Anvendelse
XXL-Rehab Patientstolen er en specialdesignet stol, der
giver god siddekomfort til bariatriske brugere op til 325 kg.
Patientstolen bruges som spisebordsstol, patientstol i vente-
værelse, på sygehuse og på institutioner.
Bruges XXL-Rehab Patientstolen til personer, der vejer mere
end 325 kg, kan stolen vælte eller gå i stykker.
For at undgå at XXL-Rehab Patientstolen vælter, må den
kun bruges på hårdt underlag med en maksimal hældning
på 3°.
Før brug
Boltene til justering af ben og ryg skal monteres korrekt og
strammes i hullerne på siden af stolen, før den tages i brug.
Forkert montering og løse bolte kan betyde, at brugeren
falder ud af stolen.
XXL-Rehab Patientstolen må kun monteres og justeres af
specialuddannet personale eller af Cobi Rehab.
Under brug
Vær altid opmærksom på usikre løft eller bevægelser, når
der forflyttes til eller fra XXL-Rehab Patientstolen.
Sæderyggen kan indstilles i tre forskellige dybder. Justering
af sædedybden påvirker ikke stolens stabilitet.
Brugsanvisning for XXL-Rehab Patientstol
Brugsanvisningen skal læses grundigt før XXL-
Rehab Patientstol tages i brug. Ret specielt opmærk-
somheden mod Advarsler og Sikkerhedsvejledninger
mærket med .
Desuden må stolen kun betjenes af uddannet perso-
nale eller af personer, der har fået instruktion i dens
brug, da der ellers er fare for, at brugeren kan komme
til skade.
Produktet må ikke anvendes uden grundig instruktion
fra uddannet personale.
Bruges produktet til personer, der vejer mere end den
maksimale brugervægt, er der risiko for at beskadige
produktet.
Cobi Rehab påtager sig intet ansvar for eventuelle
skader på produktet eller personskader forårsaget
af forkert installation, forkert montering eller forkert
anvendelse af produktet.
Kontakt Cobi Rehab med det samme, hvis der er dele,
som er beskadigede eller mangler. Brug aldrig egne
erstatningsreservedele.
Cobi Rehab kan ikke holdes ansvarlig for fejl eller
ulykker, der opstår efter reparationer, der er lavet uden
skriftlig tilladelse fra Cobi Rehab.

Vedligeholdelse
og rengøring
Stolens stel, sæde og armlæn kan rengøres med vand og et
almindeligt rengøringsmiddel.
Sædet kan også tages af, hvis der er behov for desinficering
med fx sprit. Sørg for at fastgøre sædet korrekt igen efter
rengøring.
Kontrollér regelmæssigt alle bolte og møtrikker. Spænd dem
om nødvendigt.
Manglende kontrol af boltene som anvist kan forårsage
funktionsfejl.
Garanti
Cobi Rehab garanterer, at XXL-Rehab Patientstol er fejlfri,
når den leveres. Skulle der mod forventning være mangler
eller skade på stolen ved modtagelsen, så kontakt Cobi
Rehab med det samme.
Garantiperioden for XXL-Rehab Patientstol er et år fra købs-
dato. Fakturaen gælder som garantibevis.
Garantien gælder ikke:
- produkter, hvor serienummer, batchnummer eller lignende
er blevet fjernet eller beskadiget væsentligt
- produkter, hvor der er foretaget reparation af uautoriseret
personale
- normal vedligeholdelse fx rengøring, tilpasning, smøring
og opdatering af udstyr eller dele.
Garantien gælder ikke, hvis Cobi Rehab vurderer, at XXL-
Rehab Patientstol er blevet håndteret på en ureglementeret
måde, fx hvis brugervægten overskrides.
Ved skade på grund af forkert brug, faktureres der både
service og anvendte reservedele.
Garantien, beskrevet ovenover, er den eneste gældende
garanti. Cobi Rehab kan ikke holdes ansvarlige for skader af
nogen slags.
Bortskaffelse
Produkter, der ikke længere er i brug, skal bortskaffes på
forsvarlig vis. Kontakt kommunen for vejledning om korrekt
bortskaffelse.

Instructions for XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair
Use
The XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair is designed for bariatric
users weighing up to 325 kg. The chair is used at hospitals,
in waiting rooms or at home at the dinner table.
If used by someone weighing more than 325 kg, there is
a risk that the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair will break or
sustain damage.
To avoid tipping, always use the XXL-Rehab Patient/
Dinner chair on level, hard flooring with a maximum slope
of 3°.
Before use
The bolts for adjusting the legs and backrest must be
properly mounted and tightened on the side of the XXL-
Rehab Patient/Dinner chair.
During use
Pay attention to unsafe lifts or movements during transfer
from and to the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair.
The seat back can be adjusted in three different positions.
Adjusting the depth setting on the seat back does not affect
the stability of the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair.
The surface temperature of the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner
chair can increase or decrease when exposed to external
sources of heat or cold.
The XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair must not be used
without proper instruction by a qualified professional.
Using the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair for indivi-
duals whose weight exceeds the maximum weight-
bearing capacity may pose a risk for damaging the
product.
Cobi Rehab assumes no responsibility for any damage
to the product or personal injury caused by improper
installation, assembly or use of this product.
If components are damaged or missing, contact Cobi
Rehab immediately. Do not use substitute parts.
Cobi Rehab cannot be held liable for faults or
accidents occurring after repairs by service staff made
without written authorisation from Cobi Rehab.
CAUTION
To ensure proper use of the XXL-Rehab Patient/
Dinner chair, please read these instructions thoroughly
before using the Patient/Dinner chair. In doing so,
pay particular attention to the warnings and safety
instructions marked with .
XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair may only be
assembled and adjusted by qualified staff who has
been instructed in the proper use of the Patient/
Dinner chair. Incorrect assembling and adjustment can
injure the user.

Maintenance and cleaning
The frame components and the seat and armrests may be
cleaned with water and ordinary detergent. To desinfect the
seat use alcohol. Make sure to fasten the seat properly again,
if removed for disinfection.
Regularly check all bolts and nuts, and retighten if necce-
sary.
Failure to inspect the bolts may cause malfunction.
Warranty
When delivered, the XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair is free
from defects. Should, contrary to all inspections, there be
any defects or damage to the Patient/Dinner chair, please
contact Cobi Rehab immediately.
The XXL-Rehab Patient/Dinner chair is covered by a 1-year
warranty from the date of purchase. The invoice serves as
warranty certificate.
The warranty does not apply to:
- products whose serial number, batch number etc. have
been removed or considerably damaged
- products that have been repaired by unauthorised staff
- normal wear and tear, for example cleaning, adjustment,
lubrication and update of equipment or parts.
The warranty is void if Cobi Rehab assesses that XXL-Rehab
Patient/Dinner chair has been used for purposes other
than its intended use, for example, if its weight capacity is
exceeded.
In case of incorrect use, both service and spare parts will be
invoiced.
The warranty described above is the only valid warranty.
Cobi Rehab may not be held liable for damages of any kind.
Disposal
Products that can no longer be used are to be disposed of
in a sustainable way. Please contact the relevant authorities
for information on proper disposal.
