IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

• OPERACIÓN
A- Antes del primer uso
o Retirelaunidaddelpaqueteycolóquelasobreunasupercieestable.
Coloquelaenunlugarsegurodondelosniñosnopuedantocarla.
o Limpietodaslaspiezasdesmontables(ltro,jarra,ymanija)conagua
yjabón.
 Agregueaguafrescaeneltanquedeaguaalacapacidadmáximay
operarelaparatoperonoagreguecafé.Repitaestepasovariasveces.
• OPERATION
A- Before the rst use
1- Removeunitfrompackageandpositionitinasafeplacewherechildren
can’treach.
2- Clean all detachable parts according to the latter “CARE AND
CLEANING”
3- Add fresh water in water tank to the max capacity and operate the
appliance per 1-8 steps ofA and B sections, but do not add coffee
powder,repeatitforseveraltimes.

B- How to make perfect espresso coffee
1-Turnwatertankcovercounter-clockwiseopen,thenbycarafelladequate
waterinwatertank,volumeofwhichdependsonthemarkingoncarafe
(min2cups,max4cups)
Note:Alwaysswitchoffpowerandremoveplugfromwalloutletbeforelling
water.Ensurewaterwillnotoverowwatertank.
2- Turnclockwisewatertankcovertightly
3- Placepermanentlterintolterholderandlllterwithcoffeepowder
according to your desire by measuring spoon (marked with 2 and 4
cups)andtampdowncoffeepowder,thenremoveexcessivepowder
onthetoprim.
4- Assemblelterholderintocoffeemaker,themethodisasfollows:rst
alignmouthoflterholderwithsprinklingmouthattheposition,
handle of lter holder in left position, then turn lter holder counter-
clockwiseuntilhandlelocatesinthepositionofunit,Makesure
thatlterholderissecuredrmly.
5- Placecarafeondriptrayand ensurethecentraloflidalignswiththe
spoutoflterholder,thenturnswitchtopositionandpowerindicator
will be illuminated, brewed coffee will begin owing into carafe after
aprox.3minutes,itwilltakeaprox.5minutestomake4cupsofespresso
coffee.
Note1: to avoid any splashing, do not detach the lter holder while the
machineisdispensingcoffee.
Note2:Nevertouchthesurfaceoffrontstainlesssteelduringbrewingcoffee.
6- Afterbrewingcoffeehavebeencomplete,removecarafefromdriptray
anddispensecoffeeintocups,nowyoucanenjoyespressocoffee.
  Note: to avoid any splashing, do not detach the lter holder while the
machineisdispensingcoffee.
7- Beforetakinglterholderdown,alwaysreleasethepressureinwater
tank,themethodisasfollows:turntheswichtothe“OFF”positon.steam
willescapefromsteamtube,whentheremainedpressureisreleased
completelyandlterholderiscooleddown,thenremovelterholderby
turningclockwise.
8- Turnover permanent lter lock, then press it by thumb to make
permanentlterrm,tiltlterholderandtapitoverrubbishbox,then
clearoutresidue,washlterholderandpermanentlterinfreshwater
andreassemblethemcorrectly
 Note:1.returnlterlocktooriginalpositionbeforereattachingthelter
holder.
2.Don’tpourwaterintotankimmediatelyaftermakingespressocoffee,
waitabout1minutesatleast.

B- Como hacer un espresso perfecto
o Girelacubiertadeltanquedeaguahacialaizquierdaparaabrir.Utilice
lajarraparamediryañadirlacantidaddeaguaadecuadaeneltanque
deagua,2tazasa4tazas(max).
o Vuelva a colocar la cubierta del tanque de agua y girela hacia la
derecha.ASEGURARSEDEQUEESTÁAPRETADO.
o Coloqueelltroenelsoportedelltroylleneelltroconcafémolido
con la cuchara medidora. El ltro está marcado con 2 y 4 tazas de
referencia. Comprimir el café en el ltro. Quitar exceso de café del
bordesuperior.
o Montarelsuportedelltroenlacafetera.
 a.Coloqueelsoportedelltropordebajodelacabezadepreparación
paraquelamanijaquedecolocadaalaizquierdadelcentroyalineada
alaposicionmarcada.
 b.Despuesgirelamanijahacialaizquierdahastaquelamanijaesté
alineadaconlaposicionmarcada.
 c.Asegúresedequeelsoportedelltroestejo.
o Coloquelajarraenlabandejadegoteoyaseguresequeelcentrodela
tapaquedealineadaconelpicodesoportedelltro.
o Coloqueelinterruptorallapositionyelindicadordelencendidose
iluminara.
o Cafécomenzaráauirdentrodelajarradespuésdeaproximadamente.3
minutos,quetendráaproximadamente5minutosparahacer4tazasde
caféespresso.
o Nosaqueselsoportedelltro,mientrasquelamáquinaestecolandoel
cafe.
o Nuncatoquelasuperciedeaceroinoxidablefrentemientralacafetera
estecolandocafé.
o Cuandolacafeteraterminedecolarelcafé,puederetirarlajarradela
bandejadegoteoyelsuministrodecafé.
 Antesderetirarelsoportedelltrohaciaabajo,siempredebeliberarla
presióneneltanquedeagua.Estosepuedehacergirandoelinterruptor
enlaposiciónmarcada“OFF”.Elvaporseliberarádeltubodevapor.
Unavezque la presión se libera por completo y elsoportedel ltro
seenfríe,entoncespodraretirarelsoportedelltro,girandoelmanija
hacialaderecha
o Délavueltaalacerradurapermanentedelltro,despues,púlselocon
el pulgar para hacer presion a la cerradura permanente en el ltro,
luegoinclineelsoportedelltrodelgrifosobreunbasureroparalimpiar
losresiduesdecafe,laveelsoportedelltroyelltropermanenteen
aguayvuelvaloamontarcorrectamente.
No vierta agua en el tanque inmediatamente después de hacer café
espresso,espereporlomenos1minuto.

C- How to prepare cappuccino coffee
1- Firstoperateaccordingtothe1-6stepsabove,pour240mlwaterinto
watertank,thenturnswitchtotheposition,inaprox.6minutescoffee
makerwillproduceenoughsteamformakingmilkforth.Duringmaking
steam,llsomemilk(wholemilkorhalfwholemilk)intocup(straight
wallcupprovidedbycustom),about6minutes,liftupmilkcuptoensure
nozzle is immersed in milk, then turn counter-clockwise steam knob
slowlywhenitbeginsfoamingmilk,about30secondslater,itwillnearly
stopfoaming,waterremainedinthetankcanbestillmadeespresso
coffee.
 Note:togetbettereffect,movemilkcupconstantlyupanddown.
2- Mix espresso coffee with foam milk and stir them by spoon, add
chocolatepowderifnecessary.
3- Grasp nozzle with your hand and the other hand x coffee maker,
thentakenozzledownaccordingtothedirectionofsteampipe,after
cleaning,assemblebackoriginalposition.
 Caution:operatecarefullybecauseofthehotnozzleafterfoamingand
adviseyoushouldoperateitafterbeingcooleddown.
 Note:topreparemorethanonecappuccino,rstmakeallthecoffees
thenintheendpreparefoammilkforallthecappuccinos.
CARE AND CLEANNING
1- Alwaysunplugfromappliancebeforecleaning.
2- Cleanappliancewithsoftcloth,neveruseabrasioncleaner.
3- Rinse detachable components such as permanent lter ,lter holder
,carafe ,measuring spoon  in warm water ,and reassemble them in
placeaftercleaning.
4- Undernormalconditionapplianceshallbecleanedatintervalsof3-6
months .For extra hard water, it shall be cleaned at intervals of 6-8
weeks.Firstllappliancewith350mlfreshwater,thenoperateappliance
per1-9stepofmakingespressocoffee,butdonotaddcoffeegroundin
lter,repeatitfor2-3times.
 Note:whenboilingwater,pleasekeepawayfromappliancetoprevent
spilledwaterinjurytoperson.
5- Before appliance will be stored for long time, always clean and dry
coffeemakercompletely.
 Whenitwillbereused,cleanitrst.
C- Cómo preparar café capuchino
o Primerosedebeoperarlacafeteradeacuerdoalospasosanteriores,
verter1tazadeaguaeneltanquedeagua.
o Despues, girar el interruptor a la   posicion. En aproximadamente 6
minutoslacafeterahageneradosucientevaporparaproducirleche
espumosa.
o Mientrasesperaporelvapor,lleneuna tazacon1/3 partedeleche.
Eviteelusodelecheenpolvoinstantánea.
o Cuandoelvaporestelisto,levantelacopaparaasegurarquelaboquilla
seencuentrainmersaenlaleche.Concuidado,coloquelatazapara
que se mueva en un movimiento circular hacia arriba y hacia abajo
duranteunos30segundos.
o Unavezquelalecheesteespumosa.Añadirexpresoaunatazade
café.Luegoagreguelalechecalientelosucienteparallenarlacopaa
dostercios.Enelespaciorestante,conunacuchara,saquelaespuma.
Sesugierehacerelcaféantesdeespumarlaleche.

CUIDADO Y LIMPIEZA
• Siempredesconecteelaparatoantesdelimpiarlo.
• Limpieelaparatoconunpañosuave.Nuncautilicematerialesabrasivos
oproductosdelimpieza.
• Laveloscomponentesdesmontablescomoelsoportepermanentedel
ltro, el ltro, la jarra y la cuchara medidora con agua tibia y jabón.
Volveramontarensulugardespuésdelalimpieza.
• Encondicionesnormales,elaparatodebelimpiarseinternamentecada
3a6mesesconelmismométododelimpiezacuandoseutilizópor
primera vez. (Rellenar el aparato con agua y operar el aparato sin
necesidaddeañadirelcafémolidoenelltro,repitalo2a3veces.)En
elcasodeaguadurasedebelimpiaraintervalosde6-8semanas.
• Antesdeguardarelaparatosedebelimpiarysecarcompletamente.
