Instructions for Wave Queen Beds
Tools required

installation.
Components included:

Allen wrench (provided)
Step 1: Unpack the deck
Unpack the box. Lean the bed Deck
against a wall, making sure to protect
the wood surfaces. The Deck Corner
Blocks should be facing you (Figure 1).

Step 2: Install middle legs
Keep the bed deck upright. Align the
holes on the middle leg plates with the
holes on the center rail. Insert hex bolts
in each hole on middle leg plates and
tighten the middle legs by using the
provided Allen wrench (Figure 2).

Notice: Beds must be disassembled before moving to avoid damage. Never attempt to
move the bed while it is assembled. Failure to do so would void the warranty.

Support leg leveler
Step 3: Install the bed legs
Keep the deck upright or bottom-up.
Align each leg plate with pre-drilled
holes on the Deck Corner Block (Figure
3). Tighten the ¼” x 20 -20mm hex bolts

Step 4: Level the bed
Lay the bed on the floor (Figure 5).
Retract the leg leveler slightly so that it
only makes contact with the floor when
weight is applied to the fully assembled
bed.

Step 5: Adjust headboard height (optional)
The headboard panel height is
adjustable. The headboard uprights are
pre-installed on the headboard. A higher
positioned headboard can be achieved
by releasing two ¼” –20 x 35mm hex
bolts on each upright, then aligning and
re-tightening with Hole #2(s) and Hole
#4(s) on the back of the headboard
(Figure 6).

Tools required
Insert a cross nut into each of the
headboard uprights. The hash mark on
the front of the nut should be aligned
vertically. Insert the ¼” - 20 x 80mm hex
bolts through the underside of the
headboard deck and into the cross nuts.
Fully tighten each bolt with the Allen
wrench (Figure 8).

Step 6: Place the Headboard
Place the headboard assembly on the
deck assembly by inserting each upright
tenon into the cutouts on the headboard
deck end (Figure 7).

Care Instructions
To care for and preserve the finish on your new Copeland Furniture piece, please keep the following
recommendations in mind.
While our furniture has been finished with a durable top coat, the surface may be sensitive to dents
and abrasions during the first 30 days in your home.
Treat the surface finish gently so it does not dent or chip. Tape or stickers should not be put on the
finish.
For general care use a soft cloth to dust the furniture.
Use damp cloth with a mild soap to clean-up spills or dirt. Dry the surface thoroughly.
Please do not use any polishes, waxes or solvents to clean the surface of the furniture. This holds
true for new Copeland Furniture pieces as well as items you may already have in your home.
Please do not place any candles directly on the surface of your furniture. The perfumes and dyes
in the candles may penetrate the finish.
Beds must be disassembled before moving to avoid damage. Never attempt to move the bed while
it is assembled.

Attach the footboard rail to the footboard
deck end by using #8 –32 x 1”machine
screws with washers (Figure 9). Your
bed is fully assembled (Figure 10). Footboard Deck
