PREPARATION
Carefully remove and lay out all hardware and parts.
Check quantities and match the parts list.
Construct Dressing Table on an even at oor.
Note: during the assembly process whenever
using screws or bolts, check each with the parts list
by letter and size identication. Place each screw
or bolt on the diagram of the item which is sketched
actual size. Be sure to use the proper size specied
in the assembly directions. If any parts are missing
or broken or you need assistance with assembly
DO NOT return your product to the dealer.
Please identify the Dressing Table by the model
number identication stamped on the inside face of
the Assembly when you call or write to
Foundations. Make note of all identification
numbers and include this information with your
request.

Assemble Left Side Rails
Note: All Shelf Rails bolts will be fully tightened at
the end of Step 4.
Insert Dowel Pin (J) into upper hole of Top End Rail
Left (C).
Insert 30mm long Allen Head Bolt (K) through top
counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A) Into Top
End Rail Left (C) and snug bolt With Allen Wrench.
Note: Top Shelf Rail (E) has a wide groove in the
edge. Align Top Shelf Rail (E) with next top Hole.
Make sure groove is pointed to the inside of
Dressing Table and groove is closer to bottom edge.
Insert Allen Head Bolt (K) through
counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A) Into Top
Shelf Rail (E) and snug bolt.
Note: Lower Rails (F) have a narrow groove.
Align Middle/Bottom Shelf Rails (F) with next holes.
Make sure Shelf Rail groove is pointed to the
inside of Dressing Table and groove is closer to
bottom edge. Insert Allen Head Bolt (K) through
counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A) Into
Middle/Bottom Shelf Rails (E) and snug bolt.

Assemble Right Side Rails
Note: All Shelf Rails bolts will be fully tightened at
the end of Step 4.
Insert Dowel Pin (J) into upper hole of Top End Rail
Right (D).Insert 30mm long Allen Head Bolt (K)
through top counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A)
Into Top End Rail Right (D) and snug bolt.
Note: Top Shelf Rail (E) has a wide groove in the
edge. Align Top Shelf Rail (E) with next top Hole.
Make sure groove is pointed to the inside of
Dressing Table and groove is closer to bottom edge.
Insert Allen Head Bolt (K) through
counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A) Into Top

counterbored hole of Back Assembly (A) Into
Middle/Bottom Shelf Rails (E) and snug bolt.

Assemble Shelves:
Slide Shelves (G) and (H) into grooves of Side
Rails.
Top Shelf (G) goes into the Top Rails with safety
warning decal facing up.
Push Shelves until they are completely engaged into
the Back Assembly (A).
See Figure 3.
Assemble Front Assembly to Dressing Table.
Insert Dowel Pin (J) into upper hole of Top End Rail
Right (C).
Insert Dowel Pin (J) into Upper hole of Top End Rail
Left (D).
Align Front Assembly (B) with shelf rails. Make sure
shelves are full engaged into grooves of front
assembly.
Insert 30mm long Allen Head Bolts (K) through
counterbored holes of Front Assembly (B) and into
shelf rails. Make sure shelves slide into Front
Assembly shelf grooves.
Completely tighten all bolts front and back.

STEP 5
Assemble Securing Belt to Dressing Table.
In sequence, Insert Allen Head Bolt (L) through
Nylon Washer (O), and male half of the Belt (S).
Continue through one of the Top Shelf (G) holes.
Thread Hex Nut (N) onto bolt from below the Top
Shelf (G).
Tighten Allen Bolt and Hex Nut.
Repeat assembly for female half of the Belt.
Place Dressing Pad (I) on top of Top Shelf and bring
Belts around edges to lay on top of Dressing Pad.

USE OF SECURING BELT
Belt is used to secure child while attended only,
NEVER leave child unattended
●Lay infant on Mattress
●Securing Belt is placed over the infant’s torso.
● Insert the buckle ends of each belt into each other
until a “CLICK” is heard and ends become locked
together.
●Gently pull the free end of the belt strap to adjust
a snug t around the infant.
●To release press in the sides and pull apart.
See Figure 7.

BOLTS AND FASTENING DEVICES AND TIGHTEN IF NEEDED.

MISSING OR NOT PROPERLY SECURED.

Maintenance Cleaning and Storage
MAINTENANCE:
Upon completion of the assembly, check to make sure all screws, bolts and connectors are tightened and secure.Periodically
check item for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges before and after assembly and frequently during
use. DO NOT use item if any parts are missing or broken.
If any parts are missing, broken or you need Assistance DO NOT return item to your dealer.
Call Foundations at 330.722.5033 and include model identication numbers recorded on page 1.
DO NOT substitute parts.
CLEANING:
Mix a mild solution of gentle dishwashing soap and water, apply to surface using a clean cloth lightly dampened in the solution.
Rinse well with clear water using a soft clean cloth, then dry all surfaces with a soft dry cloth.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or any cleaners with harsh chemicals that would contact a child’s skin, scouring pads, steel
wool or coarse rags. This item should be treated the same as any ne furniture. When storing crib use caution as extreme
temperature or humidity changes could be harmful. Use caution when a vaporizer is in use. Always aim vapor stream away from
crib as well as away from any wood furniture item.
STORAGE AND USE OF CHANGING TABLE:
After completing the assembly process you are advised to read and be aware of all WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, CLEANING,
STORAGE, USE AND MAINTENANCE notices contained in this set of directions. When storing the changing table use CAU-
TION as extreme temperature or humidity changes could be harmful. Use CAUTION when a vaporizer is in use, always aim
vapor stream away from the changing table as well as away from any wood furniture item.

Déballez, puis étalez avec soin devant vous tout le
matériel. Consultez la liste des pièces pour vous as-
surer qu’il ne manque rien. Construire Coiffeuse sur
un sol même plat.
Remarque : lors de l’assemblage, avant d’utiliser les
vis et les boulons, vériez chaque pièce en
comparant la lettre et la taille dans la liste des
ferrures. Placez la vis ou le boulon sur le dessin,
tracé à la taille réelle. Veillez à choisir la bonne
grosseur indiquée dans ces instructions. Si une
pièce est manquante ou brisée, ou si vous avez
besoin d’aide pour assembler le produit,
NE retournez PAS le produit au détaillant.

Remarque: Tous les boulons plateau Rails seront
complètement serrées à la n de l’étape 4.
Insérez Goujon (J) dans le trou supérieur de Top
End rail gauche (C).
Insérez 30mm de long boulon à tête Allen (K) par
le haut trou contre-alésée de Retour Assemblée
(A) Dans Top End rail gauche (C) et le boulon serré
avec la clé Allen.
Remarque: Top Shelf ferroviaires (E) a une large
rainure dans le bord. Alignez Top Shelf ferroviaires
(E) avec la prochaine trou supérieur. Assurez-vous
que la rainure est fait à l’intérieur de Coiffeuse et
rainure est plus proche de bord inférieur. Insérez
Allen boulon à tête (K) à travers trou contre-alésée
de Retour Assemblée (A) dans le haut plateau
ferroviaire (E) et le boulon serré.
Remarque: La baisse des Rails (F) ont une gorge
étroite.
Aligner au milieu / bas plateau Rails (F) avec des
trous suivants. Assurez-vous que la rainure du pla-
teau ferroviaire est dirigée vers l’intérieur de
coiffeuse et la gorge est plus proche de
bord inférieur. Insérez Allen boulon à tête (K) à
travers
trou contre-alésée de Retour Assemblée (A) dans
Moyen / Bas plateau Rails (E) et le boulon serré.

Assembler Côté droit Rails
Remarque: Tous les boulons plateau Rails seront
complètement serrées à la n de l’étape 4.
Insérez Goujon (J) dans le trou supérieur de Top
End ferroviaire droite (D). Insérez 30mm de long
boulon à tête Allen (K) à travers le trou supérieur de
contre-alésée Retour Assemblée (A) Dans Top End
ferroviaire droite (D) et le boulon serré.
Remarque: Top Shelf ferroviaires (E) a une large
rainure dans le bord. Alignez Top Shelf ferroviaires
(E) avec la prochaine trou supérieur. Assurez-vous
que la rainure est fait à l’intérieur de
Coiffeuse et rainure est plus proche de bord inféri-
eur. Insérez Allen boulon à tête (K) à travers
trou contre-alésée de Retour Assemblée (A) dans le
haut plateau ferroviaire (E) et le boulon serré.
Remarque: rails inférieurs (F) ont une gorge étroite.
Aligner au milieu / bas plateau Rails (F) avec des
trous suivants. Assurez-vous que la rainure du pla-
teau ferroviaire est dirigée vers l’
l’intérieur de coiffeuse et la gorge est plus proche
de bord supérieur. Insérez Allen boulon à tête (K) à
travers
trou contre-alésée de Retour Assemblée (A) dans
Moyen / Bas plateau Rails (E) et le boulon serré.

Assembler Tablettes:
Diapositive Etagères (G) et (H) dans les rainures
des rails latéraux.
Top Shelf (G) va dans les rails supérieurs à la
sécurité Étiquette d’avertissement vers le haut.
Poussez étagères jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient
complètement engagés dans l’Assemblée Retour
(A).
Voir la gure 3.
Assemblez Assemblée avant de Coiffeuse.
Insérez Goujon (J) dans le trou supérieur de Top End
rail droit (C).
Insérez Goujon (J) dans le trou supérieur de Top End
rail gauche (D).
Alignez Assemblée avant (B) avec étagères rails.
Assurez-vous que les étagères sont pleinement enga-
gés dans les rainures de l’avant ensemble.
Insérez 30mm de long Allen boulons à tête (K) par
trous fraisés de l’Assemblée avant (B) et dans le
plateau rails. Assurez-vous que les tablettes se
glissent dans de face Rainures du plateau de
l’Assemblée.
Serrer complètement tous les boulons avant et arrière.

ÉTAPE 5
Monter la sangle de la coiffeuse.
Dans l’ordre, Insert Allen boulon à tête (L) à travers
Rondelle en nylon (O), et la moitié mâle de la
ceinture (S).
Continuez à travers l’un des trous Top Shelf (G).
Enlez écrou hexagonal (N) sur le boulon de
dessous le Top Shelf (G).
Serrer Allen Boulon et écrou hexagonal.
Répétez assemblage pour moitié féminine de la
ceinture.
Placez Dressing Pad (I) sur le dessus du plateau
supérieur et apporter Ceintures autour des bords à
poser sur le dessus de Dressing Pad.

UTILISATION DE FIXATION CEINTURE
La ceinture doit être utilisée pour attacher l’enfant
pendant qu’il est langé, ne laissez JAMAIS un en-
fant sans surveillance sur la table à langer
● Couchez l’enfant sur le matelas.
● La ceinture de maintien doit être placée sur le
torse de bébé.
● Insérez les extrémités des boucles de chaque
ceinture de maintien l’une dans l’autre; vous enten-
drez alors un « CLIC », signalant que la ceinture est
bouclée.
● Tirez délicatement le bout libre de la courroie de la
ceinture pour un ajustement plus serré.
● Pour détacher la ceinture de maintien, appuyez
sur les côtés de la boucle et tirez pour les séparer.

PIÈCES DE FIXATION. LES VIS, LES BOULONS ET LES PIÈCES DE FIXATION DOIVENT ÊTRE
VÉRIFIÉS FRÉQUEMMENT ET RESSERRÉS AU BESOIN.
● N’UTILISEZ PAS CETTE TABLE POUR LANGER UN ENFANT SI LA CEINTURE DE MAINTIEN EST
MANQUANTE OU MAL ATTACHÉE.
● CESSEZ D’UTILISER LE PLAN À LANGER DE CETTE TABLE LORSQUE LE POIDS DE L’ENFANT
ATTEINT 13 KG (30 LB).
● CONSERVEZ CES INSTRUCTIONS À TITRE DE RÉFÉRENCE.
● CE PRODUIT N’EST PAS DESTINE A ETRE UTILISE COMME UNE TABLE À LANGER SANS LA

Entretien Nettoyage et stockage
ENTRETIEN :
Lorsque l’assemblage est terminé, vériez que tous les boulons, vis et raccords sont fermement serrés. Vériez régu-
lièrement si la table à langer comporte des ferrures endommagées, des joints desserrés, des pièces manquantes ou
des rebords acérés avant et après l’assemblage et fréquemment lorsque la table à langer est utilisée. N’utilisez PAS ce
produit si l’une ou l’autre des pièces est manquante ou endommagée.
Si une pièce est manquante ou brisée, ou si vous avez besoin d’aide, NE retournez PAS le produit à votre détaillant.
Appelez Foundations® au 1-330-722-5033 et indiquez les numéros d’identication du modèle indiqués à la page 1.
NE substituez PAS de pièces.
NETTOYAGE :
Essuyez le meuble avec un chiffon doux, humecté d’une solution d’eau et de détergent à vaisselle doux. Rincez à fond
avec un chiffon doux imbibé d’eau claire et essuyez bien toutes les surfaces avec un chiffon doux et sec.

tenant des produits chimiques forts qui pourraient entrer en contact avec la peau de l’enfant. Ce produit doit être
entretenu comme tout autre meuble de bonne qualité. Faites preuve de prudence lors de l’entreposage de la table à
langer, car les changements extrêmes de température ou d’humidité peuvent abîmer ce meuble. Faites preuve de pru-
dence lorsqu’un vaporiseur est utilisé. Dirigez toujours le jet de vapeur loin de la table à langer et de tout autre meuble
en bois.
