Use four flush mount Socket Shoulder Screw sets [Item 13, not incl.] to fasten the Flange
Mounting Plate [Item 06] onto the Right Angle Brackets [Item 15, not incl.]
Prior to mounting the Flange Mounting Plate [Item 06] and Right Angle Bracket [Item 15, not incl]
Assembly on the BuildPro®Tabletop, slide the bottom Sliding Block [Item 07] into the T-Slot at the
bottom of the Plate, according to the hole pattern of the flange. [Refer to the Hole Pattern Chart
on page 6]. Once the Flange Mounting Plate Assembly has been mounted on the BuildPro®Tabletop, there will not be
adequate clearance for inserting the Sliding Block into the bottom T-Slot.

Use Ball Lock Bolts [Item 14, not incl.] to mount the bracket and Mounting Plate assembly on the
BuildPro®Welding Table.

Align the center holes of the Adjusting Disk and mounting plate. Use Socket Shoulder Screw Set
[Item 02, 03, 10] to connect disk and mounting plate together. Tighten the nut and check to
make sure the disk can rotate freely.

Move the Sliding Block to locate the hole at which the distance between the hole on the Sliding
Block and the center hole of the Mounting Plate best matches the bolt circle radius. Fasten the
suitable size flange hole Locating Pin [Item 09] to that hole on both Sliding Blocks using the
Locating Pin Connecting Screw [Item 08].
Generally, when the bolt circle diameter of the flange is large, install the Locating Pin in the hole
on the Sliding Block further away from the center of the Mounting Plate to prevent the Sliding
Block from going too far out of range of the T-Slot of the Mounting Plate. When the bolt circle
diameter is small, install the Locating Pin in the hole on the Sliding Block closer to the center of
the Mounting Plate to prevent the Sliding Block from hitting the end of the T-Slot.
Place the Sliding Blocks into the previously checked position.

Turn the Adjusting Disk to find the pair of adaptable radial slots through which the Sliding Screws
[Item 01] can be mounted on the Sliding Blocks. Fasten the Sliding Screws. Apply lubricant
[grease] between the Sliding Screw head and the Adjusting Disk slot. Turn the handle on the
Adjusting Disk to make sure it can rotate freely.

Insert four Rest Buttons [Item 12] into the Mounting Plate holes that have the same distance to
the center of the Mounting Plate. Placing the flange on top of the Rest Buttons to elevate the
flange from the edge area can improve clamping. This is especially good for flanges with a raised
face. Place the flange to face the Mounting Plate. Turn the handle of the Adjusting Disk to engage
the two Locating Pins to match the diameter of the bolt circle.
After positioning the flange over the pins, rotate the handle to move the pin outward to ensure
the flange is tight. Insert the Inserta Pliers [Item 11] and clamp the flange down. (Add’l. Inserta Pliers
may be purchased separately, Part No. PTT634KF. )
