This child restraint system is manufactured in compliance
with the requirements of Regulation No 129 of the Economic Commission
for Europe of the United Nations (UN/ECE) — Uniform provisions concerning
the approval of enhanced Child Restraint Systems used on board of motor
vehicles (ECRS), the provisions of the Product safety Directive 2001/95/
EU of the European Parliament and The Council as well as the Consumer
Protection Law of Bulgarian Legislation.

Child restraint system model „SAFY” is suitable for children with height 125-150cm.
Universal „booster cushion“: 125-150 cm
Notice
This is a Universal booster cushion Enhanced Child Restraint System. It is approved according to UN
Regulation No.129, for use in i-Size compatible and univesal vehicle seating positons as indicated by
vehicle manufacturer in the vehicle user’s manual. If in doubt, consult the manufacturer or the retailer.
NO RESTRAINT SYSTEM CAN PROVIDE ABSOLUTE
PROTECTION IN CASE OF CRASH OR ROAD ACCIDENT!

IMPORTANT! This booster cushion is only suitable for installation in vehicles tted with AP-
PROVED 3-POINT SAFETY BELTS WITH RETRACTOR, meeting the requirements of Regulation
no. 16 of EC of UN!

PLACES FOR INSTALATTION OF THE BOOSTER CUSHION IN THE VEHICLE
Suitable place for installation of the booster cushion.
Inappropriate place to install the seat.
It is forbidden to install the seat in this place in the vehicle.
The suitable places for installation are good only for vehicle seats equipped with 3-point safety belt.

WARNING! DO NOT USE ANCHOR POINTS OTHER THAN THE ONES DESCRIBED IN THIS
MANUAL AND MARKED ON THE RESTRAINT SYSTEM!
WARNING! INSTALL THE BOOSTER CUSHION ONLY IN „FORWADR FACING” POSITION!
WARNING! THE VEHICLE SAFETY BELTS WHICH HOLD THE BOOSTER CUSHION TO
THE PASSENGER SEAT MUST BE TIGHTENED AND FIXED!
WARNING! THE VEHICLE SAFETY BELTS MUST BE PROPERLY ADJUSTED ACCORDING TO
CHILD’S HEIGHT, NOT TWISTED AND SNUG WELL AGAINST CHILD’S BODY.
WARNING! THE LAP BELT MUST BE POSITIONED LOW, SO THAT CHILD’S PELVIS IS WELL
FIXED TO THE SEAT, BUT WITHOUT PRESSURE.
WARNING! DO NOT MAKE CHANGES, ADDITIONS OR MODIFICATIONS ON THE BOOSTER
CUSHION WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE NOTIFYING AUTHORITY ! IT IS DANGEROUS

Installation in the vehicle and securing the child in the booster cushion to be done only by adult!

The hard parts and the parts of the child restraint made of plastic should be located and installed
so that when the vehicle is in normal use, they can not be trapped by a sliding seat or in a door of
the vehicle.
 Do not allow the safety belts of the booster cushion and the vehicle to be twisted, frayed or torn,
latches and locks (buckles) must be always in good order and rmly xed.
 If you nd any lack of safety or defect in the structure, latches, straps or locking mechanisms of
the booster cushion or ISOFIX attachments , discontinue usage until removal of the damaged parts
and replacement with new ones.
After a violent impact the booster cushion may be damaged, therefore, it is recommended to replace
the booster cushion with a new one.
 Never use a second hand child restraint. It may have su󰀨ered structural damage, which may make
the child restraint extremely dangerous.
 Do not use this booster cushion without its seat cover and do not replace it with a new one, unless
supplied by the manufacturer. The fabric parts are integral parts of the restraint system and its safety
features!
Any luggage or other objects that could cause injury in the event of a collision must be well secured.
Remove or secure at a safe distance from the seat and child any luggage that may cause injury
in the event of a sudden stop or accident while driving.
 Always check that the seat is rmly attached to the vehicle seat, even when you are not placing
a child in it. A loose booster cushion, even without a child in it, can cause injury in the event
of a collision.
 Do not put additional pads except the ones supplied from the manufacturer!
 Do not use spare parts and other components not supplied by the manufacturer. The manufacturer
assumes no responsibility for safety in the event that are used spare parts other than original.
 Keep the instructions for use in the space provided in the booster cushion or in the vehicle in which
you are going to use the booster cushion.
 Do not expose the booster cushion to direct sunlight to prevent the child from burning, deforming
the booster cushion and especially the plastic parts.
 Do not attach objects with long cords or strings on the booster cushion in order to avoid danger
of su󰀨ocation!
Never place the booster cushion on beds, couches or similar soft surfaces!
 Do not allow children to play with the product!
 Do not remove stickers and warnings – they contain important information!
The packaging of the product must be kept out of the reach of children at the time of and after
unpacking in order to avoid the risk of strangulation!

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE CHILD RESTRAINT SYSTEM
INSTALLING THE BACKREST TO THE SEAT
CAUTION!
• Follow exactly the instructions and sequence of installation steps and use of the product
described in the text and gures of this manual.
• Check the security of xing after each operation!
• ALWAYS CHECK THE SECURITY OF FIXING OF THE SAFETY BELTS!
• After each installation make sure that the vehicle belts are not twisted and they are in the correct
position.

1. Place the backrest (2) to the seat (1).
2. Rotate the seat up and press (pull), until you hear a „click“.

INSTALLING THE BOOSTER CUSHION IN „FORWARD FACING“
POSITION
ISOFIX + 3-point vehicle belt
For child’s height: 125-150 cm

1. IMPORTANT! Remove the vehicle seat headrest (if any).
2. Press the ISOFIX adjusting button (1), as shown in the gure and at the same time move the ISOFIX
connector to its longest position (2).
3. Attach the ISOFIX connectors to the ISOFIX hooks of the vehicle (3).
Press the booster cushion back until you hear a „click“ and it is xed.
IMPORTANT! ISOFIX connectors are xed when both indicators show green (4).
Note: If the indicators are red, repeat the installation steps again.
IMPORTANT! Make sure that the backrest is well pressed against the vehicle seat (5)!
Shake the installed booster cushion. If it appears unstable or one of the ISOFIX connectors is detached,
repeat the installation again.
4. Place the child in the booster cushion. Pass the diagonal belt on top of child’s shoulder, and the lap
belt through the seat guide (6). Fasten the 3-point vehicle belt (A), until you hear a „click“. Make sure
the buckle is xed (B)!
IMPORTANT! Make sure the belt is snug to child’s pelvis (7) and is not twisted!

1. IMPORTANT! Remove the vehicle seat headrest (if any).
Place the booster cushion on the vehicle seat in FORWARD facing position. Make sure that the backrest
is well pressed against the vehicle seat!
2. Place the child in the booster cushion. Pass the diagonal belt on top of child’s shoulder, and the lap
belt through the seat guide (1). Fasten the 3-point vehicle belt (A), until you hear a „click“. Make sure
the buckle is xed (B)!
IMPORTANT! Make sure the belt is snug to child’s pelvis (7) and is not twisted!
1. Unfasten vehicle belt (A).
2. Press the ISOFIX connectors adjusting buttons
and pull the ISOFIX connectors inside (B).
3. Remove the booster cushion from the vehicle
seat.
Unfasten the buttons of the upholstery as shown
in A and B, and remove it from the booster cushion.
Unzip (1) the back of the upholstery (C) and pull
it out.
To put the upholstery back, repeat the same actions
in reverse order.
CAUTION! Do not use the car seat without its cover!

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the plastic or metal parts with damp cotton cloth or sponge and mild soap.
 Upholstery and soft pads may be hand washed at 30OС using mild detergent!
 Do not bleach! Do not tumble dry! Do not machine wash! Do not iron!
 Do not use abrasive, bleach or other aggressive detergents.
Always after cleaning leave the car seat fully dry and after that use it or store it.
 Belts must be cleaned with damp cloth and mild soap!
 Do not wet or remove the stickers. They contain important information!
 Always store your car seat indoors – on dry and clean place. Do not expose to direct environment
 inuence - sun, rain, moisture and high temperature changes!
 Please, contact your authorized dealer for problems connected with the use or repair.
