Knee area
1. Wear the product on the knees and legs, fix and tie
the product tightly with hook and loop tape, and fit
the knees and legs.
2. Press the switch key for a long time to start the
machine. After starting the machine, the default mode
is one, the first gear of strength and the first gear
of heating.
3. Press the mode key briefly to switch modes.
4. Press the strength key briefly to adjust the massage
strength.
5. Press the heating key briefly to adjust the heating
temperature (low-medium-high-turn off the heating
cycle in turn).
6. Press the vibration key briefly to turn on and off
the vibration.

Points to note
Charging
1. Before the first use, please fully charge the product
and charge it for about 3.5 hours.
2. It is not recommended to completely drain the battery.
3. Please charge in time when you are prompted for
low power.
4.When charging, connect the plug wire of the Type-c
interface to the charging port of the product.
5.The USB interface at the other end is plugged into
the USB charging head and connected to the power supply.
Battery
Because the electromagnetic field generated by the
motor of the massager is relatively small, it will
generally not affect the electronic equipment and
human body!
The device(including lithium battery) and accessories
of this product have reached the service life, so
please do not throw them away at will, otherwise,
e-waste will pollute the environment. Please make

Maintenance, storage and transportation
of instruments
Cleaning
Wipe with a soft cloth, do not wet the host, and do not
wipe the host with a wet towel to avoid water seepage.
Do not wipe with thinner, gasoline or other flexible
liquid when entering the host.
After stopping use, press the switch button for a long
time to turn off the machine, and use the plastic bag
for storage only after the instrument has normal heat
dissipation.
Storage, custody:
Keep the instrument out of reach of children, away from
humidity, high temperature, direct sunlight and water
splash.
Do not disassemble, repair or replace it without
authorization; Parts, which may cause accidents and
failures.
If the equipment is not used for a long time, the product
should be charged once a month to prevent the battery life
from being shortened.
Transportation:
The product is designed with simple shockproof facilities,

transportation.
