ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

fine equipment.
All Clinton equipment is designed and manufactured to

instructions on how to properly assemble your equipment.

INTENDED USE
Clinton Upholstered Top Mat Platform, model 230, is
specifically designed and engineered for physical therapy
use by persons who are attended to and observed by
trained physical therapy personnel. Never leave anyone
on the platform unsupervised. Person’s weight and the
combination of force exerted on the mat platform during
therapy is not to exceed a total of 1,000 lbs.

Place a washer on each bolt and insert it
through the outside of the frame and through
the leg.
Using at least two people and proper lifting
techniques. invert the top of the mat platform
onto a smooth soft surface that will not
puncture or scratch the upholstered top. Match the
numbered legs with the corresponding number on the
frame

clean with disinfectant according to facility
standards and Care & Cleaning Guidelines
below prior to use
Place a washer on the leg side of the bolt
and secure with a Keps nut. Repeat steps 1
through 3 for all 6 legs.
Clinton Industries warrants manufactured products to be free of defects in materials, workmanship or design
under normal use for five years on all products, from the date of purchase. This warranty does not include
damage resulting from accident, abuse or misuse, alteration, or negligence of the product and expressly
excludes normal wear of parts (including but not limited to vinyl). Contact Clinton for full warranty details.
Warranty
Clinton products are built to be durable. With proper care, your Clinton equipment will provide years of superior
looks and performance. Clean platform with a soft cloth and any mild cleaning agent that may be required
for sanitation. NEVER use abrasive scrubbing agents that may scratch the surfaces. Prior to cleaning entire
surface, test cleaning agents on an inconspicuous area. Note that certain cleaning agents can be
harmful to the surfaces of the product. Periodically check all fasteners to make sure they remain secure.
