SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTIONS
• This massager should not be used in the following cases unless directed by a physician:
Tuberculosis, benign and malignant tumors, hemorrhages, inflammations of the skin, phlebitis
and thrombosis, open and fresh wounds, bruises, broken skin or varicose veins, or
undetermined calf pain.
• If you are pregnant, consult your physician regarding use of massager.
• Consult your physician, should you have any therapeutic questions regarding use of massager.
• Do not use on any unexplained pain before consulting your physician.
• Discontinue use of massager if pain increases or swelling occurs after application.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
1) Your massager is designed for household use, and is virtually maintenance-free.
No lubrication is needed. To clean the head and body of the massager, use a damp cloth.
Do not use any strong chemical cleaners such as Benzine.
2) If the cord or massager is damaged or does not operate properly, return it to an authorized
service centre. Any required servicing should be performed by a Conair authorized
service centre.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Note that the CONAIR Body Benefits™ massager is a battery-operated rechargeable massager.
The batteries must be fully charged for 24 hours before initial use, and recharged for subse-
quent uses in order to maintain full performance. Carefully unwrap the massager and trans-
former.
Plug the transformer cord into the small round charging receptacle in the base of the massager
handle. Plug the supplied transformer into normal household current (120VAC). For the best
performance, a full charge of at least 12 hours is recommended. After charging, unplug the
transformer and store for future charging use.
HOW TO USE
1) Check to see if the unit is fully charged.
2) Unplug the massager from the adapter.
3) While holding the handle of the massager, place one of the 4 attachments on the area you
need to massage.
4) Massage muscle areas with the speed controller in “LOW” position. Apply little pressure
at first.
5) Once you have become accustomed to the massage speed, you may choose to change the
speed from Low to Medium or High. Simply push the button upward to the second setting or
third setting.
6) When not in use, your massager should be disconnected and stored in a safe, dry location,
out of reach of children.
TO CHANGE ATTACHMENTS WITH UNIT OFF
1) To remove attachment: Grasp massage wand firmly and pull attachment away from wand.
2) To replace attachment: Push preferred attachment onto face of unit.
RECOMMENDED MASSAGING TIMES
• As a person’s metabolism varies, so does his or her response to massage. You will soon
adjust the time to suit your particular needs and personal comfort. If you have any doubts
regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your physician. Generally, massage should
last only 10-20 minutes on any area of the body. Treatment may be applied once or twice daily.
SOME SPECIFIC MASSAGE APPLICATIONS
GENERAL BODY MASSAGE
For general well-being, enjoy a daily, once-over light massage. The effect is wonderfully
soothing and relaxing.
NECK
Massage down from the base of the skull, on either side of the spine, for a few minutes.
SHOULDERS
Temporarily provide soothing relief by lightly massaging the shoulders outward from the base of
the neck for 4-5 minutes.
BACK
Massage muscles along length of spine and shoulder blades to help temporarily provide
soothing relief.
ARMS
Stroke smoothly up from wrist to shoulder on inside and outside of arms, including palms, for 4-5
minutes.
LEGS AND FEET
Massage the ball and heel of the foot to temporarily relieve tired muscles. Use even, upward
strokes over all the leg muscles.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Ideal for pre-workout massage to loosen and prepare muscles for activity. Use to aid in tempo-
rary relief of post-exercise discomfort.

BATTERIES. BATTERY CONTAINS NICKEL-
CADMIUM AND MUST BE RECYCLED OR DISPOSED
OF PROPERLY.
The EPA certified RBRC®Battery Recycling Seal on the nickel-cadmium (Ni-Cd)
battery indicates Conair is voluntarily participating in an industry program to collect and recycle
