1• Connect the switch to an electrical outlet.
• Conecte o switch a uma tomada elétrica.
2• Connect the network cable to the switch.
• Conecte o cabo de rede ao switch.
3• Connect the switch to devices with serial port (RS-232)
A. Connect to a desktop / a notebook computer to configure/setup the DR-18K / DR-116 via serial port
B. Connect to UPS (Uninterrube Power Supply), Power Strip or an Serial-port switch/server or a router...etc. to control coonected serial devices
via single login to DR-18K or DR-116K.

SETTING UP YOUR SYSTEM
4• Connect PS/2 Keyboard, PS/2 mouse and Monitor (w/ HDB-15 video connector) directly to the by-pass/local console port of the switch
5• Connect the target systems / servers to the switch
a set of all-in-1 combo KVM cable is provided to connect to systems accordingly ( 8 or 16 cables, 6-ft or 10-ft in length)
If want to connect to USB systems, an USB-PS/2 converter (MT-606-1) for keyboard and mouse is required for each USB system.
