BREAK THE (A) GREEN BAND AROUND THE BOX
AND REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE MATERIAL (B)
FROM THE BUTCHER BLOCK TABLE TOP AND
CAREFULLY SET TO THE SIDE.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BUTCHER
BLOCK SURFACE CAN BE SUSCEPTIBLE
TO SCRATCHING, DENTING AND
BREAKAGE IF NOT HANDLED WITH
CARE! PLEASE HANDLE GENTLY.

AS WITH THE BUTCHER BLOCK TOP, CAREFULLY
BREAK THE GREEN BAND AROUND THE BOX
AND THEN REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE
MATERIAL FROM THE TABLE ASSEMBLY

Place each pod upside down on butcher block top, aligned
with the appropriate holes per your customers' requested
mounting needs. Bolt each Chameleon pod to butcher
block top using Qty.(4)- 1/4 - 20 35mm hex bolts per pod.
Pod must be on its top (upside down). Each pod will
attach to butcher block top in same manner-either 2
or 3 pods total per butcher block. (Off-set tops will
require 2 pods with a 74 inch top)
Prepare your install space first by putting a blanket, piece
of foam, or clean cardboard down to lay your top on to
avoid damage or scratches. Carefully remove butcher block
top from cardboard packaging and place top face down on
prepared surface.
Notice multiple holes. This allows the top to be mounted
in multiple position on top of the pods according to the
end users needs. If magnets & stools were ordered, then
top must be mounted flush with the back of the cabinets,
magnets on seating side, to allow for overhang of stools.

The side bars of the frame where the
casters are mounted come pre-installed on
the frame, but will need to be adjusted
according to how your top is mounted, and
then tightened down. Side bars should be
mounted only two ways: centered with
frame for center mounted tops OR slide the
bars forward to be flush with the back of
the frame for tops that are mounted for one
side seating, or magnetic mounted stools.
This allows for extra stability and safety.

Now attach metal base (frame) to pods. The base is
bolted to pods with Qty. (4)-1/4 - 20 x 35mm hex bolts
and 1/4 - 20 lock nuts. There will be four bolts per pod
to secure the base to the bottom of each pod.

Now attach casters to frame. Bolt the
casters using the 1/4 - 20 x 20mm .625
thread w/serrations. Use Qty. (4) per caster
for a secure assembly.
8.)
YOU ARE NOW FINISHED! With the help of
an additional installer, carefully flip the unit
over right side up onto its casters. This unit
can easily be rolled through average size
door ways and down hallways for easy
room placement. If you have any questions
