This USB Battery Charger is designed to charge 1-4pcs Ni-Mh/Ni-Cd AA/AAA rechargeable batteries.

2 Electrical Performance and Tests
2.1 Charging Unit

3 Mechanical Tests and Requirements
3.1 Drop test
Drop from a height of 3 feet onto a concrete floor covered with 1/8 inch vinyl tile. Drop 3 times total,
each time on a different product surface. After that, test again the appearance, the insulation function,
indicator function and electrical performance.
3.2 Surface
Smooth surface, no scratch, flashes, blot and crack. Hardware get no rust, flashes and scratch
3.3 Vibration Test
The frequency sweep for each item on different surface is 10 times under the condition of the
frequency 10～55HZ and the amplitude 0.35mm. After that, test again the appearance, the insulation
function, indicator function and electrical performance.

3.4 High Temperature Test
Put the unit, which is without package under the temperature of 65℃±2℃for 5 hours. Take out and
keep it under the environment temperature until it cools down. Then test again the appearance, the
insulation function, indicator function and electrical performance.
3.5 Low Temperature Test
Take out the unit from the package and put it in a temperature of －20℃±3℃for 8 hours. Take out
and keep it under the environment temperature until it becomes the same temperature. Then test
again the appearance, the insulation function, indicator function and electrical performance.
3.6 Damp Heat Test
Take out the unit from the package and put it in a temperature of 40℃±2℃and the humidity of
90%～95% for 48 hours. Then test again the appearance, the insulation function, indicator function
and electrical performance.

This charger is intended for use with CAMELION rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH) and
Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd) batteries.
Do not charge non-rechargeable batteries (e.g. zinc-carbon, alkaline, lithium), as this may cause
personal injury, and damage to the charger.
Do not operate this charger with a damaged plug or cable.
Do not repair this charger and/or the batteries under any circumstances.
