BATTERY CHARGER
Unplug the battery power source before assembly, adjustments, or adding/removing accessories.
The Battery Pack’s terminals will fit this Charger only. Do not use the Battery Pack if it does not fit the Charger. Do not force a Battery Pack
into the Charger.
For best performance on a new battery you must discharge it completely to get full use of the batteries life cycle. Using a battery that has
been charged before it is completely discharged will shorten the batteries total amount of charge it will take in future charging. Be sure to
discharge the new battery completely before charging. All New grease guns come with 80% charge from the factory and no charging is
needed until it is used and the battery is completely discharged.
NORMAL CHARGING
CAUTION: Charge the battery pack in clean and dry location. Do not charge the battery pack in air temperatures below 48°F (9°C) or above
105°F (41°C).
CAUTION: Make sure power circuit voltage is the same as the shown on the charger specification.
1. Remove the battery pack from the cordless grease gun by depressing the button on the battery pack.
2. Plug the charger into power outlet before inserting battery pack.

TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Wear safety eyewear before cleaning. Use compressed dry air to blow off dust
and debris. Use a soft bristle brush if compressed air is not available.
Applying excessive force to the tool can overload the motor, decrease the life and increase the wear on the tool.
Some chemicals damage the product. Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, carbon tetracholiride, paint thinner, etc.
A qualified repair technician must perform any tool service or repair. Service or maintenance performed by unqualified personnel
could result in injury. Use only identical replacement parts. Use of unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions may
create a risk of electric shock or injury.
Do not make contact with a grounded surface while using this power tool. Contact with surfaces like pipes, radiators or major
appliances increases your risk of electric shock.
