2. Getting started
1) Insta two 1.5V AAA batteries into the Cheetah RDFM-T.
2) P ug the 3.5mm connector p ug into your audio device’s
headphone socket.
3) Turn the ON/OFF switch to the ON position.
4) Adjust the frequency of the Cheetah RDFM-T as required.
P ease refer to Basic operation (Section 3).
5) Tune your FM radio to match the frequency of the Cheetah
RDFM-T.
6) Enjoy istening to your audio device through your FM radio.

3. Basic operation
Operation Function
Turn the ON/OFF switch
to the ON position Turns the Cheetah RDFM-T on

Short press of the
frequency adjust button
The frequency wi change from
0.1MHz, 0.3 MHz, 0.5 MHz, 0.7 MHz to
0.9 MHz. The upper LED wi disp ay the
se ected setting.

The frequency wi change from 88MHz,
90MHz, 106MHz to 107MHz. Re ease
when the ower LED disp ays the
required setting.

4. Care and maintenance
P ease read the fo owing recommendations before using the
Cheetah RDFM-T. By fo owing these steps you wi be ab e to
enjoy your product for many years to come.
• Do not expose the Cheetah RDFM-T to iquid spi s, moisture or
excessive humidity.
• Do not use abrasive c eaning so vents to c ean the Cheetah
RDFM-T.
• Do not expose the Cheetah RDFM-T to extreme y high or ow
temperatures as this cou d shorten the ife of your product,
damage the batteries or distort p astic components.
• Do not dispose of the Cheetah RDFM-T in a fire as it wi resu t
in an exp osion.
• Do not a ow the Cheetah RDFM-T to come into contact with
sharp objects as this wi scratch and damage your product.
• Do not drop the Cheetah RDFM-T as the interna circuitry might
get damaged.
• Do not attempt to disassemb e the Cheetah RDFM-T as you wi
void your warranty.
• If you p an not to use the Cheetah RDFM-T for a ong time,
p ease remove the batteries and store it in a dry p ace that is
free from extreme temperatures and dust.
5. Trouble shooting
I can’t turn the Cheetah RDFM-T on.
a) P ease make sure you have insta ed fresh batteries into the
Cheetah RDFM-T.
b) Rep ace o d batteries with fresh batteries.
I can’t hear audio from my device on the FM radio.
a) P ease make sure your audio device is working (unp ug the
Cheetah RDFM-T and ensure you can hear audio from your
device).
b) P ease make sure the vo ume contro on your audio device is
turned up.

c) P ease make sure the Cheetah RDFM-T is then p ugged in
secure y to your audio device.
d) P ease make sure the frequency of your FM radio matches the
frequency of the Cheetah RDFM-T.
e) P ease adjust the vo ume of the FM radio.
f) If you sti cannot hear any audio, p ease rep ace the batteries in
the Cheetah RDFM-T.
I can hear a radio station or interference.
a) If you can hear interference from a broadcasting radio station on
the current y se ected frequency, p ease adjust the frequency of
the Cheetah RDFM-T and retune your radio to match the new
frequency.
b) Move the Cheetah RDFM-T away from other nearby e ectronic
devices.

Out of warranty repairs:
If your unit is out of warranty (o der than one year), we wi contact you with an
estimated repair cost. If the unit has been damaged, abused or modified, the
repair cost wi be ca cu ated on a parts and abor basis.

8. Limited Warranty
Cheetah Advanced Techno ogies Ltd. Warrant our products against a defects
in materia s and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the
origina purchase, subject to the fo owing terms and conditions.
This warranty is imited to the origina owner and is Non-Transferab e.
This warranty does not app y if the seria number has been removed or is
unreadab e or if the product has been subjected to physica abuse, improper
insta ation, modification or interna examination.
To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned, insured and shipping
prepaid, to Cheetah Advanced Techno ogies Ltd., at the address shown, in its

origina packaging or a suitab e a ternative, together with a written description
of the prob em, proof of purchase and a return shipping address.
The so e responsibi ity of Cheetah Advanced Techno ogies Ltd under this
warranty is imited to repair or, at discretion, rep acement of the product.
