Important: Tipping furniture can injure young children. Use of this safety bracket
hardware is highly recommended. This safety hardware, when properly installed,
can provide further protection against unexpected accidental tipping of furniture due
to improper use.
STEP 17
To attach bracket “II” to the wall board
using wood screws “HH” provided:
• Position the wall bracket “II” on the wall stud
about 1” below the top of the dresser.
• Mark the position for bracket “II” placement
on the wall and drill pilot holes into the stud.
• Fasten bracket “II” to the wall.
Step 17.1
IMPORTANT: Make sure the brackets “II” are rmly attached to the wall stud and dresser and the safety strap “JJ” is snug.
WARNING: This product is not a substitute for proper parental supervision which is the only proper deterrent to prevent
improper use of this unit. The manufacturer assumes no liability for improper installation or excessive loads
placed on the safety straps “JJ”, brackets “II” or mounting screws “ HH” and “GG”. This hardware will not insure
against tipping.
WARNING: For taller or heavier pieces of furniture, two safety brackets may be installed.

WALL STUD SAFETY BRACKET INSTRUCTIONS

To attach second bracket “II” to the back face
of the dresser top using wood screws “GG”
provided:
• Move the dresser temporarily to it’s nal
position on the wall.
• Mark the location of bracket “II” on the back
face of the dresser top in relation to the
previously mounted wall bracket “II”.
• Move dresser away from the wall mounted
bracket “II” and place the other bracket “II”
on the marked position.
• Drill pilot holes into the back face of the
dresser top
• Attach the bracket “II” to the back face of the
dresser top using wood screws “GG” provided.
• Move dresser back to it’s nal position.
• Thread the safety strap “JJ” through both
of the mounted brackets “II” as shown in the
illustration.
• Tighten the strap “JJ” until snug.
To attach safety strap “JJ”.
Do Not Overtighten
It is recommended that you locate a wall stud behind the dresser for this installation. If a wall stud is not used, a suitable “Hollow Wall
Anchor Bolt” (not provided) should be used in lieu of the wall stud.

Maintenance Cleaning and Storage
MAINTENANCE:
Upon completion of the assembly, check to make sure all screws, bolts and connectors are tightened and
secure.
Periodically check furniture for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or sharp edges before and
after assembly and frequently during use.
DO NOT use furniture if any parts are missing or broken.
If any parts are missing, broken or you need assistance DO NOT return furniture to your dealer.
Call Foundations at 330.722.5033 and include model identication numbers recorded on page 1.
DO NOT substitute parts.
CLEANING:
Mix a mild solution of gentle dishwashing soap and water, apply to surface using a clean cloth lightly
dampened in the solution. Rinse well with clear water using a soft clean cloth, then dry all surfaces with a
soft dry cloth.
DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or any cleaners with harsh chemicals that would contact a child’s skin,
scouring pads, steel wool or coarse rags. This furniture should be treated the same as any ne furniture.
STORAGE:
When storing furniture use caution as extreme temperature or humidity changes could be harmful.
Use caution when a vaporizer is in use. Always aim vapor stream away from furniture as well as away
from any wood furniture item.
After completing the assembly the user is advised to read and be aware of
ALL WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, CLEANING, STORAGE USE AND MAINTENANCE. Please store the
complete set of assembly directions for future referral.
● Read all instructions before use of the changing table.
● Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death.
● FALL HAZARD: Children have su󰀨ered serious injuries after falling from changing tables.
Falls can happen quickly.
● STAY within arm’s reach.
● ALWAYS secure this unit to the support surface of dresser model F09009 by hardware provided.
● Do not use this changing table as a changing area if the rails are loose, broken or missing.
● Do not use the changing table if it is damaged or broken.
● Do not allow the child or children to climb on this changing table.
● Upon completion of assembly be sure all screws, bolts and fastening devices have been tightened
securely. A frequent check should be made of all screws, bolts and fastening devices and tighten if
needed.
● Do not use the changing area of this changing table when the child reaches 30 pounds.
● Keep instructions for future use.
● Purchase a foam dressing pad with a maximum size of 34 inches long by 17 1/2 inches wide. The
maximum thickness will be 1 1/4 inches if using a flat pad.
●Install tipover restraint provided.
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tipover. To help prevent tipover:
●Place heaviest items in the lower drawers.
● Unless specically designed to accommodate, do not set TVs or other heavy objects on the top of this
product.
●Never allow children to climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.
●Never open more than one drawer at a time.

PRÉPARATION
Retirez délicatement et exposer tout le matériel et les pièces.
Vérier les quantités et correspondre à la liste des pièces.
Construire huche à un étage même plat.
Note: pendant le processus d’assemblage chaque fois utilisant
des vis ou des boulons, vérier chacun avec la liste des pièces
par lettre et l’identication de la taille. Placez chaque vis ou
boulon sur le schéma de l’élément qui est esquissé taille
réelle. Veillez à utiliser la bonne taille spéciée dans les
directions d’assemblage. Si des pièces sont manquantes ou
brisées ou si vous avez besoin d’aide avec l’ensemble NE
PAS retourner votre produit au distributeur. S’il vous plaît
identier la cage par le numéro de modèle identication gravé
sur l’ensemble lorsque vous appelez ou écrivez des
Foundations. Prenez note de tous numéros d’identication et
