YOUR SWIM SERIES™FITNESS KIT

Step 1:
Loop the Large Fitness band (F) through the mounting
ring at the end of the Fitness Band Strap (C).
Step 2:
Attach Large Fitness band (F) to the Anchor Points (G).
Step 3:
Connect the Clip end of Fitness Band Strap (C) to the
Short Fitness band (D).
Step 4:
Connect the Short Fitness band (D) to the connector
loop, located at the center of the Row Bar (E).
Step 5:
Connect one side of each of the Medium Fitness bands
(B) to the connector loop, located at the center of the
Row Bar (E).
Step 6:
Connect the opposite side of each Medium Fitness
bands (B) to Anchor Point (A).
Step 7:
Adjust the length of the Fitness Band Strap (C) to provide
the ideal amount of reach and resistance.
Step 8:
Fitness Equipment should be removed from the spa
after each use and hosed o with regular tap water.
*Always inspect all parts prior to installation,
immediately replacing any worn or damaged parts.

SWIM SERIES™ANKLE STRAPS
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR
SWIM SERIES™FITNESS BAND HANDLES
Step 1:
Connect short tness band (C) to handle (B),
and repeat so both bands each have one
handle connected.
Step 2:
Attach each of the remaining ends of tness
bands to an anchor point (A) on the lounge
end of the Swim Series spa.
Step 3:
Sit in exercise seat (D) and press handles
forward for a shoulder and upper body
workout.
Or
Stand and turn, bracing feet in the footwell to
pull handles back for a back-focused workout.
Step 1:
Choose the longest-length tness band (C)
and attach it to an ankle cu (B). Repeat with
the second ankle cu and the same length
of band.
Step 2:
Attach the other end of either tness band
to an anchor point (A) at the propulsion end
of the Swim Series spa.
Step 3:
Place one ankle cu around each ankle, and
stand.
Step 4:
Use the bar (located above the water level,
center of the propulsion end) to keep
yourself balanced against the resistance
bands.
Step 5:
Raise and lower each leg in a scissoring
motion to work out inner and outer thigh
and glute muscles.
Step 6:
Be careful not to slip! Enjoy your workout.
