ASSEMBLY TIPS: 1954/JET1225 JET1226 “PRO CHEF” WORK STATION
>Unpack all parts carefully>Cover work surface with bubble wrap from carton, or soft blanket so as not to
damage the unit or your work surface.
Step 1 >Lay top panel (A) upside down on stable surface.
>Install 4 large cam screws (Z) in the 4 threaded in top panel (A) holes using the Philips head allen key
(Zh) or screw driver.
>Slide the small side of the 4 “S” hooks (G) over the towel bar (F)
>Please note; at this time you can decide which side of top panel (A) you wish to mount the towel bar
>Insert the towel bar (F) into the 2 holes in the end of the top panel (A). insert 2 allen screws (W) to
>hold in place. >Put aside the top frame assembly
NOTE: BEFORE INSTALLING CAM LOCKS PART (Za) MAKE SURE TO BACK OUT THE SET SCREWS SO THAT
THE CHANNEL FOR THE CAM SCREW (Z) IS COMPLETELY CLEAR. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL MAKE IT
IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS AS EXPLAINED IN STEP 4 OF THE INSTRUCTIONS.
Step 2 >Install 4 large cam locks (Za) 2 into the large holes in side apron of left frame (BL) and 2 into the
right frame (BR)
>Make sure that the arrows on the cam locks face towards the cam screw holes in the top rail.
>Insert 2 large dowels (Zd) into the top rail of left frame (BL) and repeat for right frame (BR)
>Insert 1 dowel (Zd) in each end of drawer support beam (E).
>Inset 1 dowel (Z) in each end of both back support beams (D)
>Insert 2 dowels in each end of bottom wooden slat Shelf (C )
> Use a drop of glue (Zf)on each dowel (14 dowels for this step)
Step 3 >Lay right side frame (BR) down flat on work surface.
>Insert bottom shelf (C) into bottom holes in right frame (BR) using glue (Zf).
>Insert the 2 shelf support beams (D) into middle holes in right frame (BR) using glue (Zf)
>Insert under drawer beam (E) into the top holes in right frame (BR) using glue (Zf).

>Put glue (Zf) in all dowel holes in left frame (BL). Place left frame (BL) on top of assembly per figure
2, making sure that all of the dowels line up with the dowel holes in right frame (BL) PRESS DOWN
FIRMLY to make sure that right frame (BR) is firmly seated.
>Install 5 large lag screws (V) into the s holes on left frame (BL). TIGHTEN FIRMLY using allen
wrench (Ze).
>Carefully turn unit over and repeat process on right frame (BR).
Step 4 >Place top panel (A) upside down on the work surface.
>Place the assembled base unit from step 2-3 onto top panel (A) making sure that the dowel holes line
up with the dowel pins (use glue (Zf) ) and the cam screw holes line up with the cam screws. Make sure
that the base unit is firmly seated on top frame (A). Tighten cam screws with the dual head driver (Zh)
>Install 2 brake wheels (R) into the threaded brackets on the legs of the front side of the cart, and 2
wheels (S) into the threaded brackets on the legs of the back side of the cart. Tighten firmly with caster
wrench (Zg).
Step 5 Drawer assembly
>Install the 4 cam screws (Zb) into the threaded holes in the back of drawer front (M) using the dual
head driver (Zh).
>Install drawer handle (H) to the drawer front using the 2 pan head screws (X).
Step 6 >Insert 2 small cam lock (Zc) 2 each into the left and right drawer sides (O)
>Make sure that the arrow on the cam locks line up with the holes for the cam screws.
>Install the 2 drawer sides (O) onto the drawer front (M), using glue (Zf). Tighten cam locks (Zc) using
the dual head driver (Zh) or screw driver.
Step 7 >Carefully slide the bottom panel (P) into the grooves in left and right side drawer sides (O)
>Finally install the back drawer panel (N) using 4 wood screws (Y)
Step 8 > Tap with hammer handle, or rubber mallet, the 2 large wood plugs (T) into the 2 remaining holes in
top frame (A)
> Tap with hammer handle or rubber mallet, the 5 smaller wood plugs (U) into the 5 holes to cover the
allen screws (R).
Step 9 > Place speed rack (J); wire basket shelf (I); chef pan (L) and knife holder (Q) into position
> Trash ring (K) is interchangeable with Chef pan (L)
