della macchina
vdesignazione della macchina §
Per “designazione della macchina” si intende il nome comune della
categoria di macchine a cui il modello specifico di macchina appartiene.
(Il termine ha un significato simile alla dicitura “denominazione generica
e funzione” definite nell’allegato II relativamente alla dichiarazione CE
di conformità).
vdesignazione della serie o del tipo §
La designazione della serie o del tipo è il nome, il codice o il numero
dato dal fabbricante al modello di macchina che è stata sottoposto alla
pertinente procedura di valutazione della conformità.
vnumero di serie §
Un numero di serie è un mezzo per identificare una singola macchina che
appartiene a una serie o a un tipo. La direttiva macchine non prevede
che le macchine debbano recare un numero di serie, ma laddove questo
sia stato attribuito dal fabbricante, esso deve essere indicato dopo la
designazione della serie o del tipo.

La persona autorizzata a costituire il fascicolo tecnico è una persona
fisica o giuridica stabilita nell’UE cui è stato affidato dal fabbricante
il compito di riunire e rendere disponibili gli elementi pertinenti del
fascicolo tecnico in risposta a una domanda debitamente motivata da
parte delle autorità preposte alla sorveglianza del mercato di uno degli
Stati membri.
La persona autorizzata a costituire il fascicolo tecnico non è, in
quanto tale, responsabile della progettazione, della costruzione o
della valutazione della conformità della macchina, della redazione dei
documenti inclusi nel fascicolo tecnico, dell’apposizione della marcatura
CE o della redazione e della firma della dichiarazione CE di conformità.
Tutti i fabbricanti di macchine devono indicare il nome e l’indirizzo della
persona autorizzata a costituire il fascicolo tecnico.
Per i fabbricanti stabiliti nell’UE, la persona autorizzata a costituire il
fascicolo tecnico può essere il fabbricante stesso, il suo mandatario,
una persona di contatto membro del personale del fabbricante (che
può essere lo stesso firmatario della dichiarazione CE di conformità)
o un’altra persona fisica o giuridica stabilita nell’UE cui il fabbricante
affidi tale compito.

of the machine
vMachine designation §
The “machine designation” is the common name of the category of
machines to which the specific model belongs. (The term has a similar
meaning to the term “generic name and function” defined in Annex II
relating to the EC declaration of conformity).
vdesignation of the series or type §
The designation of the series or type is the name, code or number
given by the manufacturer to the machine model that has been
subjected to the relevant conformity assessment procedure.
vserial number §
A serial number is a means to identify a single machine that belongs
to a series or type. The Machinery Directive does not require the
machines to bear a serial number, but where it has been assigned
by the manufacturer, it must be indicated after the designation of the
series or type.

The year in which the manufacturing process ended §.
vperson authorised to compile the technical file §
The person authorised to compile the technical file is a natural or
legal person established in the EU, entrusted by the manufacturer with
the task to collect and make available the relevant elements of the
technical file in response to a duly substantiated request on part of
the authorities in charge of market surveillance in one of the Member
States.
The person authorised to compile the technical file is not, as such,
responsible for the design, construction or assessment of the
conformity of the machine, the preparation of the documents included
in the technical file, the CE marking or the preparation and signing of
the EC declaration of conformity.
All manufacturers of machines must indicate the name and address of
the person authorised to compile the technical file.
For manufacturers established in the EU, the person authorised
to compile the technical file can be the manufacturer himself,
his authorised representative, a contact member of staff of the
manufacturer (which may be the same person who signs the
EC declaration of conformity) or another natural or legal person
established in the EU to whom the manufacturer entrusts the task.

Il prodotto oggetto del presente manuale d’uso e manutenzione è stato
progettato, realizzato e collaudato in accordo con quanto previsto dalla
Direttiva 2006/42/CE.
Esso rientra nel campo di applicazione di tale direttiva.
Costituzione
La FRESATRICE VERTICALE SU Tavolo “Professionale” Modello CMT7E è
costituita da:
1 - Tavolo professionale (999.110.00)
2 - Elettrofresatrice CMT7E
3 - Comando elettrico di sicurezza (999.100.11)
4 - Guida graduata in alluminio (999.110.10)
5 - Pressore universale a pettine in PVC (999.110.09)
Il tavolo può essere dotato anche di altri accessori, acquistabili
separatamente.
Impiego
Il tavolo con installata una fresa portatile realizza una macchina la cui
tipologia è contemplata dall’allegato IV della Direttiva 2006/42/CE.
La macchina FRESATRICE VERTICALE su Tavolo“Professionale”, consente
di effettuare la fresatura di profili in legno e materiale assimilabile
(DERIVATI DEL LEGNO, CORIAN, STRATIFICATI FENOLICI, MATERIALI
PLASTICI come PLEXIGLASS, PVC) in ambito industriale, professionale
ed hobbistico.
La macchina necessita della presenza costante di un
operatore, per la sua regolazione e per la conduzione del
materiale da lavorare.

The product covered by this use and maintenance manual has been
designed, built and tested in accordance with the provisions of
Directive 2006/42/EC.
It falls within the scope of this directive.
Parts
The VERTICAL MILLING MACHINE on “Professional” Table Model CMT7E
consists of:
1 - Professional table (999.110.00)
2 - Electric milling machine CMT7E
3 - Electrical safety control (999.100.11)
4 - Graduated aluminium guide (999.110.10)
5 - Universal comb pressor in PVC (999.110.09)
The table can also be equipped with other accessories, sold
separately.
Use
The table with a portable milling machine installed becomes a
machine, the type of which is referred to in Annex IV of Directive
2006/42/EC.
The machine VERTICAL MILLING MACHINE on “Professional” Table is
for the milling of wood and similar materials (MATERIALS DERIVING
FROM WOOD, CORIAN, PHENOLIC LAMINATED MATERIALS, PLASTIC
MATERIALS such as PLEXIGLASS, PVC) for industrial and professional
use and for hobbies.
The machine requires the constant presence of an operator,
for its adjustment and to drive the material to be processed.
