Preparing Sill Base
Assembling Sill use building adhesives and sealants were recommended
Drill holes Ø3 to match fixing holes

Insert 94P into 93HSB Drill 3 holes Ø9.5 x 90° at either end of sill through screw flutes. Fixing
holes for timber T are placed at 400mm intervals (also
2Ø9.5 x 90°)
Screw Flutes
Drill 2 drainage holes through 94P and 93HSB Ø8
Apply adhesive to 93HSB’s grooves
and attach timber T2
Shape Jamb to match profile of 93HSB
