• To set the dehydration temperature of the food, press
the temperature/operating time selection button (10) «
» by pressing the buttons (11) « or » and set the
dehydration temperature. The possible temperature
setting range is from 40°C to 70°C. Setting increment
is 5°C.
• To set the dehydration time for food, press the
Temperature/Operating Time selection button (10) «
», press the buttons (11) « or » to set the drying
time. The possible time setting range is from 1 to 48
hours. Setting increment is 1 hour.
• The remaining operating time will be displayed in
numeric characters (8).
• During the drying of the products, you can observe their
condition through the observation window (5).
• It is best to check the foods every hour or every other
hour. Should your foods dry unevenly, you can turn
them over or switch the grids (1) around.
• Before swapping the racks (1), turn o the dehydrator
by pressing the on/o button (9) « », after the fan
stops rotating, remove the door (4).
• Using kitchen gloves, swap the racks (1), turn on the
dehydrator and set the required operating modes.
• At the end of drying the food, the device will
automatically turn o, after the fan stops rotating,
unplug the power cord from the mains socket and wait
for the dehydrator to cool down.
• If necessary, turn o the dryer by pressing the on/o
button (9) « », after the fan stops rotating, unplug the
power cord from the mains socket.
• Take out the food and place it in a storage container.
• Remove the products and put them into a container for
storage.

ATTENTION!
• To avoid food intoxication and intestinal diseases
strictly follow the below recommendations:
- keep the grids (1) clean. Wash the grids (1) with
warm water and neutral detergent, rinse, and dry
them after each use of the food dehydrator.
- wipe the removable door (4) with a damp cloth, then
wipe it dry;
- wash your hands before pretreating the foods. If
there are cuts or sores on your hands, or if you
have a skin condition – do not touch the foods, use
medical gloves instead.
- when checking the foods, use a fork or other kitchen
tools, do not touch the foods with your hands.
- keep the pets away, while the food dehydration is in
operation.
Fruits and vegetables selection
• Only use the ripe fruit and fresh vegetables, unripe fruit
may acquire a foreign taste in course of dehydration,
overly ripe fruit may change the color.
• Vegetables contain less sugars and acids, therefore,
not all of them are suitable for drying. The broccoli and
asparagus, for example, are better frozen than dried.
