A. Warning
1. Please reading carefully the user manual before using to ensure safety and proper.
2. Please using the foot massager according to the user manual shows.
3. Pull out the plug from outlet after using or before cleaning.
4. Be used Heating-function with caution to avoid burns. Do not using on Insensitive, too
sensitive and poor circulation parts; Improper operation will cause dangerous, if Let children or
physical and mental function impediment to use freely.
5. Do not using under pillow or blanket, otherwise, fire, electric shock and damage may caused
by overheating.
6. Do not cover when using, otherwise, the motor will be damaged for overheating.
7. If close to or for use in children, mental and physical dysfunction or disability, need someone to
g0de and responsible for their safety.
8. Stop using immediately if feel unwell.
9.Do not use when the following happens: the power cord or plug is damaged; cannot operate
properly; fall on the ground and damage; fall into water, please contact the after sell centre to
Inspect and maintain.
10. Do not use any parts unless from manufacturer.
11.Do not insert or fall any object into any opening of the product.
12. If want to cut off the power, turn off all buttons and pull out the plug from outlet.
13. This product cannot be used as a self-diagnosis and treatment.

D. Switch
1. Do not operate switch by wet hand;
2. Do not let the switch contact with water or other liquids.

1. Warranty rights are not transferable.

Usage Note
During the intelligent mode, you can switch to manual mode and adjust the schedule and time
setting. Do not stand in unilateral toning machine to prevent excessive pressure, if so , it may
make the motor speed slow down obviously or stop running, also It may cause the machine to
lose balance and damage at last . Do not extend your fingers or toes into the joints position of the
vibration to avoid injury. The recommended total time is about 20 minutes each time.

Operation guidelines
Please read the following items in detail before starting to use this product. This product only
USES 220-24ovac, 50Hz/6OHz power supply, please check whether your home voltageis
consistent with the product specification.
Connect the AC power plug to the power socket and start the main power switch.
If you want to switch the power to standby mode, please press down the power switch button
under the control panel
Stand on the foot pad and select the function you want to use.
The default time is 10 minutes.( light signal: single number is flashing lights, double number is
Constant light)
Can adjust the speed of vibration , total of 10 speed options
Intelligent mode (4 intelligent modes for selection)
Intelligent model
1. Press the switch on the control panel or on the remote control device to start

1) press on the intelligent mode witch on the remote control device to select 1-4 intelligent mode
intelligent mode 1-- warm up
Intelligent mode 2-- comfortable
Intelligent mode 3-- element
Intelligent mode 4-- experience
2) If do not use the remote control, use the switch on the control panel also can select the
intelligent mode
3) The control panel correspond intelligence mode indicator will be lighted up , these intelligent
mode with different vibration strength, and the vibration strength of element intelligent mode
will be the weakest
4. It will close automatically after using 10 minutes.
Manual mode
1. Press the manual mode button on the remote to select the manual mode.
2. Press the speed button on the remote control to select different vibration speed.
3. Press the time button on the remote control to select different time lengths.
In order to make you identify the selection function easily , please refer to the indicator beside
button.

Usage:
1. The legs should be separated from each other, and the shoulders should be wide and erect,
which can strengthen the vibration of the key areas such as the waist and buttocks.
2. The knee is bent on the product, and can make effective vibration on the large legs.
3. Sit on a chair or sofa and place your feet on both sides of the product, while simultaneously
aiming at both thighs and calves.
4. On the carpet, the lower leg is placed on the product, the body slightly backward, the hands

. If your product has been in a low-temperature environment for a long time due to
transportation, removal or other reasons, please stay at room temperature for 1 hour and start to
use.
