FOREWORD
- This booklet accompanies the appliance and contains all the information you need to use
and take care of it.
-The user should read its instructions carefully and keep the booklet within reach.
- The manufacturer shall not be held responsible for damage caused by improper use of the
appliance, moving of the appliance with unsuitable means, unauthorized modifications an
d
whatever else is not considered in this booklet.
SAFETY
The appliance must be installed and connected to the mains by qualified personnel
according to the norms in force and following the instructions in the chapter "Instructions for
the installer", The use of protective glasses and gloves is recommended when unpacking and
during maintainance,
This appliance has been designed and manufactured only to cook food. Never open it
unduly or modify its characteristics and or use it for different purposes.
Please make sure that children do not touch the control panel or play with the
appliance. The parts exposed during cooking warm up and will stay warm for a while after
switching the appliance off.
After using the appliance make sure that the knobs are on the “off ” position. If the
appliance is near other units make sure the cables are far enough from their hot parts.
-Clean the appliance regu1arly. Residual food can cause risks of fire.
-It is a good rule never to put food or containers in the oven when it is off. This woul
d
p
roduce humidity and could cause accidents if switched on involuntarily
Should the appliance malfunction, authorized and competent personnel shall repair it
to avoid any damage or incidents. Therefore please contact the after sales service.
The disposal of the appliance should follow the laws in force.
-This appliance is in compliance with the EEC requirement rules n. 89/336 on the
electromagnetic compatibility and 73/23 on low tension.
- The instructions in this booklet are valid only for the country of destination, see symbol on
the front page.

INTRUCTIONS FOR THE USER
WARNING:
This appliance has been designed only to cook food. During cooking time the parts of the
appliance can overheat: please keep children at a safety distance.
Important:
The ovens with a stainless steel oven door have a tangential motor that starts automatically
to keep the temperature of the door widely within the safety norms.At the end of cooking
time the motor turns off putting the selector back to zero.

ELECTRIC OVEN
Important:
When using it for the first time, there could be a bad smell or smoke from the oven. This is
due to the warming up of the insulation and material used during production. Therefore the
oven should be empty the first time you use it. Turn the thermostat to

at the same time. Allow to cool down and clean the oven accurately with warm water and
a mild detergent.
COOKING
During cooking time the oven door should be closed. Use an oven gllove to take food
from the oven. The pans should be able to resist temperatures higher than 300 degrees.
Pay attention to the use of oil, especially if deposits remain on the bottom of the oven:
they could catch fire at high temperatures. The side runner (Fig. 3) allows to adjust the
height of the shelf, thus achieving a higher temperature on the upper or lower part of the
food according to the position of the grill.

Selector knobs and thermostat
To operate the electric oven use both the selector knob (1), see Fig. 1, that allows you to
choose the type of heating according to the different cooking needs, and the thermostat knob
(3) which should be set at the temperature required. The symbols for the different types o
f
heating are shown further on; once the desired temperature has been reached the thermostat
will keep it constant.

I Control light
The ovens have two control lights. The first one, identified by n.4 Fig. 1, indicates that any
oven component is on, whereas the second, identified by n.5 is connected to the thermostat
and flashes, showing that the thermostat is keeping the temperature constant.
Rotisserie
Before cooking on the spit, its handle should be taken off; insert the support and the spit in
the oven as shown in the following figures and turn the selector knob and
turn the knob of the thermostat to the temperature required, max 250░C keeping the doo
r
closed.

Safety thermostat
To avoid dangerous overheating of the appliance due to incorrect use or a defect in the
components, the oven is provided with a safety thermostat that stops power supply in case
of malfunction. The thermostat starts working again automatically when the temperature o
f
the oven drops. Therefore, if the safety thermostat starts working because of incorrect use o
f
the oven, you should wait till it cools down and look for the cause before using it again; if i
t
starts because of defects in the components you should call the after sales service; The
p
rogramme will be turned off in the appliances with digital programming; therefore it
should be reprogrammed again before cooking.
Oven light
The ovens have two internal lights that switch on by turning the knob in any direction apart
from zero.

General contacts and oven light.
Final cooking: warming up. Using
only the lower heating element gives
the final touch to cooking and is very
useful to warm dishes up. It is
recommended to finish off cooking
biscuits, jam tarts and pies.
Traditional grill. You can achieve
excellent cooking results with meats that
are thin or medium thick with only the
central upper heating element on. The
rotisserie motor turns on with this
selection.
Fanned grill.
The combined action of the grill and the
fan ensures even cooking. Thick pieces
of meat and large dishes can also be
grilled perfectly.
Traditional cooking.
Both the upper and lower heating
elements are on; it allows you to cook
any kind of dish; Ideal for cakes, pizza,
roast food and pies.
Browning.
Dishes can be browned by using the
upper heating element. Very good
results with lasagna, pasta or vegetable
p
ies.
Intensive cooking.
The combination of the fan and
traditional cooking ensures rapid and
even cooking for delicate foods such as
biscuits and cakes.
Rapid defrosting.
Using only the fan allows to defrost
food rapidly and in the best way.

Multifunctional oven (cooking advice)
Here is some information on ways of cooking some dishes and cooking times which refer to
optimal baking conditions. Since these conditions are often not found in the private end
user's appliance because of changes in the network voltage and because cooking times diffe
r
according to the kind, volume and uniformity of the food, the user should adapt this
information to the actual situation of the oven checking the first cooking results, until
enough experience has been acquired to use the appliance at its best. Open the oven door as
little as possible when cooking.

PROGRAMMING COOKING
General instructions to use te timer.

To set the time.
Press the left button and use the buttons + and - to set the time. The function is
memorized 7 seconds after the last setting with the + and - buttons.
To set the timer
To start this function use the + and -buttons. During the setting time the clock works in
units of 10 seconds. During the countdown the timer remains and the time disappears. The
unit is the second. The timer can be set to a maximum of 99 minutes.
To disactivate the timer
Press buttons + and - together, release the + button first.
Bell
The bell rings for 7 minutes, if not deactivated with the + button.
Types of bell
When the time shows on the display, the bell can be selected by pressing the - button.
You can choose between three different kinds of bell.

Setting the time and manual use of the oven.
Once the power is supplied (220/230 Vac), flashing zeros will appear on the display; press
button 4(
);to set the right time press the +and -buttons. The time will be memorized after a few
seconds. Whenever you want to change the time simply press button 4(
) and then work on the + and -buttons. The oven can now be used manually
following the instructions on "COOKING".

Attention: pressing the + and -buttons intermittently, the numbers will move forward one
at a time. If you keep the buttons pressed they will move faster.
Operating and using the timer .
The programmer can work as a timer.
Press 1
(
) and set the time wanted with the + and - buttons; the symbol (
will light. The time will be memorized after a few seconds and the display will
show the current time. When the time set expires, the symbol (
turns off and the acoustic signal, that lasts about 8/10 minutes, starts. Press any of
the first 4 buttons to stop the signal beforehand. By pressing button 5(-) the intensity of the
signal, which is composed of three tones, can be changed.
Semiautomatic use of the oven.
There are two ways of using the oven semiautomatically, with which the ignition of the
oven is always manual and the oven can be used for a preset time or until a preset hour.
Starting manual cooking -programmed cooking time
After putting food to cook in the oven, press button 2(
) and set the cooking time with the + and - buttons; the symbols “Auto” and
will light . Turn the thermostat and selector knobs to the function and temperature
required; cooking will start immediately. When the cooking time is over, the oven and the
control light will turn off, the symbol “Auto” will start flashing and the bell will ring. To
stop the bell beforehand, press button 4(
); the oven will go to manual. To turn it off turn thermostat and knob to "0".
Starting manual cooking -programmed end of cooking time
After putting food to cook in the oven, press button 3(
) and set the end of cooking time with the + and - buttons; the symbols "Auto" and
will light up and stay on until end of
cooking time. Turn the knob of the commutator and thermostat on the function and
temperature required and the oven will start cooking. When cooking time is over, the oven
and the symbol
will turn off, the symbol "Auto" will flash and the bell will ring for about 8/10 minutes.
Press button 4(
) to stop the bell; the oven will go to manual. To turn it off, turn thermostat and knob
to "0".
Automatic operating of oven: programmed length and end of cooking time.
This is to set the cooking time and end of cooking time; once these two times have been set,
the programmer will set the automatic ignition of the oven. If you make a mistake, press
button 4( ) and start again.

Put food to be cooked in the oven.
Press button 2(
) and set cooking time with the + and - buttons; the symbols “Auto” and
will light up.
Press button 3(
), the nearest end of cooking time will appear on the display. Set end o
f
cooking time with buttons + and - . The oven and the symbol
will turn off. Turn the commutator and thermostat knobs to set the function of the
oven and temperature. The oven will turn on again, at the set time the symbol
will light up and stay on during the cooking time; the symbol
and the symbol “Auto” will start flashing and the acoustic signa will ring for about
8/10 minutes. Press button 4(
) to stop the acoustic signal; the oven will go to manual; Turn thermostat and knob to
"0"to turn it off.

.B. A few seconds after each time setting, the current time will show on the display. Once
done, each programme is cancelled automatically, or by pressing 4( ).
Reprogramme in case of power failure.

MAINTAINANCE AND CLEANING
Make sure the appliance is cold before cleaning it. If sprays are used, follow the
manufacturer's instructions carefully and do not direct the spray to the electric heating
elements that are visible on the upper part of the oven.
Cleaning the internal parts of the oven.
Wash the enamelled parts with warm water, detergent and a soft cloth. Do not use
scouring pads or abrasive substances as they ruin the enamel. Rinse well and dry
with a soft cloth. We advise cleaning the oven every time cooking leaves residues,
otherwise these will burn during the next cooking process and make cleaning very
difficult. The appliance module 90 has side runners for the removable wire shelves
that are locked onto the side of the oven. Taking them out makes cleaning easier

We advise disassembling the internal glass of the oven
door to clean it well Fig. 9:
Open the door completely and unscrew the two screws

Reparation electrical part
Before calling the after sales service check that:
The plug is inserted in the socket well.
The main switch in the house is on. If necessary, have the
appliance serviced by qualified personnel.

Connection to the mains.
Check the following before connecting to the
mains:

The pressure relief valve and the domestic network must be suitable for the load of
the appliance; this information is on the data plate on the rear of the oven Fig. 10, on the
guarantee and the notes on "Technical characteristics".
the power supply must have an efficient earthing connection according to the norms
and local standards.
the connection switch or socket must be within reach of the appliance installed. The
p
ower supply cable, supplied with the appliance, should be provided with a standardized
p
lug that can take the load indicated on the data plate; the plug should then be inserted in a
suitable socket. If you want to connect the cable directly to the distribution network, there
must be an omnipolar switch with a minimum opening of 3mm between contacts. This must
be located between the appliance and the power network, in accordance with the applicable
safety standards; the green yellow earthing cable must not be interrupted. In any case make
sure that the power supply cable never reaches, in any point, a temperature above 50░C.
The manufacturer declines every responsibility if these safety standards are
not respected.
Replacement of feed cable
The feed cable must be in HO5 RR-F, with a cross sectional area of 3x1.5 mm2.
The cable can be replaced this way: - open

FITTING INTO MODULAR FURNITURE
To be sure the fitted oven works properly the characteristics of the unit into which it is going
to be fitted must allow an effective circulation of cooling air. Furthermore, if protections are
added against possible contacts with electrical parts, these protections must be made in
suitable material and secured in such a way that a tool is needed to removethem. Below are
the dimensions of the oven plus the characteristics of the unit insidewhich it is going to be
fitted.
