Tools Required:
1. Large Phillips Screw Driver
Document Revision x1
Replacement Operation:
1. Locate the SBC Cover
on the back side of the door
2. Remove the 4 screws as shown
3. Carefully hold the cover until
the fan harness is disconnected
Before proceeding, unplug
the power harness from the unit.
NOTES:
1. Wear a properly grounded ESD wrist strap
if available.
2. Minimize body contact with electronic
components.

4. Disconnect the fan harness and remove the cover

5. Unplug the antennas from the WiFi card. Pull the plugs away from the board
gently and they will pop off.
6. Carefully undo the lock screw to unlock the WiFi card. DO NOT LOOSE THIS
PART!

7. Carefully replace the WiFi Card with a new part (It pops-out like the SSD
card pictured below)

8. Carefully secure the lock screw to lock the WiFi card. DO NOT LOOSE THIS
PART!
9. Plug the antenna back in. It should pop into place. If there are two antenna
wires, you want to plug the wire going to the top of the unit on the right and
the wire going to the bottom of the unit on the left.

9. Connect the fan harness and replace the cover. Make sure the silicone
(white glue) doesn’t get in the way of the pins and connector.

10. Close the SBC cover
11. Secure the 4 screws as shown
12. Reconnect the power harness
13. After power up, ensure the fan
is working properly.

14. After unit is fully powered up, enter the service menu by touching the four
corners on the screen and entering 3333 on the keypad that shows up.

15. Touch the Wifi Setup button in the Service UI menu. The Wifi Network
manager box will show up. Connect to an available network in your area and
confirm there is a successful connection.

16. If the network you are trying to connect to is secured you will be prompted
to input a password. Do so using the on-screen keyboard.

17. Close out the Network Manager using the X on the top right corner of the
box. You will go back to the Service UI Screen. Log out or shutdown the unit
from here.
