Routine Maintenance
Battery Pack-Once in every three months, remove the
battery pack from the work light and visually inspect
for signs of gas or chemical leakage. If any signs are
observed the battery pack should be removed from
service to prevent chemical damage to inside the work
light.
• Remove dirt and grease as soon as it accumulates.
Use a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap.
•NEVER submerge any part of the light in any solution
to clean it.
• DO NOT USE solvents such as gasoline, turpentine,
etc. to clean the unit.
Mounting the charger
AC and DC power cords are available. To charge the
work light, switch off and insert the charge plug firmly
into the work light receptacle. Connect the charger to an
appropriate power source.
AC Charging Adaptor
Connect the adaptor cord to the work light charging
receptacle, only with the AC power source in the
“OFF”position.Otherwise,itmayresultin the damage
of the recharging system. Refer to specifications for
detailsregardingchargingtime.ThereisindicatoronAC
charger. When the indicator changes from red to green,
pull the charger plug out and store properly.
Installing the DC Option
TheDCAdaptorisofferedasanoptionforthosewholike
to mount 26 LED Pivot Work Light system in their vehicles.
When installing or using the 26 LED Pivot Work Light in a
vehicle, always make sure that the work light case does
not touch the chassis. This can result in damage to the
work light.
PlugtheDCpowercordAdaptorintothecigarettelighter
receptacle of the vehicle. Do not leave adaptor plugged
inforanyextendedperiodwhileengineis“OFF”toavoid
draining battery.
Operation
1. Depresstheupperswitchforworklight
2. Depress the lower switch for base light

LIMITED12-MONTHWARRANTY
Cornwell Tools warrants to the original purchaser that the company’s 26 LED Pivot Work Light are free from defects in
material or workmanship during the one year warranty period. We will replace any 26 LED Pivot Work Light which fails to
give satisfactory service due to defective workmanship or materials for 12 months from the date of original purchase.
Products must be returned with proof of purchase, to an authorized Cornwell dealer.
Thiswarrantyexcludes26LEDPivotWorkLightwhichhavebeensubjectedtoabnormaluse,accident,neglect,orlackof
maintenance.Anymodification,disassemblyofthis26LEDPivotWorkLightorrepairbyanunauthorizedservicecenterwill
void the warranty.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificrights.Youmayalsohaveotherrightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
The foregoing obligation is Cornwell Tools' sole liability under this or any implied warranty and under no circumstances shall
CornwellToolsbeliableforanyincidentalorconsequentialdamages.
Note:Somestatesdonotallowtheexclusionorlimitationofincidentalorconsequentialdamagessotheabovelimitation
orexclusionmaynotapplytoyou.
