/Die beiden Hälften der Isolierschale (a) abnehmen.

/Beide Absperrventile (c) und (d) schließen.
/Durch Öffnen des Probenahmeventils (e) den Sys-
temdruck ablassen. Danach das Probenahme-
ventil (e) wieder schließen.
/Harzflasche (f) durch Linksdrehung herausschrau-
ben (1) und nach unten abziehen (2).
/Verschlussdeckel der neuen Harzflasche ab-
schrauben und damit die erschöpfte Harzflasche
verschließen. Die erschöpfte Harzflasche kann
über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden.

/Den kleinen O-Ring (h) auf den Anschluss-Stutzen
(i) der neuen Harzflasche (j) schieben.
/Den großen O-Ring (g) in die Nut der Füllstation
einsetzen.
/O-Ringe auf korrekten Sitz prüfen!

/Neue Harzflasche (k) an das Außengewinde (p) der
Füllstation ansetzen (1) und durch Rechtsdrehung
(2) handfest anziehen.
/Absperrventil (m) öffnen und auf Dichtigkeit über-
prüfen. Gegebenenfalls Harzflasche nachziehen.
/Durch Öffnen des Probenahmeventils (n) die Ein-
heit entlüften. Danach das Probenahmeventil wie-
der schließen.
/Über die Tastatur der Füllstation (b / Schritt 1) den
angeschlossenen Flaschentyp auswählen und be-
stätigen (siehe Betriebsanleitung der Füllstation).
/Isolierschalen-Hälften (a / Schritt 1) wieder an-
bringen.
/Absperrventil (o) öffnen.
Das Gerät ist nun betriebsbereit.

/ Remove both halves of the insulation shell (a).

/ Close both shut-off valves (c) and (d).
/ Release system pressure by opening the sampling
valve (e) Then reclose sampling valve (e).
/ Unscrew (1) the resin cartridge (f) counter-clock-
wise and pull down to remove (2).
/ Use lid of new resin cartridge to close the con-
sumed cartridge. The consumed resin cartridge
can be disposed of with the household waste.

/ Slide the small O-ring (h) onto the connection noz-
zle (i) of the new resin cartridge (j).
/ Insert the large O-ring (g) into the groove of the
heating circuit filling station.
/ Ensure proper fit of O-rings!

/ Position the new resin cartridge (q) at the external
thread (p) of the heating circuit filling station (1)
and tighten clockwise (2) by hand.
/ Open shut-off valve (m) and check for tightness.
Re-tighten resin cartridge if necessary.
/ Vent the unit by opening the sampling valve (n).
Then reclose sampling valve (n).
/ Select and confirm the connected cartridge type
using the keypad of the heating circuit filling sta-
tion (b / Step; see operating instructions of the
heating circuit filling station).
/ Re-attach the two insulation shell halves (a / Step
1).
/ Open shut-off valve (o).
The device is now ready for operation.

/Zamknąć oba zawory odcinające (c) i (d).
/Otwierając zawór do pobierania próbek (e), zredu-
kowaćciśnienie w układzie. Następnie ponownie
zamknąć zawór do pobierania próbek (e).
/Odkręcićwkład żywiczny (f), kręcąc w lewo (1),
anastępnie zdjąć wdół(2).
/Odkręcićpokrywęz nowego wkładu żywicznego a
następnie zakręcićniązużyty wkład żywiczny. Zu-
żyty wkład żywiczny może byćzutylizowana z od-
padami domowymi.

/Wsunąć mały o-ring (h) na króciec przyłączeniowy
(i) nowego wkładu żywicznego (j).
/Włożyćduży o-ring (g) w rowek na gwincie ze-
wnętrznym stacji do napełniania.
/Sprawdzićo-ringi pod kątem prawidłowego osa-
dzenia!

/Założyćnowy wkład żywiczny (k) na gwint ze-
wnętrzny (p) stacji do napełniania (1) i dokręcić
ręcznie w prawo (2).
/Otworzyćzawór odcinający (m) i sprawdzićpod
kątem szczelności. W razie potrzeby dokręcić
wkład żywiczny.
/Otwierając zawór do pobierania próbek (n), odpo-
wietrzyćzespół. Następnie ponownie zamknąć za-
wór do pobierania próbek.
/Zapomocąklawiatury stacji do napełniania (b /
krok 1) wybraćpodłączony typ wkładu
ipotwierdzić(patrz instrukcja eksploatacji stacji
do napełniania).
/ Ponownie zamontowaćpołówki obudowy izolują-
cej (a / krok 1).
/Otworzyćzawór odcinający (o).
Urządzenie jest teraz gotowe do pracy.
