54Mbps Wireless Compact Repeater Bridge-g WLA-G54C
The AirStation 54Mbps Wireless Compact Repeater Bridge-g is an
affordable, simple repeater bridge access point that is added to
your existing LAN to create a wireless network. Support for Wi-Fi
Protected Access™ with AES and 802.1x as well as WEP for added
security. The 54Mbps Compact Repeater Bridge supports the
Wireless Distribution System (WDS) or Bridge/Repeater Mode for
point-to-point or point-to-multi-point communication and to cover
dead spots in Wireless LANs. The 54Mbps Compact Repeater
Bridge also supports the addition of external 2.4GHz antennas to
boost range and performance. The easy-to-use 54Mbps Compact
Repeater Bridge is the affordable wireless solution to create and add
a secure wireless network to your existing LAN.

AirStation G54 products deliver the fastest possible data rate defined by the IEEE802.11g
specification. AirStation G54 products are up to five (5) times faster than 802.11b Wireless
LANs, requiring fewer access points which reduce deployment costs.
The Wireless Distribution System (WDS) or
Bridge/Repeater Mode allows the AirStation to
wirelessly communicate with other Buffalo AirStation
Access Points (Base Stations) that support WDS.
The AirStation 54Mbps Compact Repeater Bridge
supports communication with up to six (6) other
Buffalo AccessPoints that WDS support for point-to-
point or point-to-multi-point communication or to
extend the coverage of your existing LAN.
