Noch einmal vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für unsere Produkte entschieden haben!
Bevor Sie mit der Montage der Teile beginnen, möchte die Firma BRUUDT darauf hinweisen, dass der
Anwender selbst für falsche Installation oder unsachgemäßen Gebrauch der Bauteile verantwortlich ist
und haftbar gemacht werden kann. Wir empfehlen daher, die Montage des Kennzeichenhalter von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchführen zu lassen.
Before Proceeding with the assembling of the product, Firma BRUUDT specifies that the user is liable
for any incorrect installation of the product or its improper use.
We recommend the installation of the tail tidy to qualified personnel.

Schritt 1:
Entferne sie erst den sitz und Beifahrersitz.
Step 1:
Take off the seat and duo seat.

Schritt 2:
Die Stecker vom Blinker und Kennzeichenbeleuchtung müssen aus einander genommen werden.
Dafür müssen Sie erst mal die Seitenverkleidung am Rechte Seite demontieren.:
Step 2:
Now you can take apart the connectors from the original indicators and plate light. Before we can
reach the connectors we first have to remove the right side pannel.
Spreizniete entfernen (Mitte durch drücken und rausnehmen
Take out this clip (push the middle in a bit and take them out).
Unten auch der Spreizniete entfernen (Mitte durchdrücken und rausnehmen

Und noch eine Spreizniete entfernen am Innenseite (Mitte durchdrücken und rausnehmen
and also this one on the inside (push the middle in a bit and take them out).
Jetzt können Sie die Seiten Verkleidung demontieren. (aus die Gummis ziehen und dann nach
vorne schieben.)
Now you can take off the side panel. (pull out rubbers and move forward).

Öffnen Sie der Kabelbinder und nehmen Sie die Stecker aus einander
Open the cable ty and disconnect the connectors. (pull out rubbers and move forward).

Schritt 3:
Entfernen Sie die 4 Schrauben und nehmen Sie das Original Heck ab. Begleiten Sie die Original
Kabel durch das Loch beim Wegnehmen vom Original Heck.
Step 3:
Remove the 4 Bolds holding the original tail l. Help the cables through the hole as you remove the
original tail.

Schritt 4:
Legen Sie das Original Heck auf einen Arbeitstisch und Demontieren sie die Blinker und Katzenauge.
Entfernen Sie alle dargestellte Schrauben und Teile vom Heck und nehmen Sie das Teil aus einander.
Wann Sie Mini Blinker montieren möchte brauchen sie nicht den originalen Blinker zu demontieren.
Montieren sie dann die mitgelieferten Halterbleche für die Mini Blinker am Kennzeichenhalter. Mini
Blinker bis M10 sind einfach an diesen Halterblechen zu Montieren.
Step 4:
Now you can remove the Indicators and reflector from the stock fender. Remove all the screws so you
can take apart the stock Fender to remove the OEM indicators.
When you want to mount aftermarket indicators you do not have to remove the stock ones from the
fender. Simply screw the aftermarket indicator holder on our tail tidy and mount the aftermarket
indicators on them.

Schritt 5:
Wenn sie die Original Blinker behalten möchte ist es jetzt Zeit um die Blinker auf der
Kennzeichenhalter zu montieren. Achten Sie, dass es eine Linke und Rechte Blinker gibt. (Abwasser
loch immer unten)
Step 5:
Now you can mount the original indicators to the tail tidy. Or aftermarket. For aftermarket indicators
you can mount the other set of brackets.

Schritt 7: Leiten Sie die Kabel durch das Loch im Kennzeichenhalter. Und binden Sie die Kabel
mit die mitgelieferte Kabelbinder.
Step 7: Put the cables through the hole in the Tail Tidy and ty them together with a cable ty.

Schritt 8:. Begleiten Sie die Kabel durch das Loch im Heck und Montieren sie der
Kennzeichenhalter am Heck. Nutzen Sie dafür die 4 Schrauben mit Distanz Buchsen zwischen Heck
und Kennzeichenhalter. 4 Schrauben mit Distanz Buchsen hochhalten ist natürlich schwierig. In das
Bild nutzen wir dafür ein Gummiband. (wir versuchen noch die Buchsen so an zu passen das die von
alleine sitzen bleiben.)
Step 8:
Put the cables back through the hole in the tail and mount the tail tidy. Use the 4 screws and spacers.
holding up the 4 screws with spacers is difficult. In the picture we use a rubberband to hold it in place.
(we will try to alter the spacers so they will on the screw so you don’t have to use this rubberband)

Schritt 9:
Verbinden Sie der mitgelieferten Adapterkabel mit der LED Kennzeichenbeleuchtung. Jetzt können
Sie die neue LED anschließen.
Original verwendet Suzuki eine Glühbirne. Beide Kabel sind SWARZ und damit ist nicht fest zu
stellen welche + ist. Der neue Kennzeichenbeleuchtung ist LED und kann nur funktionieren
wenn + auf + ist und - auf -
Schließen Sie der Kennzeichenbeleuchtung einfach mal an. Wenn es brennt ist alles ok. Wenn
nicht einfach beide Kabel verwechseln.
Step 9:
Connect the LED licence plate light with the adapter cable so you can connect the new LED light.
The new light ist LED and only functions when + is connected to + and –to -. Suzuki uses for
both + and –black cables. Just connect the new light. If it functions, it’s ok. When not just
swap the cables.

Schritt 10:
Schließen sie die Kabel wieder an. Und verlegen sie die Kabel wieder wie Original. Kontrollieren sie
bitte ob alle Beleuchtung funktioniert!
Step 10:
Plug the wires back in from the indicators and the tail light. Route the cables as original. And make
sure all your lights functions properly
Schritt 11:
Das Original Katzenauge kann jetzt an das T-Blech montiert werden und das T-Blech wieder an die
Halterplatte.(Erstmal nachmessen wo er genau Montiert werden soll) Und montieren sie natürlich die
Kennzeichenplatte und alle original Teile wieder zurück.
Step 11:
Mount the OEM reflector on the T-Bracket. And the T-Bracket with the reflector to the tail tidy if you
need one in your country. Mount your licence plate and mount all the original parts back where they
were.

Letzter Schritt: Stellen Sie den gewünschten Neigungswinkel ein.
Beachten Sie dabei, dass beim vollständig ein federn auch genügend Abstand zwischen dem
Hinterrad und dem Halter ist!!!
Sichern Sie die Winkel vom Halterplatte mit der Linsenkopfschraube und der
dazugehörigen Sicherungsmutter M5. Dann beide M6 Sicherungsmutter/Schrauben
festdrehen. Links und Recht!!!
Final step: Adjust the angle.
Make sure there is enough clearance when the suspention is completely compressed
between the licenceplate and the rear tire!!
Secure the holderplate by tigtening the two M5 and the two M6 Screws and nylock’s left
and right!!!
