1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Course Housewares, LLC warrants this Cook’s Companion® Kabob Maker & Skewer Set to be free
from manufacturer defect for up to 1 year from the original date of purchase. If a defect is found to
exist, Course Housewares will, at its option, either repair or replace the product or the defective
component, including labor. Replacement will be made with a new or rebuilt product or components.
This warranty does NOT cover (a) ordinary wear and tear (such as scratches, chips or stains), (b)
impact damage or breakage, (c) heat discoloration, minor imperfections and slight color variations in
the plastic, which is a normal part of the craftsmanship, (d) extreme temperature or resulting damage
to the Kabob Maker or Skewer, (e) improper cleaning methods causing scratches, or (f) accessories,
even if sold with the Kabob Maker and Skewer Set, (g) any unit that has been tampered with, (h)
damages incurred through improper use and care and (i) faulty packaging by you or mishandling by
any common carrier. Failure to follow the accompanying Care and Use instructions or commercial use
will void this warranty.
Course Housewares’ sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this warranty is limited to repair
or replacement, at its option, of the defective Kabob Maker. You will be responsible for any shipping
and handling fees. Products returned to us that are not found to be defective in material or
workmanship will be returned to you. If your particular product is found defective but is no longer
available and cannot be repaired, a comparable product, at our discretion, will be sent as a
replacement. This warranty extends only to the product’s original purchaser, US residents only and
does not cover damage caused by improper use or accidental damage. This warranty covers the
Kabob Makers only.
COURSE HOUSEWARES, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
REGARDING THE PRODUCT OR RELATING TO ITS QUALITY. PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, COURSE HOUSEWARES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES WHETHER A CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT,
WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, IN NO EVENT WILL LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE
OFTHE PRODUCT. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN. COURSE
HOUSEWARES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
WHATSOEVER.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply
to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights, which vary
from State toState.
To Process a claim:
Do not return the product to the retailer from which it was purchased. Your retailer has no liability
for this warranty. Please contact the Course Housewares customer service department for assistance
and to ensure the fastest possible resolution to the problem. Please have your purchase information
available to speed this process.

PLEASE READ BEFORE USE AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
CARE & USE:
• While Cook’s Companion® Kabob Maker and Skewers are dishwasher safe, hand washing
is recommended and will prolong the products beauty.
• Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners.
• The Kabob Makers are only meant to help you prepare the Kabob and place foods onto or
take off of the Skewers. Never Place the Kabob Maker in any oven or on any stove or grill
top.
• Do not scratch the surface or cut directly on your Kabob Maker.
• Always use extreme caution when handling hot Skewers and keep out of reach of
children at all times.
• Always use oven mitts or potholders when handling.
• Do not use the Kabob Maker or the Skewers in a microwave. This can cause serious
damages or injuries.
• The Skewers are extremely sharp and should always be handled with caution. Keep out of
reach of children and pets at all times.
WARNINGS:
 Never place your Kabob Makers in any cooking appliance.
 Never place the Skewers in the microwave; this can cause serious damages &
injuries.
 Never place the Skewers directly on a stovetop; they should always be used with
a separate pan when being used indoors.
 Always follow all Care & Use Instructions.
 Keep away from children at all times. Skewers are very sharp and will reach high
temperatures.
 Always use safety precautions when using the Skewers and be cautious when
preparing the Kabobs.

HOW TO USE YOUR KABOB MAKER
• To use the Cook’s Companion® Kabob Maker, first cut the meats and veggies you would
like to do into 1”X1” cubes or slices. Ensuring the foods are prepared in 1” by 1” cubes
will ensure you can properly close the Kabob Maker, and will also help foods cook
evenly.
• We recommend using the Red Kabob Maker for raw meats, and using the Green Kabob
Maker for cooked meats. This way you will prevent any cross contamination, which can
lead to food borne illnesses. If you do place raw meat into both of the Kabob Makers,
make sure to wash both Kabob Makers thoroughly before using to remove the cooked
foods.
• After the food is cut into cubes, place the food into the Kabob tray. You will be able to
fit about 3 pieces into each section of the tray.
• Once the veggies and meat are in the Kabob Maker, close the Kabob Maker fully.
• After the Kabob Maker is fully closed, hold a Skewer at the handle and place the sharp
end of the Skewer into the skewer hole on the Kabob Maker. Push the skewer all the
way through the Kabob Maker.
• NOTE: Always push the skewer through the Kabob Maker with the sharp end of the
skewer facing away from you.
• Once all of the food is on the Kabob Maker, the Skewer is ready to be put on the indoor
or outdoor grill (not included).
HOW TO USE YOUR KABOB MAKER CONTINUED
• Once the food is cooked, you can use the Kabob Maker to help you remove the food from
the skewer.
• Again, we recommend using the Red Kabob Maker for raw meats, and using the Green
Kabob Maker for cooked meats. This way you will prevent any cross contamination, which

make sure to wash both Kabob Makers thoroughly before using to remove the cooked

• Place the skewer into the Kabob Maker and close completely.
• Being careful, slowly pull the skewer out from the Kabob Maker. The cooked food will
remain in the Kabob Maker. Remove food from the Kabob Maker and repeat as needed.
