CENTER.Please read these instructions thoroughly and keep them for future reference.This
product mustbe assembledon a flat, level surface to assure its proper function.
*Werecommendcleaning your product (pads and flame) on a regular basis, using warmsoapy
water. Touch-uppaint can be purchased from your Parabody customer serv~ice representative
at [phone].
There is a risk assumedby individuals whouse this type of equipment. To miniraize risk, please
follow these rules:
1. Inspect equipmemdaily. Tighten all loose connections and replace wornpa:~ts immediately.
Failure to do so mayresult in serious injury.
2. Donot allow minors or children to play on or around this equipment.
3. Exercise with care to avoid injury.
4. If unsure of proper use of equipment,call your local Parabodydistributor or call the

¯Attach eight PARAGLIDESTRIPS(31) to the WOLFFSLEEVE(4) (FOURONEACHEND)as shown in FIGURE1 using
following steps:
¯ Thoroughly clean all surfaces where the PARAGLIDESTRIPSare to be attached.
¯ Removethe PARAGLIDESTRIPSfrom the paper backing and fLrmly apply them to all shownsurfaces.
¯Insert one U-PIN(10) through the BUSHINGof the WOLFFSLEEVE(4) and attach one PALNUT(28) to the end of the

¯SECURELYassemble one 3/8" SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLY(25) to the SPRINGPIN HOUSINGon file WOLFFSLEEVE(4)
shown in FIGURE1. (!!! IMPORTANT!!! TIGHTENTHE NUTOF THE SPRING PIN ASSE~cIBLY SECURELY)

¯Pull back the SPRINGPIN on the WOLFFSLEEVE(4) and slide it over the end of the BENCHFt?~AelE(2) as shown
FIGURE2. Engagethe SPRINGPIN into one of the adjustment holes.
¯ Insert two 2" SQ. ENDCAPS(33) into both ends of the BASELEG(5) as shownin FIGURE
¯Insert one U-PIN(10) through the BUSHINGon the bottom of BENCHFRAME(2) and attach one PALNUT(28) to the

¯Insert the BASELEG(5) into the front of the BENCHFRAME(2) as shown in FIGURE2. (MAN~ESURETHATTHE

¯ Insert four 2" SQ. ENDCAPS(33) into the BASETUBESof the UPRIGHTFRAME(1) as shown in :FIGURE
¯SECURELYassemble the BENCHFRAME(2) to the UPRIGHTFRAME(1) using two 3/8 X 3" BOLTS(17), one 3/8
4" BOLT(16), six 3/8" WASHERS(19), and three 3/8" LOCKNUTS(21) as sho~vn in FIGURE
¯SECURELYassemble two 3/8" SPRINGPIN ASSEMBLIES(25) to the SPRINGPIN HOUSINGon the UPRIGHTFRANIE(1)
as shown in FIGURE3. (NOTE:!!!IMSPORT~MNT!!!Tighten the nut of the SPRINGPIN ASSEM]~LYSECURELY!)
¯ Secure the WOLFFSLEEVE(4) in place with one THUM]3SCREW(29).

¯Attach eight PARAGLIDESTRIPS (31) to both UPRIGHTTUBESon the UPRIGHTFRAME(1) (FGURONEACHEND)
shownin FIGURE4 using the following steps:
¯Thoroughlyclean all surfaces where the PARAGLIDESTRIPSare to be attached.
¯Removethe PARAGLIDESTRIPSfrom the paper backing and firmly apply them to all shownsurfaces.
¯ Attach eight PAlL&GLIDESTRIPS(31) to each SADDLE(6) (FOURONEACHEND)as shown in FIGURE
¯Slide two 1-1/4 X 5" GRIPS(30) over the DIP HANDLESof both SADDLES(6). (IF A LUBRICANTIS REQUIRED,
THE INSIDE OF THE GRIP WITHRUBBINGALCOHOL.)
¯Pull back the SPRINGPIN on the UPRIGHTTUBES,and insert the SADDLES(6) as sho~vn in FIGURE4.. Slide the SADDLE
(6) do~vrtto the desired height and release the SPRINGPINinto the hole.
¯ Secure the SADDLES(6) in place with two THUMBSCREWS(29) as shown in FIGURE4. Whenready to perform the
EXERCISE,simply insert the SADDLES(6) into the UPRIGHTTUBESand tighten the two THUMBSCREWS

¯ To assemble the SEATPAD(13) to the WOLFFSLEEVE(4), start by sliding two HINGETABS(9) over the PIN
WOLFFSLEEVE(ONEONEACHSIDE) as shown in FIGURE5, and SECURELYassemble each HINGETAB(9) to
SEATPAD(13) using two 3/8 X 1" BOLTS(15), 3/8" LOCKWASHERS (20), and tw o 3/ 8" WASHERS (19).

¯ Toassemble the BACKPAD(14) to the WOLFFSLEEVE(4), slide the two remaining HINGETABS(9) over the PIN
WOLFFSLEEVE(ONEONEACHSIDE) as shown in FIGURE6, and SECURELYassemble each HINGETAB(9) to
BACKPAD(14) using two 3/g X 1" BOLTS(15), two 3/8" LOCKWASHERS(20), and two 3/8" WASHERS(19).

secure in place using two 3/4" STARLOCKCOLLARS(27).
¯Insert the LEGEXTENSIONNECK(7) into the BENCHFRAME(2) and secure in place using on THUMBSCREW(29)
shownin FIGURE7.

¯ Insert three 1-3/4" SQ. ENDCAPS(23) into the ends of the LEGEXTENSION.(8) as shownin FIGURE
¯ Insert two 1/2" FLANGEBEARINGS(26) into the BUSHINGon the LEGEXTENSION(8) as shown in FIGURE
¯ Assemble the LEGEXTENSION(8) to the LEGEXTENSIONNECK(7) as shown in FIGURE8, using one 1/2 X 3"
(18), two 1/2" WASHERS(22), and one 1/2" LOWHEIGHTLOCKNUT(24). (TIGIITEN TIlE CONNECTION
TO REMOVETIlE PLAY, YET ALLOWINGTIlE LEG EXTENSION TO ROTATEFREELY)
¯Assemble four ROLLERPADS(12) to the LEGEXTENSION(8) as shown in FIGURE8, using two ROLLERPADSHAFTS
(11), and four 3/4" STARLOCKCOLLARS(27).
¯ Attach one 3/4" SQ. RUBBERBUMPER(32) to the LEGEXTENSION(8) approximately where shown in FIGURE

¯ Whenready to perform LEGCURLSor LEGEXTENSION,pull up slowly on the front of the BENCHFRAME(2) a~d allow
the U-PIN (10) to rest ontop of the TABof the BASELEG(5). (NOTE: THEBENCHFRAMEMUSTBE ADJUSTED
WHENUSING THE LEG EXTENSION TO ALLOW PROPER CLEARANCE FOR WEIGHT PLATES)
