MANUFACTURING PROFILE
Your Bzooma Roller is manufactured by AVIC Guangzhou Aviation Industry Group Company Ltd, founded in 19 1. The company
was founded to conduct scientific, production and management research. The enterprise belongs to China Aviation Industry Corp,
and has a staff of more than 10,000 people. Development of electric cars is a focus of the company’s efforts.
ASSEMBLY
Tools Requ red
8 mm ring spanner, 10 mm ring spanner, 1 mm pedal spanner, 14 mm open end spanner, mm hex key, 6 mm hex key, screw
driver, cutters/plier
Front Wheel
•The front wheel utilises a quick release device and does not require a tool for assembly or removal.
•Ensure that the disc slice is correctly aligned into the disc caliper before tightening.
•When swinging the lever from open to closed, you will gradually feel resistance as it tightens.
Al gnment of handle bars
• The handle bar assembly may need some small adjustment for the alignment of the headset to the front wheel.
• Use a 6 mm Hex key to loosen the handle bar stem.
• Relocate and lock the head stem hinge.
• Align handle bars so it is perpendicular to the front wheel.
• Carefully lower the handlebars back down and tighten the 6mm hex key firmly. Check for firmness.

Install Pedals and T ghten Crank
•Place a small amount of grease on the thread before installing.
•Ensure you clearly identify ‘right’ and ‘left’ pedals by the R or L stamped on the end of the pedal shaft. The left pedal
has a reverse thread and screws in anti-clockwise. The right pedal Screws in clockwise.
• Tighten both pedals using a ‘pedal spanner’ or 1 mm spanner. Remove the plastic chrome cap on the crank and check
the tightness with a 14mm socket. Ensure both sides are tightened correctly.
Gear adjustments
• It is recommended that you consult a bicycle workshop or your Bzooma dealer to assist you with the adjustment of the gears.
• Cable tension must be checked to ensure there is no slack when in highest gear (fastest gear). Failure to do this will result in
poor gear changes.
• Tension of cable is adjusted towards the back of the derailleur.
• Apply lube to chain and sprockets regularly with a Teflon based chain lube.
Inflate Tyres
•Inflate to 6 PSI and maintain regular checks. Tyre pressure is critical to the performance of the bike.
Connect Battery Plug
•Ensure no other plug is ever connected to the main battery slot.

SAFETY PROCEDURES
Safety
•Ride safely using the appropriate protective gear (ie. knee pads, elbow pads gloves and helmet)
• Always obey local road rules and legal guidelines.
Inspect before r d ng
•Important note: Before riding ensure you are familiar with the operation of the throttle and the peddle assist button.
The throttle turns towards the rider, when the ignition is turned on, this engages the motor. Please check before riding
as below:
1. Check the grip.
2. Check tyre pressures.
3. Check brake pads for wear and replace in necessary.
4. Check brakes for alignment of front pads and wear.
. Check the tightness of chain and front wheel (Quick-release lever).
6. Check the gear function.
7. Check pedal tightness on crank and tightness of crank. (left and right sides)
8. Check the power indication.
9. Check battery status via Charge light (Green LED) on charger and on bike.
10.Check the tightness of saddle.
OPERATING PROCEDURES

CHARGING
•The bike arrives with the battery fully charged. Always charge your battery fully after use.
• Charging instructions are provided in the charger box, please follow carefully.
•The battery may be charged mounted on your bike or when removed. For added security the battery is locked in
position by the ignition key.
•To remove the battery, tilt the seat forward, press the key in and turn anti clockwise. The battery slides out vertically.
After charging replace the battery ensuring that it slides down the location runners provided on the frame and locks in
position with ignition key.
•Always switch off charger before connecting to bike. Once in place, you may turn the bike on.
• The LED will turn orange when charging, then green when fully charged.
• Switch off charger once fully charged, always charge under supervision (do not leave on overnight).
• Check AC voltage is set to 220/240v. Never use on 110v sett ng.
•Do not drop the charger as it has sensitive electronics inside and will damage the unit.
•Do not cover with any material or substance that may restrict airflow into charger. The charger needs to ‘Breathe’ and
be kept cool.
•Charge your bike each time you use it, no matter how far the trip. Regularly charging will prolong the life of the
battery.
• DO NOT leave the battery discharged for long periods. This will damage the battery.
• Charge only in a cool well ventilated area. Never open the charger or change settings on charger.
MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING
The Raven PRO is a low maintenance machine, however a 6 monthly inspection to check tyres, brakes and gearing is advised.
Consult your local Bzooma dealer or local bike workshop.
Ma ntenance
•Wipe the bike with a dry cloth or neutral detergent.
• Use lubricating oil for metal parts.
• Increase the frequency of lubrication oil in wet and humid areas. Recommend using 30SAE lubricating oil.

Bzooma Pty Ltd Limited Warranty
Bzooma Pty Ltd provides this Limited Warranty to the original
purchasers of new Bzooma machines in Australia and New Zealand.
Bzooma Pty Ltd guarantees the machine, power base including motor,
battery and charger, against defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of one (1) year, from date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Damage caused by accident or obvious abuse is not covered by this
warranty.
To make a claim covered by this warranty the purchaser must contact
an authorised BZOOMA Pty Ltd Dealer for inspection and service.
Indications of abuse, accident, or unauthorised tampering with the
machine power base mechanical, or electrical equipment, will void any
claim. Bzooma Pty Ltd is not responsible for transport costs associated
with obtaining service or repairs under this warranty.
