehörteile einset-
zen.
4. Arbeiten mit dem Gerät
4.1 Bereitstellen
Akku einsetzen

¾ACCULAN-Dermatom 1so halten, dass der Akkuschacht oben ist.
¾Steriltrichter 6aufstecken.
¾Unsterilen Akku 7von einer zweiten Person durch den
Steriltrichter 6in den Akkuschacht stecken lassen (Codierung be-
achten).
¾Steriltrichter 6abnehmen und im unsterilen Raum ablegen.
¾Sterilen Verschlussdeckel 5so aufsetzen, dass er einrastet.

Akku entnehmen
¾Falls während der Operation ein Akkuwechsel erforderlich ist, Akku
nur unter sterilen Bedingungen mit dem Wechseltrichter GA 644
entnehmen und wieder einsetzen, siehe Gebrauchsanweisung
GA 644.
¾Nach der Operation und vor der Aufbereitung unbedingt Akku 7
entnehmen.
¾Beide Verschlussentriegelungen 4am Verschlussdeckel 5gleich-
zeitig drücken.
¾Verschlussdeckel 5abnehmen.
¾Vor der Akkuentnahme sicherstellen, dass der Drücker für Dreh-
zahlregulierung 2in der vorderen Position (Ausgangsstellung) ist.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom 1auf die flache Hand klopfen, bis der Akku 7
sich löst, und Akku entnehmen.
Klappenstange des ACCULAN-Dermatoms demontieren
Zum Desinfizieren und Reinigen wird der Kopf des ACCULAN-Derma-
toms demontiert.
¾Klappenstange 22 und Klappen 13 demontieren:
– Mutter 24 im Uhrzeigersinn lösen (Linksgewinde).
– Mutter 24 bis zum Ende der sichtbaren Fläche zurückdrehen.
– Klappenstange 22 ca. 4 mm zur Seite schieben und verdrehen,
bis sie sich entnehmen lässt.
– Klappenstange 22 entnehmen.
¾Klappen 13 von der Klappenstange 22 abziehen.
Klappenstange des ACCULAN-Dermatoms montieren
¾Vor Montage der Klappen 13 alle Teile leicht mit Sterilit M einsprü-
hen.
¾Klappen 13 auf die Klappenstange 22 bis zum Anfang der hinteren
Fläche aufsetzen, dabei das Symbol auf der Stirnseite des Gewindes
beachten.
¾Mutter 24 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn auf das Gewinde der Klappen-
stange 22 drehen (Linksgewinde).
¾Mutter 24 bis zum Anfang der sichtbaren Fläche drehen.
¾Montierte Klappenstange 22 über die seitlichen Flächen in die Füh-
rungsschlitze 21 stecken und verdrehen.
¾Klappenstange 22 seitlich bis zum Anschlag schieben, so dass der
Querstift der Klappenstange im Führungsschlitz 21 zu liegen
kommt.
¾Mutter 24 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn festdrehen.
4.2 Zubehör anschließen
ACCULAN-Dermatom sichern
Um zu verhindern, dass das ACCULAN-Dermatom beim Klingenwechsel
unbeabsichtigt betätigt wird, kann der Drücker für Drehzahlregulierung 2
gesichert werden. Im normalen Betrieb steht die Drückersicherung in
Stellung ON.
¾Drückersicherung 3in Stellung OFF drehen.
Der Drücker ist blockiert und das ACCULAN-Dermatom kann nicht
betätigt werden.
¾Zum Entsichern Drückersicherung 3wieder in Stellung ON drehen.

¾Beide Spannhebel 9in Pfeilrichtung drücken.
Klingen-Abdeckung 10 ist entriegelt.
¾Klingen-Abdeckung 10 in Pfeilrichtung öffnen.
¾Dermatom-Klinge 8in Mitnehmerzapfen 14 und Klingenführungs-
zapfen 15 einlegen.
¾Klingen-Abdeckung 10 schließen.
¾Beide Spannhebel 9so spannen, dass Spannstift 20 in die Aus-
sparung des Spannhebels 9greift.
Dermatom-Klinge entnehmen
¾Beide Spannhebel 9lösen.
¾Klingen-Abdeckung 10 öffnen.
¾Dermatom-Klinge 8aus Mitnehmerzapfen 14 und Klingenfüh-
rungszapfen 15 entnehmen.
VORSICHT
Beschädigung des ACCULAN-Dermatoms durch
Klopfen auf harten Untergrund!
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom nur auf die flache Hand
klopfen.
WARNUNG
Gefahr von Infektionen und Kontaminationen,
wenn OP-Handschuhe durchschnitten werden!
¾Beim Einsetzen der Dermatom-Klinge Kontakt
mit der Klingenschneide vermeiden.
WARNUNG
Gefahr von Verletzungen und Sachschäden durch
unbeabsichtigtes Betätigen des ACCULAN-Derma-
toms beim Einlegen der Klinge!
¾Vor dem Einlegen der Klinge Drückersicherung ak-
tivieren.

4.3 Funktionsprüfung
Vor jedem Einsatz das ACCULAN-Dermatom einem Probelauf unter-
ziehen:
¾Sicherstellen, dass ein Akku eingesetzt ist.
¾Nur einwandfreies Gerät einsetzen.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom kurz mit Klingen-Hubzahl von ca. 6 300–
6 800 Hübe/min betreiben.
¾Kapitel ”Pflegen und Prüfen auf Beschädigungen” beachten.
Hinweis
Nach jedem intraoperativen Akkuwechsel muss die Funktionsprüfung
durchgeführt werden!
4.4 Bedienung
Schnittstärke einstellen
Hinweis
Hautbeschaffenheit (z. B. hinsichtlich des Alters des Patienten) beach-
ten!
¾Kapitel ”Fehler erkennen und beheben” beachten.
¾Schnittstärke mit Stellhebel 18 einstellen.
Die Arretierung 19 des Stellhebels verhindert ein unbeabsichtigtes
Verstellen der Schnittstärke.
¾Schnittstärke auf dem Skalenring 17 ablesen (Skaleneinteilung
1/10 mm).
Schnittbreite einstellen
¾Die der Schnittbreite entsprechende Anzahl Klappen 13 hochklap-
pen, bis sie einrasten (1 Klappenbreite = 8 mm).
Hinweis
Die Breite des geschnittenen Hautstreifens ist 2 mm geringer als die
eingestellte Schnittbreite.
Arbeiten mit dem ACCULAN-Dermatom
Hinweis
Der leise Pfeifton kurz vor dem Anlaufen des ACCULAN-Dermatoms ist
bauartbedingt.
¾Drücker für Drehzahlregulierung 2drücken, um Drehzahl stufenlos
zu regulieren.
Hauttransplantate entnehmen
Vor dem ersten Arbeiten mit dem ACCULAN-Dermatom sollten einige
Probeschnitte an einem Präparat vorgenommen werden, um sich mit
der Arbeitsweise des Geräts vertraut zu machen.
¾Schlaffe Haut spannen.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom 1beim Schneiden unter leichtem Druck
gleichmäßig mit aufliegender Schnittfläche vorschieben. Dabei
sicherstellen, dass das ACCULAN-Dermatom 1nicht verkantet.
¾Bei extrem dünnen Schnitten, abgetrennten Lappen hin und wieder
mit einer Pinzette auf die Fläche 16 hochlegen.
¾Motor abstellen und frisch geschnittenen Lappen aus dem Gerät
herausziehen.
- oder -
Handgriff senken und Lappen mit dem Dermatom abschneiden.
5. Aufbereiten
5.1 Produkte für einmaligen Gebrauch
5.2 Desinfizieren und Reinigen
¾Spannhebel 9öffnen und Dermatom-Klinge 8entfernen.
¾Klappenstange 22 des ACCULAN-Dermatoms demontieren, siehe
Klappenstange des ACCULAN-Dermatoms demontieren.
VORSICHT
Verletzungsgefahr bei unsachgemäßem Öffnen der
Klappen. Schnittgefahr durch die Dermatom-Klin-
ge.
¾Klappen nur mit Hilfe der Klappennasen hoch-
klappen.
VORSICHT
Mögliche Beschädigung oder Zerstörung der Pro-
dukte durch Aufbereitung! Sie sind nur zum einma-
ligen Gebrauch bestimmt!
¾Produkte nicht aufbereiten.

¾Gerät nie in Flüssigkeit einlegen.
¾Gerät nie mit Druckluft abblasen.
¾Eingedrungene Flüssigkeit sofort auslaufen las-
sen.

Manuelles Desinfizieren und Reinigen
¾Mit einem sauberen, fusselfreien Tuch abwischen, das in Reini-
gungs- und Desinfektionsmittel getränkt ist.
- oder -
Mit Desinfektionsspray einsprühen, um Verklebungen und Inkrus-
tierungen zu vermeiden.
¾Oberflächen mit sauberem, fusselfreiem Tuch abwischen.
¾Anweisungen des Desinfektionsmittelherstellers beachten.
Maschinelles Desinfizieren und Reinigen
¾Maschinelle Reinigung unverzüglich nach der Operation durchfüh-
ren.
¾Lagerung GB 509 R in einem geeigneten Siebkorb (z. B. JF 214 R)
montieren.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom unmittelbar nach der Operation lagerichtig
in die Lagerung GB 509 R einlegen.
¾Um Temperatursprünge zu vermeiden, Einkammerreinigungsauto-
maten verwenden.
¾Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsprogramm nach folgenden Kriterien
wählen:
– Neutralreiniger
– Reinigungstemperatur ≤ 50 °C
– Schlussspülung und gleichzeitige thermische Desinfektion mit
vollentsalztem Wasser
Beispiel: Vario-TD-Verfahren von Miele.
¾Gebrauchsanweisung zum Aesculap-ECCOS-Lagersystem
TA 009 721 beachten.
5.3 Pflegen und Prüfen auf Beschädigungen
¾Bei jeder Aufbereitung bzw. Funktionsprüfung prüfen auf:
– Beschädigungen, unregelmäßige Laufgeräusche, zu starke Vibra-
tionen und Erwärmung
– Beschädigung der Dichtfläche am Akkuschacht
– Beschädigung oder Fehlen der Silikondichtung im Verschluss
¾Bei Unregelmäßigkeiten nicht mehr mit dem Gerät arbeiten.
¾Vor längeren Nutzungspausen Gerät immer nach Anweisung reini-
gen, pflegen und trocken lagern.
5.4 Sterilisieren
Das ACCULAN-Dermatom kann in der Lagerung sterilisiert werden.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom unmittelbar nach dem Reinigen sterilisieren.
¾Akku 7aus dem Gerät entnehmen, siehe Akku entnehmen.
¾Gleitflächen 11 und 12 vor dem Sterilisieren leicht mit Sterilit M
einsprühen.
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom 1, Verschlussdeckel 5für Akkuschacht und
Steriltrichter 6in geeignetem Siebkorb (z. B. JF 214 R) lagern.
¾Sterilisieren mit Dampf, dabei Folgendes beachten:
Die Sterilisation hat nach einem validierten Dampfsterilisations-
verfahren (z. B. in einem Sterilisator gemäß EN 285/ANSI/AAMI/ISO
11134-1993, ANSI/AAMI ST46-1993 und validiert gemäß
EN 554/ISO 13683) zu erfolgen. Bei der Anwendung des fraktio-
nierten Vakuumverfahrens ist die Sterilisation mit dem
134 °C/2 bar-Programm bei einer Mindesthaltezeit von 5 Minuten
durchzuführen.
6. Wartung
Um einen zuverlässigen Betrieb zu gewährleisten, empfiehlt Aesculap
eine Wartung nach 300 Aufbereitungen, zumindest jedoch einmal
jährlich.
¾Für entsprechende Serviceleistungen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre
nationale Aesculap/B. Braun-Vertretung, siehe Technischer Service.
VORSICHT
Beschädigung des ACCULAN-Dermatoms durch
falsche maschinelle Reinigung!
¾ACCULAN-Dermatom nur in geeigneter Lage-
rung reinigen.
¾Geeignetes Reinigungs- und Desinfektionspro-
gramm zur maschinellen Reinigung verwenden.
¾Keine alkalischen Reiniger verwenden.
VORSICHT
Beschädigung des Akkus und der integrierten elek-
tronischen Bauteile durch Sterilisieren!
¾Akku vor der Sterilisation aus dem Gerät entfer-
nen.
¾Akku nicht über 65 °C erwärmen.
¾Akku nicht sterilisieren.

2. Product description

The ACCULAN dermatome is used in dermatology/traumatology for
obtaining skin grafts.
2.4 Mode of operation
In the ACCULAN dermatome, the rotational speed of the motor is con-
verted, through an eccentric-tappet drive, directly and with minimum
loss into back-and-forth movement of the dermatome blade.
3. Preparation
Non-compliance with these rules will result in complete exclusion of
Aesculap liability.
¾Prior to use, inspect the ACCULAN dermatome and its accessories
for visible damage.
¾Use ACCULAN dermatomes and accessories only if they are in per-
fect condition.
4. Working with the device
4.1 System set-up
Inserting the rechargeable battery

¾Hold the ACCULAN dermatome 1in a way that the battery com-
partment is at the top.
¾Set the sterile funnel 6in place.
¾Have the unsterile rechargeable battery 7inserted by another per-
son, through the sterile funnel 6into the battery compartment
(note the coding).
¾Remove the sterile funnel 6and put it down in an unsterile room.
¾Insert the sterile cover 5, making certain that it clicks into place.

Removing the rechargeable battery
¾If the rechargeable battery needs to be changed during operation,
carry out the battery change in sterile conditions only, using the
changing funnel GA 644 for the removal and re-insertion of bat-
teries, see instructions for use GA 644.
¾The rechargeable battery 7always has to be taken out after oper-
ation and before processing.
¾Push down both release buttons 4on the cover 5simultaneously.
¾Remove the cover 5.
¾Prior to battery removal, make sure that the rotational speed con-
trol button 2is in the front position (rest position).
¾Tap the ACCULAN dermatome 1on the palm of your hand until the
rechargeable battery 7comes loose, and remove the battery.
Disassembling the flap rod of the ACCULAN dermatome
For disinfecting and cleaning, the head of the ACCULAN dermatome
has to be disassembled.
¾Disassemble the flap rod 22 and the flaps 13:
– Loosen the nut 24 by turning it clockwise (left-handed thread).
– Turn the nut 24 back to the end of the visible surface.
– Push the flap rod 22 sideways by approx. 4 mm and twist it until
it can be removed.
– Remove the flap rod 22.
¾Slide off the flaps 13 from the flap rod 22.
Assembling the flap rod of the ACCULAN dermatome
¾Before assembling the flaps 13, lightly spray all components with
Sterilit M.
¾Position the flaps 13 on the flap rod 22 against the edge of the rear
surface, taking note of the symbol on the face of the thread.
¾Screw the nut 24 counterclockwise onto the thread of the flap
rod 22 (left-handed thread).
¾Turn the nut 24 up to the edge of the visible surface.
¾Insert and twist the complete flap rod 22 in its guide slots 21 on
the side surfaces.
¾Push the flap rod 22 sideways as far as it goes, so that the cross
pin of the flap rod comes to lie in the guide slot 21.
¾Tighten the nut 24 counterclockwise.
4.2 Attaching the accessories
Securing the ACCULAN dermatome
In order to avoid that the ACCULAN dermatome is unintentionally
turned on during a change of blades, the rotational speed control
button 2can be secured with a safety catch. During normal operation,
the safety catch remains in the ON position.
¾Rotate the safety catch 3to the OFF position.
The button is locked and the ACCULAN dermatome cannot be
turned on.
¾To deactivate the safety catch 3turn it back to the ON position.

¾Push both clamp levers 9in the direction of the arrows.
The blade cover 10 is now unlocked.
¾Open the blade cover 10 in the direction of the arrows.
¾Insert the dermatome blade 8in the pusher dog 14 and the blade
guide peg 15.
¾Close the blade cover 10.
¾Tighten both clamp levers 9until the roll pin 20 snaps into the
notch of the clamp lever 9.
Removing the dermatome blade
¾Release both clamp levers 9.
¾Open the blade cover 10.
¾Remove the dermatome blade 8from the pusher dog 14 and the
blade guide peg 15.
4.3 Function check
Always perform a test run before using the ACCULAN dermatome:
¾Make certain that a rechargeable battery has been installed.
¾Use only devices that are in perfect condition.
¾Operate the ACCULAN dermatome for a short while, at a blade
stroke number of approx. 6 300–6 800 strokes/min.
¾Note the instructions in chapter ”Care and checking for damage”.
Note
Each intraoperative battery change has to be followed by a function
check!
CAUTION
The ACCULAN dermatome will be damaged through
knocking it against hard surfaces!
¾Only tap the ACCULAN dermatome on the palm
of your hand.
WARNING
Risk of infection or contamination if surgical
gloves are damaged!
¾Avoid contact with the cutting edge when in-
serting the dermatome blade.
WARNING
Risk of injury and material damage through unin-
tentionally putting the ACCULAN dermatome into
operation while inserting the blade!
¾Before inserting the blade, activate the safety
catch.

4.4 Operation
Adjusting the cutting thickness
Note
Consider the skin condition (e.g. with regard to the age of the patient)!
¾Note the instructions in chapter ”Recognizing and remedying er-
rors”.
¾Adjust the cutting thickness with the setting lever 18.
The lock 19 of the setting lever prevents any unintentional change
to the setting of the cutting thickness.
¾Read the cutting thickness on the scale ring 17 (scale gradations
1/10 mm).
Adjusting the cutting width
¾Turn up the number of flaps 13 according to the desired cutting
width, until they click into place (1 flap width = 8 mm).
Note
The width of the skin graft cut out will be 2 mm less than the cutting
width set by means of the flaps.
Using the ACCULAN dermatome
Note
The low beep sound just before the ACCULAN dermatome starts up is a
regular design feature of the device.
¾Press the rotational speed control button 2for the continuous ad-
justment of the rotational speed.
Taking skin grafts
Before using the ACCULAN dermatome for the first time, the user
should carry out some test cuts on a specimen in order to make himself
familiar with the device.
¾Stretch flabby skin.
¾With the cutting surface lying upon the skin being cut, push the
ACCULAN dermatome 1forward in an even movement, applying
gentle pressure and making certain that the ACCULAN
dermatome 1does not cant.
¾If the graft is extremely thin, use tweezers to lay the detached graft
up on the surface 16 from time to time.
¾Turn off the motor and pull the freshly cut graft out of the device.

Lower the handle and cut off the graft with the dermatome.

¾Open the clamp lever 9and remove the dermatome blade 8.
¾Take out the flap rod 22 of the ACCULAN dermatome, see Disas-
sembling the flap rod of the ACCULAN dermatome.
Manual cleaning and disinfecting
¾Wipe off the device with a clean, lint-free cloth that has been
soaked in cleaning and disinfectant solution.

In order to avoid formation of sticky or encrusted residues, spray
the components with a disinfectant spray.
¾Wipe off the component surfaces with a clean, lint-free cloth.
¾Follow the disinfectant manufacturer's instructions.
CAUTION
Risk of injury through improper opening of the
flaps. Risk of cuts by the dermatome blade.
¾Always use the flap noses for turning up the
flaps.
CAUTION
Possible damage or destruction of disposable prod-
ucts through reprocessing! These products are in-
tended for single use only!
¾Do not prepare these products for reuse.

Mechanical cleaning and disinfecting
¾Perform mechanical cleaning immediately after the operation.
¾Place storage tray GB 509 R in a suitable wire basket (e.g. JF 214 R).
¾Position the ACCULAN dermatome properly in storage tray
GB 509 R immediately after the operation.
¾To avoid abrupt changes in temperature, use a single-chamber
washer disinfector.
¾Select a cleaning and disinfecting cycle according to the following
criteria:
– Neutral cleaner
– Cleaning temperature ≤50 °C
– Final rinse with simultaneous thermal disinfection in demineral-
ized water.
Example: Miele Vario TD process.
¾Follow the instructions for use of the Aesculap ECCOS storage sys-
tem TA 009 721.
5.3 Care and checking for damage
¾Each time the device is processed and a function check is carried
out, check for:
– damage, atypical sounds when the device is operated, or exces-
sive vibration or heating-up
– damage to the battery compartment seal
– damaged or missing silicone seal on the cover
¾If any irregularities are found, do not make further use of the de-
vice.
¾Prior to an extended period of non-use, always store the device
cleaned and dried according to the instructions.
5.4 Sterilization method and parameters
The ACCULAN dermatome can be sterilized in the storage tray.
¾Sterilize the ACCULAN dermatome immediately after cleaning it.
¾Remove the rechargeable battery 7from the device, see Removing
the rechargeable battery.
¾Prior to sterilization, lightly spray the sliding surfaces 11 and 12
with Sterilit M.
¾Rest the ACCULAN dermatome 1, the cover 5of the battery com-
partment and the sterile funnel 6in a suitable wire basket (e.g.
JF 214 R).
¾Sterilize using steam sterilization, taking note of the following:
The sterilization must be carried out following a validated steam
sterilization procedure (e.g. in a sterilizer according to
EN 285/ANSI/AAMI/ISO 11134-1993, ANSI/AAMI ST46-1993 and
validated according to EN 554/ISO 13683). In case of application
of the fractionated vacuum procedure the sterilization has to be
done using the 134 °C/2 bar program with a minimal holding time
of 5 minutes.
6. Maintenance
To ensure reliable operation, the manufacturer recommends that
maintenance be performed after 300 reprocessing cycles, at least once
per year.

CAUTION
Improper mechanical cleaning will damage the
ACCULAN dermatome!
¾Clean the ACCULAN dermatome in a suitable
storage tray only.
¾Use a suitable cleaning and disinfecting cycle for
mechanical cleaning.
¾Do not use alkaline cleaning agents.
CAUTION
Damage to the rechargeable battery and its inte-
grated electronic components due to sterilization!
¾Remove the rechargeable battery from the de-
vice prior to sterilization.
¾Do not heat the rechargeable battery to a tem-
perature higher than 65 °C.
¾Do not sterilize the rechargeable battery.

2. Description de l’appareil

Le dermatome ACCULAN est utilisé en dermatologie/traumatologie
pour le prélèvement de transplants cutanés.
2.4 Mode de fonctionnement
Dans le dermatome ACCULAN, la vitesse de rotation du moteur est
transformée directement et à faible perte, par l’intermédiaire d’un en-
traînement excentrique, en mouvement de va-et-vient de la lame du
dermatome.
3. Examen préalable
Aesculap n’assume aucune responsabilité lorsque les obligations sui-
vantes ne sont pas respectées.
¾Avant l’utilisation, vérifiez l’absence de dommages visibles sur le
dermatome ACCULAN et ses accessoires.
¾Utilisez uniquement un dermatome ACCULAN et des accessoires en
parfait état.
4. Utilisation de l’appareil
4.1 Préparation
Mise en place de l’accu

¾Tenez le dermatome ACCULAN 1de manière à ce que le comparti-
ment à accu soit en haut.
¾Mettez en place l’entonnoir stérile 6.
¾Faites placer l’accu non stérile 7dans le compartiment à accu (at-
tention au code) par une deuxième personne qui le fera passer dans
l’entonnoir stérile 6.
¾Retirez l’entonnoir stérile 6et déposez-le dans la zone non stérile.
¾Posez le couvercle obturateur 5de manière à ce qu’il s’encliquette.

Retrait de l’accu
¾Si un changement d’accu est nécessaire pendant l’opération, retirez
et replacez impérativement l’accu en conditions stériles avec l’en-
tonnoir amovible GA 644, voir mode d’emploi GA 644.
¾Après l’opération et avant le traitement stérile, il est impératif de
retirer l’accu 7.
¾Pressez simultanément les deux déverrouillages 4du couvercle
obturateur 5.
¾Retirez le couvercle obturateur 5.
¾Avant le retrait de l'accu, vérifiez que le poussoir de régulation du
régime 2est en position avant (position initiale).
¾Tapotez le dermatome ACCULAN 1sur la paume de la main jusqu’à
ce que l’accu 7se détache, et retirez l’accu.
Démontage de la barre à clapets du dermatome ACCULAN
Pour la décontamination et le nettoyage, la tête du dermatome ACCU-
LAN doit être démontée.
¾Démontez la barre à clapets 22 et les clapets 13:
– Desserrez l’écrou 24 dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre (filet
à gauche).
– Repoussez l’écrou 24 en tournant jusqu’à la fin de la surface vi-
sible.
– Poussez la barre à clapets 22 d’env. 4 mm sur le côté et tour-
nez-la jusqu’à ce qu’elle puisse être retirée.
– Retirez la barre à clapets 22.
¾Retirez les clapets 13 de la barre à clapets 22.
Montage de la barre à clapets du dermatome ACCULAN
¾Avant le montage des clapets 13, vaporisez légèrement toutes les
pièces avec de la Sterilit M.
¾Placez les clapets 13 sur la barre à clapets 22 jusqu’au commen-
cement de la surface arrière, tenez compte à cet égard du symbole
inscrit sur la face avant du filet.
¾Tournez l’écrou 24 dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre
sur le filet de la barre à clapets 22 (filet à gauche).
¾Tournez l’écrou 24 jusqu’au début de la surface visible.
¾Insérez la barre à clapets montée 22 dans les fentes de guidage 21
par les surfaces latérales et imprimez-lui une rotation.
¾Poussez la barre à clapets 22 latéralement jusqu’à la butée, de sor-
te que la broche transversale de la barre à clapets vienne reposer
dans la fente de guidage 21.
¾Serrez l’écrou 24 dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.
4.2 Raccord des accessoires
Blocage du dermatome ACCULAN
Pour empêcher une mise en marche involontaire du dermatome
ACCULAN lors de changement de lame, le poussoir de régulation du
régime 2peut être bloqué. En service normal, le cran de sécurité est
sur la position ON.
¾Tournez le cran de sécurité 3sur la position OFF.
Le poussoir est bloqué et le dermatome ACCULAN ne peut pas être
actionné.
¾Pour débloquer le poussoir, replacez le cran de sécurité 3en posi-
tion ON.

Mise en place de la lame du dermatome
¾Pressez les deux leviers de blocage 9dans le sens de la flèche.
L’obturateur de lame 10 est déverrouillé.
¾Ouvrez l’obturateur de lame 10 dans le sens de la flèche.
¾Posez la lame du dermatome 8dans le tourillon d’entraînement 14
et dans le tourillon de guidage de lame 15.
¾Refermez l’obturateur de lame 10.
¾Serrez les deux leviers de blocage 9de sorte que la broche de
blocage 20 se prenne dans l’évidement du levier de blocage 9.
Retrait de la lame du dermatome
¾Desserrez les deux leviers de blocage 9.
¾Ouvrez l’obturateur de lame 10.
¾Retirez la lame du dermatome 8hors du tourillon
d’entraînement 14 et du tourillon de guidage de lame 15.
ATTENTION
Risque de détérioration du dermatome ACCULAN
par tapotement sur un support dur!
¾Ne tapotez le dermatome ACCULAN que sur la
paume de la main.
AVERTISSEMENT
Risque d’infection et de contamination en cas de
sectionnement des gants chirurgicaux!
¾Lors de la mise en œuvre de la lame du derma-
tome, évitez tout contact avec le tranchant de
la lame.
AVERTISSEMENT
Risque de blessures et de dommages matériels en
cas d’actionnement involontaire du dermatome
ACCULAN lors de la mise en place de la lame!
¾Avant la mise en place de la lame, activez le
cran de sécurité.
