INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations on your purchase of the Body Benefits Heated 'Stone' Foot
Massager with gel pads. The Foot Massager combines heated 'stone' and gel
pads with massage, providing a deep kneading massage. Used as directed, this
Foot Massager will provide you with dependable service.
HOW TO USE YOUR MASSAGER
1) With the power switches in the OFF position, plug the massager into 120VAC
electrical outlet. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this appliance has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician to install the proper outlet. Do not
change the plug in any way.
2) Press the Heat button once to activate the heat. The left LED will become illu-
minated. Allow 15 minutes for 'Stones' to warm up. Press the Heat button once
again to turn heat off.
3) Press the Vibration button to cycle through each setting. To activate the LOW
massage setting, press once. The center LED will become illuminated. Press the
vibration button again for HIGH massage, and again to turn massage vibration
Off. Both the center and right LED will become illuminated when HIGH massage
is selected.
4) The Gel foot pads fit over the 'Stones' (FIG.1). Press the edges of each foot
pad over 'stones' to secure the pad in place. To remove, simply lift the gel pad
by the edges.
5) While seated, remove shoes and place foot or both feet on the massager
comfortably (FIG.3). Never stand on massager.
6) Make sure the power switches are in the OFF position before unplugging the
unit.

5) Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it
is not working properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped
into water. Return the appliance to a service centre for examination
and repair.
6) Do not carry this appliance by supply cord or use cord as a handle.
7) Keep the cord away from heated surfaces.
8) Never operate the appliance with the air openings blocked. Keep the air
opening free of lint, hair, and the like.
9) Never operate on a soft surface, such as a bed or a couch, where air
openings may be blocked.
10) Never drop or insert any object into any opening.
11) Do not use outdoors.
12) Do not operate where aerosol (spray) products are being used or where
oxygen is being administered.
13) To disconnect, turn all controls to the OFF position, then remove plug from outlet.
14) Use heated surfaces carefully. May cause serious burns. Do not use on
sensitive skin areas or in the presence of poor circulation. The unattended use
of this appliance by children or incapacitated persons may be dangerous.
15) Do not stand on appliance. Use only while seated.

CAUTIONS
This massager should not be used in the following cases, unless directed by a
physician: Tuberculosis, benign and malignant tumors, hemorrhages,
inflammations of the skin, phlebitis and thrombosis, open and fresh wounds,
bruises, broken skin, varicose veins, undetermined calf pain or desensitized feet
caused by diabetic condition.
•Consult your physician if you have any therapeutic questions
regarding use of massager.
•Do not use on any unexplained pain before consulting your physician.
IMPORTANT
Use caution when heat is applied directly to skin. Check skin frequently
during use.
Gel pads cover the 'stone' surface, contour
to the shape of your feet and provide a
warm and soothing treatment.
